In this paper, we evaluate the performance of VoIP in OFDMA-based relay systems with various capabilities of relays. We classify relays according to capability as "mid-capability (MC)" and "high-capability (HC)" relay. In system with HC relays, not only base station (BS) but also relay station (RS) performs scheduling at its ova whereas only BS performs scheduling in system with MC relays using the information reported by MS (i.e. the received signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) of mobile station (HS), the amount of MS traffic, etc). In system with MC relays, the controling overhead of BS is larger than that of system with HC relays. However, since BS has all MS information, efficient resource allocation and scheduling is possible. We derived the "average packet delay," "good packet ratio," and "cell goodput" in a VoIP environment. The simulation results demonstrate that the system with MC relays has better VoIP performance over that with HC relays.

The development of IT technology emphasizes the importance of training IT professionals, and the need for education for elementary and secondary education as well as adult education for training technical talent is expanding. In particular, information curriculum will be added as an essential course from the 2015 revised curriculum, and IT technology will be understood in the curriculum for elementary and secondary schools and will be required to develop applicability to solve problems based on understanding. Currently, research is under way to integrate IT technologies to provide new services, and if the use of personal information is required in the process, thorough security for the leakage of personal information is pre-empted. It also prevents the identification of personal information in the process of transmitting data to the outside world. In this paper, we propose a training method for elementary school subjects to understand the non-identification process that occurs in the process of transferring data using pipe games so that they can understand the principles of non-identification and develop applications to solve real-life problems.

Anti-oppressive practice (AOP) is a form of social work practice that has developed in the UK. In South Korea, Anti-oppressive social work has not been widely studied / explored unlike in other countries in the world. Its main principles, social justice and human rights, have become commonplace. AOP includes transformational practice because its orientation emphasizes social change through celebrating diverse identities and rejecting hierarchies of oppression and prestige. Recently, a growing body of literature on social work with foreign workers has resulted in an increased understanding of its population and its needs. It needs a theoretical and practical framework for foreign workers necessary to inform effective models of service delivery, reflecting cultural competence, and changing oppressive social structure. In this paper, we will introduce the main principles of AOP, analyse written texts reflected by foreign workers and social work practitioners' opinion, and suggest the implications on possibilities and constraints of applicability to foreign workers in South Korea.

Currently, the South Korean Government does not provide sickness benefits from the National Health Insurance, which is different from most other Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development countries. The sickness benefit guarantees a part of lost income due to injuries or diseases. The purpose of this study is to propose a sickness benefit scheme for South Korea. To this end, we compare health care systems, sickness benefit schemes, and delivery systems of those in Germany, Japan, and Sweden, focusing on the seven categories: management authority, object, level of payment, duration of payment, qualification requirements, connection with paid sick leave of workplace, and financial resources, and as to delivery system, the six categories: the number of procedures, transferring document between institutions, whether or not utilizing electronic reporting system, applicant, and administrative convenience. Based on the implications derived from the case study, we propose the sickness benefit scheme and its delivery pathway and other details for South Korea. This study is first to propose the sickness benefit for health insurance in Korea with its level of details. More studies should follow with case studies of other countries, as well as productive debates to build a feasible and sustainable sickness benefit system in South Korea.

The archival contents of the National Archives of Korea are organized so that anyone can easily use the records with a lot of social interest or request for reading. However, there are some problems in accessibility of archival contents, lack of detailed information, difficult to use and less interesting delivery method, and lack of customized content. As an alternative to this, this study proposed the utilization method of the archival contents of the National Archives through YouTube channel. For this purpose, we analyze the status and problems of the archival contents of the National Archives and understand the contents of the YouTube channel of the foreign agencies and the National Archives, and evaluate and compare them. Based on this, we propose and apply the process of the archival contents visualization using YouTube. Through this, We expect that the recognition and usability of the contents information of the National Archives of Records will be improved.

Mobile communication technology was one of the GPS technology, SmartPhone, Tablet PC is equipped with a GPS. So the user has a navigation, speed and his position to send and receive a variety of information. Therefore, in this paper, Mobile devices, GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile networks, and the communication module uses algorithms to analysis of acceleration and output, the user is currently using the system to find out the kind of transportation. This is the users who are using a particular transport unnecessary information and apply it to different areas do not think I will be able to.

DASH is a well-known streaming technology, which was proposed in 2010 by MPEG and standardized in 2011. Major multimedia contents service providers, including Apple, Microsoft, and Adobe are all using this technology to support their media streaming services. Whenever a new service is requested to the server, the DASH technology helps servicing the multimedia streaming to client by recognizing the capacity of network and by adapting the quality of the multimedia contents. In DASH, the quality of multimedia contents will be automatically lowered to meet the fluctuating network status, when undesirable breaks interrupt the network. In this paper, we classified and analysed the advantages and disadvantages of DASH researches in three aspects: bit-rate measurement method, bandwidth aggregation method; rate adaptation metrics, algorithms and logics; user's experiences and QoE.

In ISO MPEG, MPEG-H has been standardized to smoothly deliver huge volume of ultra-high resolution videos over heterogeneous network environments for the consumers. In the MPEG-H standard, MMT(MPEG Media Transport) protocol is the next generation MPEG media transport technology to provide hybrid media delivery over heterogeneous environments. It is important to sustain accurate media synchronization to provide ultra-high resolution video services over heterogeneous network environments. In this paper, we propose and verify an in-band media synchronization scheme to circumvent the problem of additional session setup and excessive traffic problems of the conventional out-of-band media synchronization supported by the MMT technology.

The need for oral health rights for people with disabilities is very high, and current oral health care system does not fully reflect these demands. Efforts to promote oral health of people with disabilities are urgently needed. In order for the disabled to have oral health rights, access to oral health services for people with disabilities should be improved and barriers to access should be resolved. In this study, we propose oral health service delivery system to guarantee oral health rights for the disabled. In addition, before applying the proposed oral medical delivery system, the external effects of the system application were predicted and the expert verification was conducted to find out the solution. There are some controversies about the development of the service delivery system proposed in this study. As a result of the expert verification, there were disagreements about the suitability of the service provider, the suitability of the service recipient, the appropriateness of the service content and scope, and the appropriateness of the cost and the revenue source. Subsequent Delphi surveys require the development of structured questionnaires for discussions that require consensus. It is expected that a reasonable consensus of expert opinions will be derived.

This study aims to provide the basic functional requirements and degree of importance of online archival exhibitions, which have played an essential role in the records information service lately. It first derived the properties of online archival exhibitions and their functional attributes through literature analysis. Next, it analyzed the degree of importance of functional requirements using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. As a result, 3 properties and 13 functional requirements of online archival exhibitions were proposed. It was found that the archivists managing the online archival exhibitions considered the most important property to be "Information Transmission," the second the "Effectiveness of Exhibition," and the third the "Informative Function." As for the most critical functional requirements, these are "Aesthetics," "Interaction," "Usability," "Educational Experience Provision," and "Promotion and Exhibition Activation," while the least are "Theme Originality" and "Content Inclusiveness."
