Bibliographic Network has been a goal about not only to support resource sharing within libraries but also to pursue economic efficiency of cataloging. But nowadays, as resources in diverse media and format have been poured out, printed resources based union catalog should change to new resources finding system which include diverse type of resources. This study analyzes changing factors of bibliographic network and strategies for LC, NII, OCLC, NLA who try to turn over a new service. Finally basis on these findings, suggest task for Korean new generation bibliographic network service which is focused on introducing new collaborating model and developing new resource finding system.

Recently, some bibliometric researchers tried to use the centrality analysis methods and the centrality measures which are standard tools in social network analysis. However the traditional centrality measures originated from social network analysis could not deal with weighted networks such as co-citation networks. In this study. new centrality measures for analyzing bibliometric networks with link weights are suggested and applied to three real network data, including an author co-citation network, a co-word network, and a website co-link network. The results of centrality analyses in these three cases can be regarded as Promising the usefulness of suggested centrality measures, especially in analyzing the Position and influence of each node in a bibliometric network.

Search engines, web portal sites, online book stores are being the main stream of information network. Library and its catalog has not influenced as the way it had been to the information network any more. Thus, institutions leading the bibliographic network started to pay much attention to the web user service. This article firstly reviewed the development of the bibliographic network, next generation catalog interface and OPAC 2.0, and investigated the case of OCLC in detail. Based on the reviews, this study suggested the development plan of bibliographic network focusing on the web user service in terms of the three strategies. It is hoped that this article will be the basic study for the future of the bibliographic network and the reference for the changes and improvements of libraries and catalog services.

당신의 전기설비와 전자제품을 보호하기 위해 서지억제기를 설치할 준비가 되었는가?네트워크를 구축할 계획으로 투자가 그저 그런 것으로 교체비용이 과히 부감스럽지 않다면 서지억제기를 설치하지 않아도 된다. 그러나 당신의 시스템이 중요한 것이며 네트워크로 구성되어있다면 선택은 하나, 서지억제기를 설치하는 것이다 이제, 당신의 네트워크는 안전하게 유지될 것이다. 그 시스템이 필요 없어질 때까지 물론 비싸고 생각할 수도 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터 네트워크보다는 훨씬 싸다.

지적 구조 분석을 위해서 계량서지적 자료를 시각적으로 표현하는 다양한 네트워크 형성 방식에 대해서 사례와 함께 각각의 특성을 살펴보았다. 동시인용을 비롯한 계량서지적 자료의 시각적인 표현은 지적구조의 분석에 있어서 매우 효과적인 방법으로 인식되어왔다. 시각화를 위해서는 전통적으로 다차원척도법이나 군집분석, 대응일치분석 등의 다변량통계 분석 기법이 사용되어왔다. 최근 들어 패스파인더 네트워크를 비롯한 새로운 네트워크 형성 기법이 전통적인 기법의 대체 도구로 제시되고 있으나, 사실상 네트워크의 형태로 지적 구조를 분석하는 것은 인용분석 연구의 초기부터라고 할 수 있다. 다양한 네트워크 형성 방식의 특성에 대해서 살펴봄으로써 계량서지적 분석을 활성화하는데 도움이 되리라고 기대한다.

This paper dealt with the development of surge protection devices (SPDs) that can protect high speed computer network devices from overvoltages caused by switching operations or lightning surges. The designed SPD is a form of hybrid circuit which is composed of a gas tube having large current diverting capability, high response bi-directional avalanche diodes, and fast recovery diodes to reduce insertion loss on high frequency domain. Surge protection and signal transmission characteristics of the fabricated SPD was tested according to the international standards, IEC 61000-4-5 and IEC 61643-21. From the test results, the SPD is satisfied with the international standards and the high cut-off frequency was 204 MHz. Also, the SPD showed a good performance without an insertion loss on a field test of 100 Mbps class Local Area Network.

This study tried to explore the relation between research networks(coauthor network, author co-citation network, author bibliographic coupling network) and research performance of Records and Archives Management study in Korea. For the analysis, three basic types of network centrality and three indicators of research performance are used. The summary of this study is as follows: Firstly, there are relations between three centralities and three indicators of research performance in the coauthor network. Secondly, there are relations between betweenness centrality and research performance in the author co-citation/author bibliographic coupling networks. Thirdly, there are relations between three centralities in the each research network. Fourthly, there are not high relations between all centralities of the three research networks.

BLAISE, a information communication system England, has been developed steadily and expanded a network to the European countries, which reflects recognition of library at national level. In Japan, NACSIS has been established by a financial support from Ministry of Education and very active in networking throughout the nation. The development policy of their countries. In this study it is introduced a new concept, bibliographical information network and also suggested that bibliographical information system in Korea should be developed by expansion of KOR-MARC database.

오늘날 사회가 복잡화 다양화 되면서 각종 정보통신기기 네트워크가 거미줄처럼 연결되어 365일 정보를 교환하고 있으며 정보의 실시간 처리 및 전송등으로 업무처리가 이루지는 상황에서 통신설비의 장애는 한 회사의 업무를 정지시키는것은 물론이고 사회 전체가 정지하는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 과거에 비하여 이상기후 등으로 낙뢰 발생빈도는 점차 증가하고 있으며 이로 인한 정보통신기기의 뇌서지로 인한 피해도 같이 증가하고 있다. 뇌서지의 유입경로를 추적하여 보호대책을 실시하고 있는데 주로 전원측이나 통신선로측으로 유입되고 있으며 접지를 통하여 뇌서지가 유입되는 경우도 많이 발생하고 있다. 뇌서지 억제대책으로 절연화, 바이패스화, 등전위화, 전원측에 피뢰기나 서지보호기등을 설치하는 방법을 설치하고 있으나 피서지 유입경로가 어느 한 부분으로 침입하기 보다는 복합적으로 침입하는 경우가 되부분 이므로 피서지 억제대책 또한 복합적인 피서지억제 시스템을 고려하여야 한다.

This study analyzed bibliographic attributes related to the selection and use of reading materials based on data on books borrowed or purchased together in order to understand the properties of reading materials that have complex user needs from various perspectives. As a result of creating co-occurrence matrices of bibliographic attribute terms by dividing them into 26 sub-attribute units related to KDC main class, target reader, and user age, and performing network analyses, the details and prominent mediating role of bibliographic attributes of reading materials were identified. The results of this study will be helpful in designing facets of reading information systems, including library OPAC, in the future.
