The purpose of this study is to investigate bibliographic control of printed music that is especially far-off the bibliographic control activities. In this study, therefore, the production and distribution channels of printed music and their publication situation are investigated. Then the development of bibliographic control of printed music is examined. And also, domestic, foreign, and international bibliographic control activities of printed music are analyzed. Finally, the special issues to be considered in our bibliographic control of printed music are presented.

현대 산업에서 정밀기기와 정보기기의 사용이 증가되면서 전력품질의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 또한 건축물 뇌 보호 관련 규정이 KS C IEC 62305로 개정피면서 선택사항에 불과했던 내부 뇌 보호 시스템 서지보호기(SPD)의 설치가 의무화 되었다. 그런대 사용자들이 실제 이용하고 있는 서지보호기를 현장에 적용하였을 때 많은 문제점이 드러났다. 첫째, 서지보호기를 설치 후 제대로 작동 하는지 동작 상태를 파악할 수 없고 단지 낙뢰가 몇 번 유입되었는지의 카운터 기능의 시각적 판단만 가능하다. 또한 시간이 지나면서 서지보호기의 특성 변화 파악이 불가능하다. 설치 후 제 성능은 얼마나 발휘하는 가를 알 수 없고 LAMP에 의해 SPD의 소손 여부만을 판단할 수 있어 SPD의 교체시기를 알 수 없다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 서지보호기에 유입되는 서지크기, 유입경로 및 횟수를 통한 서지의호소자의 성능에 대한 대책 마련을 가능케 하여 바람직한 서지보호 및 적용이 가능토록 하고자 한다.

정보매체와 통신 기술의 발달로 인한 정보의 범람 속에서 필요한 정보를 신속, 정확하게 얻기 위한 수단으로서 서지통정을 학자들의 이론을 통해 그 의미를 다시 정립하고자 하였다. 특히 세라와 이건의 사회인식론을 토대로 연구하고, 미시적 서지통정과 거시적 서지통정을 특징을 비교하여 다매체 시대에 서지통정의 나아갈 방향을 제시해 보고자 하였다.

According to the Library Act enacted in 1963, the national bibliography of Korea has been publishing annually since 1965. Unlike countries around the world that have been promoting the continuous development of national bibliography and service innovation, Korean national bibliography is rarely used due to service degradation and structural problems of data. The national bibliography has great significance as a symbol that reflects a country's knowledge culture, as it is a comprehensive records of publications published domestically or related to the country. This study intends to propose a data construction and operation strategy for improving the Korean national bibliography. To this end, this study (1) analyzes trends and key contents of international guidelines for national bibliography, (2) examines the meanings and sustainability of national bibliography at current information environment, and (3) suggests detailed operational strategies to improve the quality and service of Korean national bibliography. Data was collected and utilized through case studies, interviews with stakeholders including national library staffs, and literature reviews.

We propose semantic model that is possible to apply for the bibliographic metadata of domestic digital library by analysing bibliographic metadata models like MARC, DC, MODS, JeromeDL's metadata model MarcOnt as the representative case of semantic digital library and FRBR model as the conceptual model.

본 연구의 목적은 대학 도서관 Web OPAC의 이용자가 실제로 이용하는 서지정보는 무엇이며, 서지정보 인터페이스는 이용자가 서지정보를 이용하는데 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 조사하는 것이다. 실험참가자의 탐색질의를 구분하여 두 집단으로 구분한 후, 실험참가자로 하여금 두 대학도서관 Web OPAC을 사용하게 한다. 탐색진행과정을 관찰하고, 상세서지 화면에서 어떤 서지정보가 실험참가자가 찾고자 하는 정보인지를 확신하게 했는지 물어보는 형식으로 실험을 진행한다.

전력 계통에서 좀 더 나은 서비스와 안정성이 요구 됨에 따라 과도현상에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 스위칭 시간과 선로 길이에 따른 개폐서지의 변화를 알아보기 위한 것이다. EMTP로 균일 분포 정수 모델을 모의 하여 과도 현상인 개폐서지를 측정하였다. 개폐서지의 종류를 알고 스위칭 시간에 따른 파형과 선로 길이를 다르게 함으로써 나오는 파형을 비교 분석하였다. 모의 결과는 무부하 선로에 전원 투입시 서지와 같은 현상을 보여주며, 스위칭 시간 및 선로 길이에 대한 서지의 영향을 확인하였다

This study aims to improve bibliographic data of public libraries by linking service data, which are produced out of library service programs. Service data collected from the seven award-winning public libraries were selected and analyzed. A Bibliographic Framework is used for linking bibliographic data and service data. Interfaces are also suggested for the two-way data linking. The results can be used to obtain 1) selective and value-added bibliographic data, 2) bibliographic data updated continuously throughout the lifecycle, 3) structured service data for preservation and sharing, and 4) bibliographic data linked to the additional external linked data.

The purposes of this study are to analyze the structure of the division and its operation related to bibliographic control in national libraries and to propose several ways to strengthen its functions of National Library of Korea based upon the analysis. Literature reviews were carried for the definitions and roles of national libraries and their bibliographic control. The divisions of bibliographic control in Library of Congress, British Library, National Diet Library of Japan, the Royal Library of Denmark, and National Library of Korea were analyzed. Three methods for strengthening bibliographic control in National Library of Korea were suggested as follows: first of all, need of establishment of independent bibliographic control center, secondly, high quality of bibliographic data and collaboration with related institutions, and third, strengthening of research in the future of bibliographic control.

오늘날 사회가 복잡화 다양화 되면서 각종 정보통신기기 네트워크가 거미줄처럼 연결되어 365일 정보를 교환하고 있으며 정보의 실시간 처리 및 전송등으로 업무처리가 이루지는 상황에서 통신설비의 장애는 한 회사의 업무를 정지시키는것은 물론이고 사회 전체가 정지하는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 과거에 비하여 이상기후 등으로 낙뢰 발생빈도는 점차 증가하고 있으며 이로 인한 정보통신기기의 뇌서지로 인한 피해도 같이 증가하고 있다. 뇌서지의 유입경로를 추적하여 보호대책을 실시하고 있는데 주로 전원측이나 통신선로측으로 유입되고 있으며 접지를 통하여 뇌서지가 유입되는 경우도 많이 발생하고 있다. 뇌서지 억제대책으로 절연화, 바이패스화, 등전위화, 전원측에 피뢰기나 서지보호기등을 설치하는 방법을 설치하고 있으나 피서지 유입경로가 어느 한 부분으로 침입하기 보다는 복합적으로 침입하는 경우가 되부분 이므로 피서지 억제대책 또한 복합적인 피서지억제 시스템을 고려하여야 한다.
