The government announced a plan for fund support to the enterprises with high possibility of recovery and early restructuring for the enterprises with low recovery by objectifying credit assessment system. Such announcement of government could be extended to restructuring risk of middle standing enterprises with low financial soundness by establishing the basis to prepare prompt restructuring by reinforcing the basis for restructuring through capital market. This research analyzed financial soundness based on the financial evaluation of bank by selecting 10 middle standing construction companies which focused on housing business in 2019, based on such analysis result, it was confirmed that there was a high possibility of restructuring risk. This research determined that there would be a decrease in growth rate of construction industry on the whole in 2020 due to fall of economic growth rate and reinforced real estate regulation, accordingly, there's a big possibility for middle standing construction companies with paid-in capital ratio due to its low possibility of maintenance of stable credit rating. This research established KCSI assessment model by utilizing the material of a reliable research institute in order for middle standing construction companies to evade restructuring risk, and indicated risk ratio differentiated per each item through a working-level expert survey. Such research result could suggest credit risk reduction method to middle standing construction company management staffs, and prepare a basis to evade restructuring risk.

Software as a Service (SaaS) has become one of the fastest-growing software business models in recent years. Even during the economic downturn following the pandemic, the SaaS business has emerged as a crucial model for IT companies. The revenue structure of SaaS, which is based on the subscription economy model, ensures that users pay only for the services used. In other words, SaaS operates on a subscription-based billing model, thus providing subscribers access to software uploaded to cloud computers via the Internet. This study aimed to explore the manner by which software-solution firms have to counteract the decline in profit and loss sales caused by changing their business-model orientation from on-premise deployment software to subscription-based software. Additionally it analyzes a method for selecting a subscription-based pricing model and rapidly recovering the investment costs via quantitative business-viability assessment. By calculating subscription fees via a more quantitative business-viability evaluation instead of focusing on conventional business-planning methods that rely on qualitative methods, companies are expected to be equipped in providing services to customers at reasonable costs. This strategy will facilitate them in leading emerging growth sectors.

Objective : This study was designed to analyze the concepts of current use and meaningful activity in the elderly and provide basic data on establishing concept of participation in meaningful activity and clinical applications. Methods : Using RISS, Google Scholar, Published and DBpia databases, the literature published in the journal was collected from January 2010 to July 2019. The main search term used was "meaningful activity" and 10 of the 182 papers were finally selected for analysis. Based on the qualitative level assessment study by Arbesman, Scheer and Lieberman (2008), the selected paper were classified as Level I to Level V. Results : Five out of 10 studies were published within the last 5 years, indicating that meaningful activity-related studies have been conducted recently. Through prior studies, the concept of meaningful activities was summarized as those that enable individuals to realize their values, achieve their goals and experience positive emotions in their daily lives. Conclusion : The concepts and direction of assessment tools derived from this study will be the basis for the study of 'meaningful activity participation' as a solution to the aging society's elderly problems in the future.

In this study, appropriate probability distribution and parameter estimation method were selected to perform snowfall frequency analysis. Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) and Probability Weighted Moment Method (PWMM) appeared to be the best fit for snowfall frequency analysis in Korea. Snowfall frequency analysis applying GEV and PWMM were performed for 69 stations in Korea. Peak snowfall corresponding to recurrence intervals were estimated based on frequency analysis while snow loads were calculated using the estimated peak snowfall and specific weight of snow. Design snow load map was developed using 100-year recurrence interval snow load of 69 stations through Kriging of ArcGIS. The 2009 Korean Building Code and Commentary for design snow load was assessed by comparing the design snow loads which calculated in this study. As reflected in the results, most regions are required to increase the design snow loads. Thus, design snow loads and the map were developed from based on the results. The developed design snow load map is expected to be useful in the design of building structures against heavy snow loading throughout Korea most especially in ungaged areas.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the operational efficiency of Chinese e-commerce companies and to present measures to improve efficiency. This paper selected 16 enterprises as the research objects, from the e-commerce demonstration enterprises of the Ministry of Commerce of China in 2017-2018, to conduct an empirical study on the operating efficiency of e-commerce enterprises. By using DEA method, we selected 3 input and 2 output indicators to measure the input-output efficiency of enterprises from input-oriented. Using different model in DEA, we calculated the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, also efficiency based on the sample of 2018 and horizontal analysis from 2016 to 2018. The analysis showed that the overall efficiency of Chinese e-commerce companies was continuously improving, and that their business capabilities and business scale were also gradually improving. Through the calculation of efficiency, we evaluated the competitiveness of the e-commerce demonstration enterprises, and explored measures to improve their management efficiency. At the same time, it put forward some reasonable suggestions to adjust the scale, and enhance the competitive advantage.

HNS, including crude oil and products, shipments have increased. The risk analysis of HNS has assumed the importance, especially in maritime transportation area. There are various forms and kinds of HNS and the consequences of an accident are serious. In order to provide practical measures for preventing accidents, this study analyses the potential risks of HNS on maritime transportation accidents at domestic sea by using Event Tree Analysis. This study carries out risk assessment with F-N curve and risk matrix focusing on liquid cargo carriers (Oil and Products Tanker, Chemical Tanker, LPG/LNG Tanker, etc.). Explosion and sinking, suffocation indicate high consequence when on collision represent high probability. Improving human errors should be the main factor to mitigate risk on human lives.

For the safe management of radwaste repository, data of the site and environment have to be collected and managed systematically. Particularly, for the radwaste repository, which has to be institutionally controlled for a long period after closure, data will be collected and maintained through the monitoring programme. To meet this requirement, a new programme called "Site Information and Total Environmental data management System (SITES)" is being developed. In this study, as the first stage of GIS(Geographic Information System) development that will be embedded in SITES, the scope and function of GIS are issued. Methodology for the Selection and management of thematic maps is studied as well.d as well.

The purpose of this study is development of the quality assessment for interior space and foodservice management in Italian restaurants. Also this study aims to evaluate them which are consisted of 30 items by Likert 5 point scale. As a result of the evaluation, 'food taste' and 'ingredients freshness' were the most important factors in interior space and the foodservice in Italian restaurants. The IPA technique proved that nine items including Q4, Q9, Q10, Q11, Q14, Q16, Q19, Q24, Q28 were in 'Doing great, keep it up' and five items such as Q13, Q25, Q26, Q27, Q29 that got high expectation and low perception needed to be focused for quality management strategies.

The essence of adapting education to the information age consists of two parts. One is the building of infrastructure for information education and the other is putting information and communication technology to educational use. Moreover, from a usage point of view, it is the most important thing that secures much educational software of good quality supporting adapting schools to the information age. It does mean the investigation about the plan of evaluation of educational software is important. Thus, in this study, we provide scientific information for efficient selection and use of educational software as end-users, and provide objective evaluation criteria of quality as a developer. In addition, through this research, we can lay the foundation for adapting education to the information age. For this purpose, we analyzed previous research relevant to the evaluation of educational software, divided the criteria of evaluation into three parts, educational, applicational, and technical, and develop the criteria of evaluation in detail.

In the process of industrialization of our country in 1970's, Korea's housing strategy has focused on housing supply. Rapid completion and supply of apartment house buildings have caused a problem of their early deterioration due to their poor quality. In 1987 Housing Construction Promotion Act, therefore, included new regulations on housing re-construction. In July 2001, other new regulations on remodeling apartment buildings were also included in the Act. Reconstruction and remodeling have been considered to deal with such problems. This study suggests an appraisal criteria if they can select reconstruction or remodeling method in conducting their apartment building project. At first, evaluation items should be selected by the criteria of function31ity and economical efficiency. Second, the selected item is screened by AHP and multi-criteria decision-making methods. The result of study shows that the owners of apartment units will be able to select reasonable alternatives through the suggested appraisal method
