  • 최근, 배전계통의 고압 배전선로의 전압강하가 5%를 초과하는 장거리 선로에 대한 효율적인 전압관리가 미흡한 상태이며, 배전선로의 전압을 제어하기 설치하는 선로 전압조정장치(Step Voltage Regulator : SVR)의 잦은 고장 및 설치공간 과다점유로 전압조정장치의 설치 사용실적이 미진하고, 동 기기의 운용 및 설치기준에 정립이 시급한 실정이다. 따라서 전압강하 5% 초과 지역에 대한 효율적인 전압관리 개선방안을 강구하기 위하여, 현재 배전사업소에 도입, 설치되고 있는 전압조정 장치(SVR)의 운용기준 제정은 물론, 적정용량 및 최적 위치선정에 대한 방안을 제시하는 연구가 필요하다.

Development of Optimal Train Operation System in Bottle-neck Section According to the Opening of High Speed Railway in Seoul Metropolitan Area (수도권 고속철도개통에 따른 고속선 병목구간 최적열차운행 체계 연구)

  • New Opening of Suseo-Pyeongteak High Speed Railway (HSR) will be a new leap in the Korean railway history. However if this section of HSR line around Seoul Metropolitan Area opens, the confluence of new HSR and existing HSR line in Pyeongteak-Osong section will cause a bottle neck problem. In other words, the opening of Suseo-Pyeongteak HSR line will make the capacity of track reach the limit and the section of railroad between Pyeongteak and Osong will be saturated. This will also make such troubles as restricting the number of train which stops at Cheonan-Asan station. In this study, based on the train assignment theory of TVM430 signal system, the methods of calculating headway and number of train are reviewed and the plan for application of optimal operation pattern during peak hour between Pyeongteak-Osong section is also suggested. To remove the bottle neck problem in this HSR section, 3 alternatives are suggested and the expected effects and problems of each alternative are also analyzed. The results show that the troubles caused by excess of track capacity can be removed without any additional cost if the minimum headway in operating system for HSR is adopted in this section. In the future, if these alternatives are considered to the long-term plan for operating train and signal systems, this will improve the efficiency of train operation, which can remove the bottle neck in the HSR line.

Increasing Hosting Capacity of Distribution Feeders by Analysis of Generation and Consumption (배전선로 부하량 및 발전량 분석을 통한 신재생 접속허용용량 기준 상향에 대한 연구)

  • This paper demonstrates that the verification and analysis of the increase of hosting capacity of distributed energy resources in distribution system for the high penetration of distributed energy resources. In the case of generally designed distribution feeders in South Korea, it can host up to 10 MVA of distributed energy resources and the over voltage due to reverse power flow is prohibited beyond the range by the law of electric utility. However, it should take into consideration that there are some factors of extra hosting capacity such as generation characteristics of distributed energy resources and minimum loads that always exist to distribution system. For these reason, we choose a specific distribution system hosted 10 MVA of distributed energy resources monitored by distribution system operator and verify the impact of increasing hosting capacity such as power flow and voltage profile of distribution system. By the result, we could find that it is possible to increase the hosting capacity and define the factors to expand the hosting capacity of distributed energy resources in distribution system.

  • 배전설계기준에 따르면 관로를 포설할 때 9공 초과시 도로 양측으로 시공하거나 전력구를 시공하게 되어 있으나 현장의 각종 지하 매설물 및 공사 예산 등 여러 가지 문제들로 인해 다회로 공법에 대한 검토가 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 A지점의 사례를 통해 케이블 허용전류 계산 프로그램(CYMCAP)을 이용하여 관로 이격거리에 따른 허용전류 값을 비교 검토하였다. 향후 전력수요 증가에 따른 대용량 배전선로의 안정적인 전력 확보를 위해서 다회로 공법 개발과 동시에 국내 지역적 환경 특성과 케이블 특성 등을 고려한 파라메타를 정립하여 정확한 허용용량을 산정하는 것이 중요하다.

  • In this paper, we describe the effects on the power system by adding renewable generator. In order to examine the stability of the system, the system analysis was performed using the PSS/E software. We confirmed whether occur the line overload of system through the load flow analysis and contingency analysis. and confirmed whether exceed of fault current using the fault current analysis. Dynamic stability of the system is analyzed through dynamic simulation. The analysis of the system according to the addition of the renewable generator was carried out according to the power system reliability and electricity quality maintenance standard.

  • The role of the low voltage circuit breakers that are installed just before the load is very important for safety. This paper presents a test and analysis of the instantaneous trip characteristics of the Low Voltage 30AF(Ampere Frame) Circuit Breakers, which can be expected to be used for improving the safety of the Low Voltage Circuit Breaker.
