Various procurement systems for Architecture-Engineering service for public construction project are currently established by construction-related law. However, comprehensive framework and criteria for the selection of Architecture-Engineering firm are in absence. Even though various selection methods for Architecture-Engineering service are currently established by law, cost-based selection method is mainly used in selecting Architecture-Engineering firm for the service. This paper examined current use of procurement system for Architecture-Engineering service and drew problems in practice. Through analysis of problems and bench-marking of those systems in advanced countries and international organizations, several strategies to improve performance of Architecture-Engineering service and to maximize the efficiency were suggested. The suggestions include framework and guideline to select a procurement method for the service which is being considered for the project and way of improving current procurement system. These suggestions will be a foundation for utilizing appropriate procurement system for the specific project and can make domestic Architecture-Engineering firm more competitive in the global market by breaking form the cost-based selection method in the selection of Architecture-Engineering firms.

This study is to develop school library Policy model in accordance with guidelines suggested in policy science theories and to evaluate school library policy with application of "Activation Agenda for School Libraries". The guidelines on the evaluation of school library Policy were based on the models suggested in education policy and school library Policy theories. Selected guidelines were examined through survey distributed to evaluators and telephone interviews. Although overall evaluation results on school library policy were positive, it is suggested that more efforts for Policy improvement are needed.

This study aims to find consistent strategies for feature selection and feature weighting methods, which can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of kNN text classifier. Feature selection criteria and feature weighting methods are as important factor as classification algorithms to achieve good performance of text categorization systems. Most of the former studies chose conflicting strategies for feature selection criteria and weighting methods. In this study, the performance of several feature selection criteria are measured considering the storage space for inverted index records and the classification time. The classification experiments in this study are conducted to examine the performance of IDF as feature selection criteria and the performance of conventional feature selection criteria, e.g. mutual information, as feature weighting methods. The results of these experiments suggest that using those measures which prefer low-frequency features as feature selection criterion and also as feature weighting method. we can increase the classification speed up to three or five times without loosing classification accuracy.

The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation questions to enhance the higher-thinking skills such as decision-making, creative thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and metacognition in the housing area of middle school home economics. Two steps, selection of contents, development of questions and check the validity were adapted to develop the questions. The total of 28 evaluation elements were selected from the validity of contents and questions related to housing in the 9 textbooks based on the 2007 revised curriculum and in the three on-line question banks operated by public institutions. Four guidelines such as using multi-classified table, various materials, question types, and question structures were applied to develop the evaluation questions. The 80 evaluation questions with 175 associated sub questions related to housing were reviewed two times by two professionals to finalize. The five home economics teachers with various teaching experience have evaluated the validity of each 80 questions. The 57(71.3%) questions got 5 point with average of 4,9 out of 5 point-Likert validity scale. The result of high validity of the evaluation questions developed in this study examined by 5 teachers need to apply to students' test in the class.

본 연구는 보행형 관리기의 손으로 전달되는 진동특성을 실험적으로 해석하고 평가하며 방진 방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행되었다. 관리기의 작업기 중에서 설문을 통해 사용 빈도가 높은 3개의 작업기(중경로터리, 중경제초기, 구굴기)를 선정하였고 각 작업기별 진동수준을 측정하였다. 진동 방지 방안에 대해서는 4개의 방진 장치(고무 패드, 방진 장갑, 핸들 방진 장치, 엔진 마운트)를 선정하여 각 방진 장치별 진동수준을 측정하였다. 방진 장치의 성능을 정확하게 비교하기 위해 진동의 측정은 진동수준이 가장 높은 구굴기에서 수행되었다. 실험결과에 의하면 관리기 작업이 작업자의 인체에 해를 끼칠 위험이 매우 크지만 이 결과는 작업자가 매일 3시간씩 관리기를 사용할 경우를 기준으로 설정한 값이기 때문에 실제로 관리기 사용일수가 많지 알은 대부분의 우리나라 사용자들에게 적용하는데는 한계가 있음을 밝힌다. 그렇다 하더라도 관리기의 주 사용자는 보행형 관리기 뿐만 아니라 보행형 경운기나 보행형 이앙기 등의 손으로 전달되는 진동이 심한 기계를 함께 사용하는 경우가 많음을 고려하면 방진 장치를 개발하거나 진동수준이 낮은 농작업기계를 개발하여 작업환경을 개선하는 조치가 필요하다고 생각한다. 그러므로 농작업기계에 대한 진동수준에 대한 종합적인 연구와 그에 대한 대책 마련이 지속적으로 수행되어야 할 것이다.

Electronic records, characterized by their inherent volatility and instability, necessitate sustainable preservation measures to ensure their long-term accessibility. The National Archives of Korea has instituted a selection system for preservation formats tailored predominantly for document-type electronic records. However, this system falls short in accommodating other record types such as audiovisual records. This study endeavors to broaden the applicability of the existing system, with a concentrated focus on image-type electronic records, and to formulate foundational guidelines for their long-term preservation. In South Korea, image-type electronic records rank as the second most prevalent category following document-type. The image-type electronic records are the most basic form of audio-visual records, and research on this lays the foundation for future discussions on other audio-visual records. Consequently, this research has led to the development of a selection system for preservation formats specifically for image-type electronic records. This system is designed to facilitate the prompt and efficient evaluation of preservation format suitability, even in the context of emerging image formats. The efficacy of this system was validated through its application to extant image formats, resulting in the selection of TIFF, JFIF, and PNG as the optimal preservation formats. The outcomes of this study offer valuable insights and practical reference points for future preservation format evaluations within the field of electronic record management.

한강 자연성 회복은 사회환경을 고려한 한강의 생태적 기능회복과 복원, 자연의 복원력을 기반으로 한 사람이 공생 공존하는 새로운 관계로의 전환점을 의미하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한강 유역권 산·학·연 관계자 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 한강 자연성 회복 비전과 추진전략을 도출한 결과, '맑은 물이 흐르는 강'(1순위), '더불어 사는 강'(2순위), '생명이 숨쉬는 강'(3순위), '살아 움직이는 강'(4순위)으로 정책방향을 수립할 수 있었다. 또한 설문조사의 결과를 바탕으로 AHP 및 델파이 분석을 통해 한강 상류, 중류(서울권, 경기권), 하류별 자연성 회복 평가지표간 가중치를 산정하여 주요 추진과제를 선정하였다. 상류유역에서는 비점오염원 관리를 통한 환경오염 감소, 중류 유역에서는 도심하천의 수질관리강화 및 물 순환 체계 개선, 하류 유역에서는 생물다양성 확보 및 상·하류 지역 협력을 통한 상수원 수질 개선의 방안 필요의 결과가 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 한강의 하천관리정책은 이수·치수 중심의 하천조성에서 하천생태복원 및 강과 사람과의 공존과 공생이 조화를 이룬 하천조성으로 관점이 변화되었음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 가중치 평가를 통한 최적 조합의 하천 관리방안이 도출되었다.

교육인적자원부는 2002년 '학교도서관 활성화 종합방안'을 발표한 이래 매년 학교도서관 활성화 사업을 분야별로 평가하여 우수사례를 발굴ㆍ포상해오고 있다. 2004년에도 약 40여개의 학교가 우수학교로 선정되어 수상을 하였으며, 2004년 12월 3일(금) 제주도에서 개최된 '2004 학교도서관대회'에서는 8개 학교의 우수사례 발표 시간도 마련되었다. <도서관문화> 도서관탐방팀에서는 8개 학교 중 어디를 가보면 좋을까 고민하던 중 쉽게 만나기 어려운 사서교사 근무 도서관을 발견하고 한달음에 달려갔다.

개발된 연구관리통합시스템은 연구과제의 제안에서부터 선정, 진행, 완료, 평가에 이르기까지 보든 연구관련 업무를 처리할 뿐만 아니라 발생되는 자료들을 데이터베이스화하여 정보 활용을 극대화시켰다. 특히, 예산 및 인사 정보시스템 등과의 통합으로 연구원에서 이원화된 연구 및 관리 업무를 일괄적으로 처리할 수 있게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 연구통합관리시스템 개발 시 요구되는 기능 및 발생되는 문제점 그리고 그 해결방안을 제시하였다.

국내 기존원전의 가동기간 증가 및 신규 원전에 대한 투자비 상승으로 인하여, 기존원전에 대해 연장운전을 포함한 종합적이고 체계적인 수명관리가 시급한 문제로 대두됨에 따라 고리 1호기를 시범발전소로 선정하여 주요기기들에 대한 지금까지의 소비수명과 잔여수명을 기술적인 측면에서 평가하고, 연장운전의 경제성, 인허가 가능성을 고찰하여 최적 수명 종료시점까지의 운전에 필요한 수명관리 추진방안을 검토하고자 한다.
