A Study of design Asyn communication eletronic cash protocol and system using PSTN/leased line (PSTN/전용선을 이용한 비동기 통신방식의 전자지불 프로토콜과 시스템 설계연구)

  • The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver is vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest RF protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase $15{\sim}40%$ pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

이종밴드갭을 갖는 $TiO_2/Cr_2O_3$/Cr 다층박막의 친수성

  • 광촉매능을 갖는 $TiO_2$는 국내외적으로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 빛의 조사로 발생하는 다양한 물리 화학적 촉매특성이 환경정화 뿐만 아니라 및 에너지 흡수차단 기능도 갖고 있어 최근 주목을 받고 있다. 응용분야로 초친수성 유리제품, 필터, 살균기능의 의료용 부품소재, 고효율 수소생산 및 태양전지 등에 활용성이 커서 친환경에너지 소재로 각광을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초친수성 자동차의 사이드미러 개발을 위해 유리표면에 초친수성 $TiO_2$를 코팅하 고 그의 특성을 평가하였다. 특히, 이종밴드갭을 갖는 복합구조 $TiO_2/Cr_2O_3$/Cr 박막을 스퍼터링법으로 증착하여 중간층인 $Cr_2O_3$의 역할을 고찰하였다. 제조된 박막의 결정구조는 thin film형 X-선회절기(XRD)를 사용하여 분석하였으며, 박막의 표면 미세구조는 FE-SEM(Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope)와 AFM(Atomic Force Microscope)으로, 화학구조는 XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope)로 분석하였다. 친수성 평가는 실온 분위기에서 접촉각 측정기(Topcon-UVR2)를 사용하여 평가 하였으며 이때 조사되는 UV는 파장이 365nm이다. $Cr_2O_3$(비정질)/Cr박막위에 제조된 $TiO_2$ 박막은 균일한 anatase-$TiO_2$가 성장했으나, Cr, $Cr_2O_3$(결정질)박막위에 제조 된 $TiO_2$ 박막은 anatase상과 rulile상이 혼합된 형태로 성장하였다. $TiO_2$/Cr, $TiO_2/Cr_2O_3$(비정질)/Cr, $TiO_2/Cr_2O_3$(결정질)/Cr박막은 UV조사 1시간 만에 $10^{\circ}$ 이하의 초친수성을 나타내었다. 이종 밴드갭을 갖는 $TiO_2/Cr_2O_3$(비정질)/Cr박막은 40시간까지 친수성을 유지하는 결과를 나타냈다.

  • 그래핀(Graphene)은 열 전도도가 높고 전자 이동도(200 000 cm2V-1s-1)가 우수한 전기적 특성을 가지고 있어 차세대 전자재료로써 유망한 후보로 간주되어 왔다. 최근에는 아크 방출(Arc discharge method), 화학적 기상 증착법(Chemical vapor deposition; CVD), 이온-조사법(Ion-irradiation) 등을 이용한 이종원자(Hetero atom)도핑과 화학적 처리를 이용한 기능화(Functionalization)등의 방법으로 그래핀의 전도도를 향상시킬 수 있었다. 그러나 이러한 방법들은 기판의 표면을 거칠게 하며, 그래핀에 많은 결함들이 발생한다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 자가 조립 단층막법(Self-Assembled Monolayers; SAMs)을 이용하여 기판을 기능화한 후 그 위에 그래핀을 전사하면, 자가 조립 단층막의 기능기에 따라 그래핀의 일함수를 조절 가능하고 운반자 농도나 도핑 유형을 변화시켜 소자의 전기적 특성을 최적화 할 수 있다 [1-3]. 본 연구에서는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 기판에 SAMs를 이용하여 유연하고 투명한 그래핀 전극을 제작하였다. 자외선 오존처리 (UV ozone treatment)를 이용하여 PET 기판 표면 위에 하이드록실 기(Hydroxyl group; -OH)를 기능화 화였고 이를 접촉각 측정(Contact angle measurement)을 통해 확인하였다. 또한 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)와 톨루엔 (toluene)을 이용하여 PET 기판 표면 위의 하이드록실 기 위에 아민 기(Amine group; -NH2)를 기능화 하였고 이를 X-선 광전자 분광법(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy: XPS)으로 분석하였다. 이렇게 만들어진 PET기판 표면 위에 화학적 기상 증착법을 이용하여 합성한 대면적의 균일한 그래핀을 전사하였다. NH2그룹에 의해 그래핀에 도핑 효과가 나타난 것을 라만 분광법(Raman spectroscopy)과 전류-전압 특성곡선(I-V characteristic curve)을 이용하여 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 유연하고 투명한 기판 위에 안정적이면서 패턴이 가능하기 때문에 그래핀을 기반으로 하는 반도체 소자에 적용 가능할 것이라 예상된다.

  • A benthic microbial fuel cells(BMFC) is fuel cell using electricity produced by decomposing organic matter in a sea or a lake. In this study, we used a gas diffusion layer (GDL) of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEMFC) as a BMFC electrode to find out the operation conditions with high performance. The performance of BMFC was increased as resistance of external resistor increased. It was possible to maintain the performance by avoiding the increase of the contact resistance with the electrode due to corrosion of the lead wire in seawater. The bubble generator was able to increase the maximum power density by more than 2 times and the optimum operating temperature was $40^{\circ}C$.

  • This paper is a study on modeling of an NFC antenna to be inserted into a steel pallet for conveying selected good products through a vision system to a threaded screw from CNC equipment. The CNC equipment used here incorporates the information communication technology (ICT) corresponding to the Internet of Things (IoT), and the smart factory system technology that produces information by exchanging information freely in two directions by connecting the POP corresponding to the service Internet is evolved Equipment. Therefore, it is possible to collect position information on the threaded workpiece by applying NFC antenna designed considering iron pallet used for material management so as to grasp estimated completion time and actual production amount according to production instruction from existing analog type equipment to POP monitoring system And investigated its characteristics.

Study on Isotherm, Kinetic and Thermodynamic Parameters for Adsorption of Methyl Green Using Activated Carbon (활성탄을 이용한 메틸 그린 흡착에 있어서 등온선, 동력학 및 열역학 파라미터에 대한 연구)

  • The adsorption of methyl green dye using an activated carbon from an aqueous solution was investigated. Adsorption experiments were carried out as a function of the adsorbent dose, initial concentration, contact time and temperature. The Langmuir isotherm model showed a good fit to the equilibrium adsorption data. Based on the estimated Langmuir separation factor, ($R_L=0.02{\sim}0.106$), this process could be employed as the effective treatment (0 < $R_L$ < 1). It was found that the adsorption was a physical process with the adsorption energy (E) value range between 316.869 and 340.049 J/mol obtained using Dubinin-Radushkevich equation. The isothermal saturation capacity obtained from brunauer emmett teller (BET) model increased with increasing the temperature. The kinetics of adsorption followed a pseudo second order model. The free energy and enthalphy values of -5.421~-7.889 and 31.915 kJ/mol, respectively indicated that the adsorption process follows spontaneous endothermic reaction. The isosteric heat of adsorption increased with the increase of equilibrium adsorption amounts, and the total interaction of the adsorbent - adsorbate increased as the surface coverage increased.

  • In this study, silicon / carbon nanotube / carbon composite particles with high capacity were fabricated by using micro-sized silicon particles and carbon nanotubes as an anode material for lithium ion batteries. The silicon / carbon nanotube / carbon composite particles were prepared by spray drying method to prepare spherical composite particles. The composite particles have the network structure of the carbon nanotubes around the silicon particles, in which the silicon particles and the carbon nanotubes are bonded by amorphous carbon. It appears that the volume expansion of silicon is effectively buffered and the electrical contact is maintained in the network structure of the composite particles during charge-discharge cycles.

  • A shipbroking is maritime service business, which is consist of market of freight, shipbuilding, sales & purchase and demolition for intermediation between customer and supplier. In this way, a shipbroking business has strong relationship with shipping industry and is also knowledge service business for creation additional value based on shipping, shipbuilding, financial and law etc. However, the research on the evaluation items and a method for shipbroking company were not carried out in previous research. In this paper, We defined evaluation items with three high level, six middle level and sixteen low level for evaluation of shipbroking service by expert's brainstorming and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method. And also carried out survey to employees of shipbroking company as supplier and shipping company as customer. As a result of survey, result of service in high level, convenient of middle level and credibility of low level are evaluated highly, and also business credit rating, profit of customer, achievement of customer's object are considered to more important than others items. In case of comparison between group, a method of contact with client, problem-solving ability, good relationship with clients of international and domestic evaluated importantly in common.

Analysis on Isotherm, Kinetic and Thermodynamic Properties for Adsorption of Acid Fuchsin Dye by Activated Carbon (활성탄에 의한 Acid Fuchsin 염료의 흡착에 대한 등온선, 동력학 및 열역학 특성치에 대한 해석)

  • Isotherms, kinetics and thermodynamic properties for adsorption of acid fuchsin (AF) dye by activated carbon were carried out using variables such as dose of adsorbent, pH, initial concentration and contact time and temperature. The effect of pH on adsorption of AF showed a bathtub with high adsorption percentage in acidic (pH 8). Isothermal adsorption data were fitted to the Freundlich, Langmuir, and Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherm models. Freundlich isothem model showed the highest agreement and confirmed that the adsorption mechanism was multilayer adsorption. It was found that adsorption capacity increased with increasing temperature. Freundlich's separation factor showed that this adsorption process was an favorable treatment process. Estimated adsorption energy by Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherm model indicated that the adsorption of AF by activated carbon is a physical adsorption. Adsorption kinetics was found to follow the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. Surface diffusion at adsorption site was evaluated as a rate controlling step by the intraparticle diffusion model. Thermodynamic parameters such as activation energy, Gibbs free energy, enthalpy entropy and isosteric heat of adsorption were investigated. The activation energy and enthalpy change of the adsorption process were 21.19 kJ / mol and 23.05 kJ / mol, respectively. Gibbs free energy was found that the adsorption reaction became more spontaneously with increasing temperature. Positive entropy was indicated that this process was irreversible. The isosteric heat of adsorption was indicated physical adsorption in nature.
