Improving software product quality is a key to increasing user satisfaction and to achieving competitive edge. There are two approaches to assure high software product quality; development process-oriented and product-oriented. There have been many efforts for improving software quality through process certification, for example, CMM, ISO 9000 family, ISO/IEC 12207, SPICE and Bootstrap. However, a good process alone cannot guarantee good product quality. A need for the evaluation of software product quality by an independent third party is growing rapidly for several reasons. We are concerned with an application of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to the evaluation of software product quality to obtain the efficiency of evaluation processes and the objectivity of evaluation results. Methods for selecting test cases using a random sampling approach have been discussed and methods for selecting acceptance criteria with respect to software product quality have also been suggested.

Corporate Laboratories have been a key driver of Korea's economic growth through attaining technology competitiveness. The study is focused on selecting outstanding small and medium corporate laboratories with high R&D capability and fostering the selected laboratories. The main topics of this study are to establish logics regarding the selection process and to propose the implementation schemes of the process. For the selection of outstanding laboratories, this study presents a evaluation indicators based on logic model and verification of the validity of following evaluation indicators through a Pilot test. The evaluation indicators from this study are expected to be in practical use as a reference for support policies of outstanding laboratories' R&D activities. For corporations, these indicators can be used to examine their R&D capability. This study also suggests differentiated policy support measures using the findings to maximize the effectiveness of the selection process.

To evaluate companies that participated in the defense R&D project, 27 variables are chosen through literature survey, feature analysis of defense R&D and interviews with military experts. 17 variables are selected after factor analysis which is applied to reduce the number of variables and to detect structure in the relationships among variables, that is to classify variables using Likert-type scales. And then 17 variables are prioritized by AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method. It is shown that communication skill & cooperation strategy, level of technology, possession of needs technology have high priorities. However, protection plan of technology leakage, expertise of subcontractors, software development plan have low priorities.

스포츠에 과학기술 적용이 확산되고 경기력 향상과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 기술개발사업이 추진되고 있으나, 우리나라의 스포츠산업 기술혁신체계는 단계별 연계성 부족, 전담기관 부재 등 취약한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사전 기술기획으로 스포츠산업 기술정책비전, 메가트렌드 및 기술수준격차 분석 등을 수행하는 기술기회탐색과정을 추가하고 기술기획, 선정평가, 수행관리, 결과평가, 활용관리에 이르는 전주기 개념의 기술혁신체계 구축 방안을 제시하고 있다.

In this paper, we proposed the frequency candidates band for the spectrum sharing through researching and analyzing the current status of the policy and the economic values which is actively conducted on the United States and Europe. To this end, we investigated to the status and problems with the frequency reallocation and arrangement in respond to the current frequency demand. To solve these frequency reallocation and arrangement method problems, we introduce to the concept and current status of policy for the frequency method progress by advanced countries mainly. Also the results of the economic value analysis introduced in terms of the operators. In addition, we proposed the assessment terms and criteria for the selection of frequency candidates band through joint research and analysis results.

본 고에서는 IP의 요구조건을 기능적인 면과 성능적인 면으로 나누어 설명하고 기능면에서는 소재의 물성을 평가하여 Guideline을 제시하고자하며 성능적인 면에서는 설계과정에서 사전에 성능을 평가하는 작업을 거침으로써 가능한 저렴한 재질로서 주어진 성능을 만족하고 또한 개발과정에서의 시행착오를 줄이는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

연구사업 선정을 위한 평가과정에서의 공정성 시비는 대학입시제도 만큼 해당 학계에서는 심각하다. 그래서 단순히 정부투자 증대를 주장하기전에 관리체계의 개혁을 심각히 논의해야 할 시점에 이르렀다고 본다. 장기간의 연구를 권장하면서도 경쟁을 유도하려면 현재의 다단계 지원방식에서 연구규모의 연계식 지원방식을 도입할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 ANP법을 활용하여 전평시 군수지원 시스템에 대한 운용평가 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 평가를 위하여 본 연구에서는 군 실정에 부합한 평가기준 재정립하여 기준별 구체적인 평가방법을 제시하였다. 그에따라 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 시스템 운용의 최적조합을 판단하는 과정과 정수계획법을 통한 수리적 모델링으로 군수품의 배송비용에 대한 경제성 평가를 제시하였고 회귀분석을 통한 효용성 평가와 IPB에 의한 군수품 수송의 안정성 평가를 실시하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 각 평가 결과를 ANP법을 이용한 종합 평가치를 산출하여 전평시 지휘관 및 참모의 부대지휘절차간에 구체적인 방책구상 및 선정시 지휘관이 최적의 의사결정할 수 있도록 하였다.

정보통신의 발달은 사람들의 생활양식을 변화시키고 있지만 정보와 환경의 급속한 발전에도 불구하고 장애인, 노인 등은 정보화 혜택을 제대로 받지 못하여 소외되고 있다. 전 세계에서는 이러한 문제를 직시하고 정보격차를 좁히기 위한 한 방안으로 웹 접근성의 문제를 제기했고 꾸준히 해결점을 찾고 있지만 우리나라의 경우 이에 대한 연구 노력은 부족한 실정에 있다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지의 웹 접근성 평가도구를 선정하여 사이버대학 웹 사이트를 중심으로 웹 접근성을 평가해 보고 그 평가도구를 비교 분석함으로써 개선방안을 제시하였다.
