This study analyzed the change of the Korean welfare regime during the conservative government. It is clear that the welfare expanded during the conservative government, but this expansion was the process of realizing the constraint of expansion that reduces future welfare expenditure in Korea. In addition, as the public welfare centered on social insurance expanded after 10 years of liberal government, the backward selectivity of the Korean welfare regime strengthened in the conservative administration. Expanding social insurance itself does not reinforce the backward selectivity of the Korean welfare regime. However, the industrial structure created by the export-led growth system has intensified the fragmentation of the labor market, and expanding social insurance designed based on regular workers under these conditions has forced the backward selectivity of the social security system. It is for this reason that the backward selectivity has been reinforced during the conservative government.

공산권의 급격한 체제변화에도 불구하고 적화통일의 정책을 버리지 않고 있는 북한과 대치하고 있는 우리로서는 북한의 기술적 기습에 능동적으로 대처하고, 나아가 선진국의 기술예속으로부터 탈피하기 위하여 선별된 분야에서 선진국 수준의 첨단기술을 조기에 확보할수 있도록, 앞으로 국방과학기술에 대한 연구개발정책과 체제를 대폭 강화해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 강력한 국가의 의지와 함께 주요 무기체계는 국내개발로 이룩한다는 정책이 필요하다. 또한 무기획득의 장기계획과 범국가적인 국방과학기술협력체제의 확립이 절실히 요구되며, 연구 개발비의 확대와 각종 제도개선등 기술 개발에 대한 유인책이 필요하다고 본다.

색채선별기는 양질의 곡물 유통을 위해 불량곡물, 이물질을 선별하는 시스템이다. 기존의 색채 선별기는 PC기반 제어시스템으로서 비교적 고가이고 부피가 크며 현장 환경에서 기계적 충격이나 먼지등에 취약하다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 운영체제가 탑재된 임베디드 제어기 기반의 색채선별기를 제안한다. 색채선별기는 기본적으로 곡물의 유입량 및 속도를 조절해 주는 피터부, 곡물의 영상을 받아 이미지를 처리해 주는 카메라부, 카메라부에서 받은 정보를 이용해 양품과 불량품을 분리해 주는 이젝터부로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 지능형 색채선별기용 ARM 프로세서 기반 임베디드 제어기의 하드웨어 구성, 피더부, 카메라부, 이젝터부 간의 통신프로토콜을 이용한 총괄관리 제어와 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI)를 소개한다.

그라세 출판사를 돌아보면서, 가장 중요한 것은 이 출판사에서 발간하는 책들이 아니라 좋은 책을 선별하는 기획과 편집자들의 독립성, 그리고 잘 정돈된 체제라는 생각이 들었다. 서구 출판사들 대부분이 그렇듯이 그라세가 가장 귀중하게 생각하는 것은 편집자의 힘이다.

현재의 유통시스템은 간행되는 모든 책이 서점에 무한정 진열되고, 무한정 반품이 허용되고, 무한정 판매되기만을 기다리는 체제이다. 반품된 책 중에서 선별해 제2유통 시스템으로 판매할 수 있다면 무분별한 생산을 억제하고 독자들의 욕구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라와 상당히 다른 체제를 유지하고 있는 미국의 설비관련 법규를 이해하기 위해서는 일차적으로 건설산업 제도를 전반적으로 파악하지 않을 수 없다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 광범위한 미국의 건설산업 중 현재 우리나라의 설비분야에서 당면과제와 밀접한 관계가 있다고 생각되는 몇 가지의 제도에 관련된 사항을 선별하여 그 현황을 소개하기로 한다.

Archival objects produced in relation to the activities of public institutions hold the inexpressible symbolism, historical value, and esthetical value as well in that the values of display and reuse of archives materials in the future are high as figures. The revised law of Archives Act in 2007 has provided a foundation for managing the archival objects in every public organization, by also including archival objects into the category of archives produced and registered in relation to their works. Although it could be seen as a reforming will to aim at the differential approach from the past to recognize the archival objects as records and make the managing will documented, it is still in an unprepared state to define the concepts on archival objects and to have methods to systematically manage and preserve them. Thus this paper has researched on the type classification of archival objects and their evaluation, as way of developing the methods for the management system for archival objects. On the premise that it should be preceded by clear definitions of concepts and distinctive understanding of their types first in order to build up the management system for archival objects, definition and type classification of the archival object have been attempted, based on the actual research materials and the current relevant laws. In addition, this study has analyzed the characteristics of selecting archival objects in order to search for which one they should obtain and manage among archival objects produced and reused in relation to the works of public institutions. On the basis of this, the plans for the national selection system and provision of selecting criteria for the subjects of permanent preservation have been suggested in this study.

"양돈산업에 약 1조6천억이란 많은 정부 자금이 투자 되었었다. 이것은 정부가 WTO체제에 들어가면서 양돈농가가 세계와 경쟁해서 살아남기 위해서는 시설 현대화를 위해 투자해야 한다는 식의 분위기를 만들어 자금을 빌려주면서 시설투자를 부추킨 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그럼에도 정부와는 상관없이 사익을 위해 문어발 식으로 기업을 늘려왔던 몇 개인의 대기업들은 부채를 탕감해 주기도 하면서, 축산인들의 부채에 대해 정부는 냉정하다. 정부가 부추킨 일을 IMF로 경제가 잘못되자 정부는 모른 척하고 국민(축산인)에게 떠 안기려 하고 있다. 이번 연기 조치 또한 부채를 탕감해 주는 것도 아닌 유예하는 것 조차도 선별한다는 것은 이율 배반적으로 보인다"

패치 분배는 시스템의 보안과 네트워크를 구성하는 여러 시스템들에 설치된 소프트웨어의 최약성를 보완하기 위한 가장 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다.[4] 최근 다수의 보안패치 분배 시스템이 나타나면서 이들에 대한 선별기준에서 충족시켜야만 하는 필수 조건으로서 이종 컴퓨팅 환경과 다중 플랫폼, 운영체제, 버전의 지원여부가 중요하게 여겨지고 있다.[5,6] 본 논문에서는 이러한 필수조건들을 충족시킬 수 있는 보안패치 분배 시스템을 설계 및 구현하는데 필요한 보안패치 DB 구축 및 검색 방법을 연구, 제시하고자 한다.

In the environment of development of network bandwidth and intrusion technology there is limit to the pattern analysis of all massed packets through the existing pattern matching method by the intrusion detection system. To detect the packets efficiently when they are received fragmented, it has been presented the matching method only the pattern of packets consisting with the operation system such as Esnort. Pattern matching performance is improved through the use of NMAP, the basic mechanism od Esnort, by scanning the operation system of the same network system and appling pattern match selectively scanned information and the same operation system as the received packets. However, it can be appeared the case of disregarding the receivied packets depending on the diversity of the kind of operation systems and recognition mistake of operation system of nmap. In this paper, we present and verify the improved intrusion detection system shortening the pattern matching time by the creation of hashy table through the pattern hash of intrusion detection system independently with the users system environment .in the state of flux.
