With increasing of utilization of 1/1,000 Digital-Map being constructed with NGIS project, it is entering upon the stage that problem as the inspection of position accuracy of Digital-Map before its use. This paper evaluated position accuracy of Digital-Map being based on the construction of college facility management system into small area and presented modification/renovation of Digital-Map on area being occurred position error. With a view to evaluation of position error to building using RTK survey, position error was shown more than 0.5mm that is prescribed in survey-law. In order to acquire good position accuracy, first we carried out Static survey to college and selected control point. And, we evaluated coordinate value to important building from control point and compared these results with RTK survey results. Second, we carried out Affine transform based on the control point of building being surveyed with RTK, transformed pre-constructed Digital-Map and compared these results with RTK Survey results. We analyzed first and second method and presented improvement method of position accuracy of Digital-Map suited on small area.

고리 3,4호기 및 영광 1,2호기 PSA Ⅰ단계 수행 결과 ATWT에 대한 노심 손상 확률은 다른 사건에 비해 상대적으로 적어 소홀히 취급될 수 있으나 전체적인 노심 손상 확률 저감을 위해 본 연구에서는 ATWT 사건 중 터빈 정지시 원자로 정지불능을 선정하여 HRA를 수행하였다. HRA 수행의 첫째 과정은 위에서 선정한 사건에 대해 시나리오를 가정하고 이를 4개 그룹의 주제어실 운전원들에게 적용하여 모의 제어반을 이용한 훈련을 실시하였으며 운전원 조치 과정중의 행동관찰, 훈련결과, 개별 면담 등을 통해 국내 운전원 특성에 맞는 HRA의 기초자료를 얻었다. 두 번째 과정은 위의 결과 및 절차서에 근거하여 PSF 고려 유무에 따라 실패 확률의 정량적 평가와 불확실성 분석을 수행하여 ATWT에 대한 HRA 수행 자료로 활용 가능하도록 하였으며, 끝으로 ATWT 영향 완화를 위한 대안을 제시함으로서 노심 손상 확률을 감소시키기 위한 기초가 되도록 하였다.

지난 10월 14일 서울 삼성동 코엑스홀에서 공공 및 민간부문 에너지관리자, 산업체, 건물 에너지 절약업무 관계자, ESCO업체 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 우수 ESCO 기업으로 선정된 (주)에너지솔루션즈와 한국하니웰(주)에 대한 시상, 두 기업의 우수사례발표, ESCO 사업 활성화 방안을 발표하는 시간을 가졌다. (주)에너지솔루션즈는 국민연금 강남사옥과 서울대학교, 웅진에너지(주)의 냉난방설비 및 수축열시스템 사례를, 한국하니웰(주)은 산업체의 공정개선 및 건물에너지절약 투자사례를 발표하였다. 참석자들은 기업의 실제 우수사례 공유를 통해 유용한 정보를 획득할 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이었다고 평가했다. 에너지관리공단 관계자는 "오늘날 에너지효율향상은 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 핵심이자 기업의 경쟁력과도 직결되고 있다"며, "기업의 에너지절약과 경제에 도움을 주는 ESCO 사업을 널리 알려 투자를 촉진하고 에너지절감효과가 큰 설비 보급을 확대하는 좋은 계기가 될 것"이라고 말했다. 이번 행사에서 우수사례로 선정된 (주)에너지솔루션즈와 한국하니웰(주)의 ESCO투자사례를 살펴보자.

본 연구에서는 요트 산업을 목포시에 적용하기 위하여 목포 시민들을 대상으로 설문 조사하고 시민들의 의식을 분석하였다. 특히 요트 산업 적용에 에 필요한 해양관광, 관광객 확보 방안, 요트산업, 마리나 시설의 위치 등에 관하여 설문하고 그 결과들을 분석하여 마리나입지 선정에 반영하였다.

인터넷의 급격한 발전과 광범위한 보급에 따라 과거 전화, 서신 또는 직접방문을 통하여 해결하던 고객상담의 상당부분은 인터넷을 이용한 전자우편 및 전자게시판을 이용하는 방향으로 꾸준히 대치되고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 고객과의 접촉방식의 대부분을 차지하는 전자우편과 전자게시판은, 기존의 방식 특히 전화에 비하여 즉각적인 응답을 기대하기가 어렵다는 측면이 고객에게는 가장 큰 불만사항이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문서로 이루어진 전자우편 또는 전자게시판의 고객 상담 내용을 기계학습의 분류기법을 활용하여 담당자를 자동으로 선정함으로써 보다 신속히 고객의 요구에 반응할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 제안한다. 실제 수집한 다년간의 데이터를 기반으로 다양한 분류기법의 성능을 비교 평가하였으며, 그 결과 k-NN을 이용한 기법이 성능 및 활용도 측면에서 유리함을 보였다 또한, 인터넷을 통한 질문의 경우 상당 수준의 오탈자 및 띄어쓰기 오류를 내포하고 있는데, 바이그램을 이용한 문서처리방법을 이용함으로써 이러한 상황에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있으며, 바이그램으로 문서 처리 시 발생할 수 있는 시스템의 부담을 큰 성능의 저하 없이 최소화하기 위하여 자주 등장한 단어만을 선정하는 방안이 실용성이 있음을 확인하였다.

This study analyzed the transit services with respect to transit service measures such as the load factor representing number of passengers between stops, dwelling time, and operational speed based on transit smart card data recorded in 2009. A case study on the local bus line 7024 connecting Seoul railway station to evaluate bus services at passenger perspectives was accomplished. From the results, we found that the dwelling time was not affected by the number of passengers which is because the tagging patterns are different among passengers. The operational speed was analyzed by calculating the average speed of the bus route and the speed of each bus stops based on dwelling time. Interestingly, calculating operation speed based on the transit smart card data is the first time effort ever made and this means that it is not necessary to observe travel speed of bus and railway at a field level any more. we hope that this study will be a basis of evaluation of transit services purely based on the transit smart card data and help to make better transit services for passengers and operators as well.

The continuous social development has led to increasing pollution in lakes. This study proposed the LVRI (Lake Vulnerability Resilience Indicator) based on the vulnerability assessment of climate change for an environmental risk assessment in lakes sufferign water pollution in an integrated aspect of the characteristics in lake watersheds. A total of 11 representative assessment factors were selected and constructed for 6 lake basins in the Geum River Watershed to calculate the exposure, sensitivity and adaptation indicators in a vulnerability assessment classification system. The weight coefficients for assessment factors of the LVRI were also calculated using the Entropy method. This study also compared the rank results of the lake environmental risk with/without the weight coefficients of assessment factors for the practical application of the proposed lake environmental risk assessment method. The lake environmental risk results estimated in this study can be used for long-term water quality analysis and management in lakes.

The Purpose of This Study is to Develop a Checklist Model of Evaluation Diagnosis to Increase the Competitiveness of SMEs in Local Governments. The Evaluation Diagnostic Check Sheet Development Procedure Proceeded in the Order of Preliminary Investigation (Major Company Survey, Analysis of Characteristics of the Industry, Selection of Core Functions, etc.), Research and Development (Development of Core Function Check Sheet, Development of Core Function Improvement Tools). The Evaluation Model is divided into Five Categories (Vision and Strategy System, Quality Assurance and Product Safety, Field Management Level, Statistical Process Control, Improvement Activities), and 1) Recognition, 2) System, 3) Operation, 4) Review and Supplement. This Evaluation Model is expected to Contribute to the Selection of the Mainstream SMEs among the Companies Scattered within the Local Autonomous Entities, thereby Enhancing the Competitiveness of SMEs.

본 논문에서는 RFC 2022에서 제안한 MARS 모델을 기반으로 하여 단일 대규모 클러스터를 가지는 ATM 망에서 다중의 멀티캐스팅 서버(MCS)를 이용한 멀티캐스팅 방안을 제안하고 그 성능을 평가하였다. 클러스터 내의 한 ATM 호스트가 특정 IP 멀티캐스트 그룹에 가입할 경우 ATM 호스트의 위치와 이미 존재하는 멀티캐스팅 서버들 사이의 전송 지연을 고려하여 가능한 한 종단간 전송 지연을 최소화하는 멀티캐스팅 서버를 선택하는 방안을 기술하였다. 이 방안은 최단거리 경로 알고리즘(shortest path algorithm)에 기반하여 최적의 MCS를 선정하고 송수신자 사이의 최소 지연을 가지는 멀티캐스트 트리를 구성한다. 다양한 망 위상에서 MCS의 분포 패턴을 다르게 할 경우에도 이 방안은 멀티캐스트 트리의 평균 전달 지연을 줄이는 것을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였다.Abstract In this paper, we proposed a scheme to support multiple MCSs over a single and large cluster in ATM networks, evaluated its performance by simulation. When an ATM host requests joining into a specific multicast group, the MARS designate a proper MCS among the multiple MCSs for the group member to minimize the average path delay between the sender and the group members. This scheme constructs a multicast tree through 2-phase partial multicast tree construction based upon the shortest path algorithm.We reduced the average path delay in multicast tree using our scheme under various cluster topologies and MCS distribution scenarios.

We analyzed 18 representative domestic health information related web-sites for assessing confidence and satisfaction degrees using 19 assessment criteria and 5 important elements. The 18 representative web-sites are selected by rank information of a ranking web-site for domestic web-sites. In the results, we found out the presented state of confidence and satisfaction degrees of domestic health information web-sites and we presented methods for utilizing these result for web-site administrators and medical consumers.
