Study on the influence of Hotel Training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality (호텔 사내교육의 만족이 직무만족, 조직몰입, 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 관한연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of hotel training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality. The sample was obtained during 3weeks periods from Oct $14^{th}$ 2017 to Nov $4^{th}$ 2017 and out of 230 copies of the questionnaire, 223 copies responded with sincerity were made an object of the analysis. The results of the study were as follows, Firstly, training had an positive impact on the job satisfaction, Secondly, training significantly effected on organizational commitment. And practical training in the hotel has a positive impact on improving the quality of service. Third, job satisfaction has a positive effect on quality of service. Finally, organizational commitment also has a positive effect on service quality.

  • This study is to evaluate the public drinking water service systematically, to improve customer satisfaction level, also overcoming the limitations of the existing method often relying on the satisfaction measurement subjectively. Thorough the rigid quality control of the service and its effect on civil affairs administration, we conclude that quality of the public service has an influences on the customers' satisfaction, which play a role to intensify the confidence and support of the civil administration by its appropriate management. Thus quality control management itself has its own value in that the satisfaction and confidence of the service result from the quality. The new model can be utilized as a Service Quality Index for the public drinking water service. To enhance the customers' satisfaction and confidence of the water suppliers, it is very useful that they reflect the customers' needs exactly through the service quality control regularly.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the service quality of The Independence Hall of Korea, and to investigate what factors of service quality influence to the customer satisfaction and the customer revisit intention As a result of the study, service quality for The Independence Hall of Korea was proposed to be four factors of tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. It turns out that if the service quality of responsiveness and empathy provided by The Independence Hall of Korea improves, the customers' satisfaction would be increased, and If the customers are satisfied with the service, visitors' intention to revisit would be influenced. The result of the research suggests that the Korea Independence Hall should manage and control these service quality factors to improve customer satisfaction and revisit intention.

  • This paper aims to study the effects of quality of u-City public service on customer satisfaction in the Korea and is summarized as follows. First, we propose a model for assessing customer's satisfaction on u-City public services. The model comprises of information system (IS) quality, information quality, service quality and publicity. For verifying a model, a statistical study by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 16.0 has been performed. Second, it is shown from the analysis that information system (IS) quality, information quality and publicity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. while service quality does not. Last, the study shows that u-City public service enables any citizen to connect to necessary service in anytime and anywhere.

  • Every online shopping mall is concerned about service quality and trust issues. We analyze and compare the impacts of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, we investigate service quality and trust attributes and their effects on overall service quality and trust. The results unveil that, in our e-business setting, overall trust has more powerful leverage than overall service quality.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of marathon service quality on service value and participant satisfaction. For data analysis, a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to participants in the marathon, and a total of 329 (94%) data were used as valid samples, excluding 21 unscrupulous responses. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using PASW 21.0. This resulted in the following results. First, marathon service quality has an effect on service value. Second, marathon service quality had an effect on satisfaction. Third, service value influenced participant satisfaction.

  • The purposes of this study are to identify the relationships between service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty for IhoTewoo festival through a structural equation model. This study was conducted by means of survey questionnaire of festival visitors with 348 responses. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the exploratory factor analysis with principal component method of the 19 service quality items identified four underlying domains. These dimensions were labelled: (1) 'program', (2) 'informational service', (3) 'festival area', and (4) 'food'. Second, service quality has a significantly positive effect on perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. Third, Perceived value has a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, both perceived value and satisfaction have significantly positive effects on loyalty. Fifth, Although the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty was evident, it was also found that the indirect effects of service quality through perceived value and/or overall satisfaction were stronger. Thus, customer loyalty will be stronger when service quality is matched with perceived value and/or overall satisfaction, meaning that multiple factors play a significant role in determining customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify a relationship among service quality and customer satisfaction of wedding hall restaurants, and recommendation intention, as well as the moderating effect of image of wedding halls and hotels on the relationship. A hierarchical regression analysis thorugh SPSS was conducted to test the model hypotheses. Research samples were collected from 331 customers of wedding hall restaurants and hotels located in Seoul. The findings and implications of the research can be summarized as follows. First, the employees, facilities and environment service, and convenience of wedding hall restaurants had a positive effect on customer satisfaction of wedding hall restaurants. Second, evidence suggested that service quality of wedding hall restaurants had a positive effect on recommendation intention. Third, while there was a negative moderating effect of image of wedding halls and hotels between food and employee service quality and customer satisfaction, a positive moderation effect of image of wedding halls and hotels was found. Fourth, there was a negative moderating effect between customer satisfaction and recommendation intention.

  • This study aims to establish effects of service quality of the indoor golf practice facility on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and intention to repurchase. Consumers using indoor golf practice facility were selected as the target population of this study, and 238 individuals were extracted by convenience sampling and administered a survey. The results are as follows. First, facility, process, instructor positively influence customer satisfaction. Second, facility, instructor positively influence customer loyalty. Third, facility, process, instructor positively influence intention to repurchase. Fourth, customer satisfaction positively influence intention to repurchase. Fifth, customer loyalty positively influence intention to repurchase. Sixth, customer satisfaction mediated service quality of indoor golf practice facility and intention to repurchase. Finally, customer loyalty partly mediated service quality of indoor golf practice facility and intention to repurchase.
