페이스북(Facebook)과 트위터(Twitter)등으로 각광 받는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)는 사용자의 온라인과 오프라인에 구축된 인맥 네트워크를 기반으로 한다. SNS내의 소셜커머스, 소셜어플리케이션 등의 다양한 기능이 추가 되면서 새로운 온라인 서비스 시장이 등장하게 되었다. 초기의 새로운 가상 인맥 늘리기 수단으로 사용되었던 SNS서비스는 스마트폰의 등장과 카메라, 마이크 등의 추가 디바이스와 서비스간의 연계가 가능해 지면서 이용자들의 새로운 정보 생성과 실시간 커뮤니케이션이 가능해 졌다. 또한 SNS를 통한 정보의 흐름은 텍스트 기반의 한방향 정보 전달 틀에서 소리와 이미지, 동영상등의 다양한 미디어가 취합되는 공간이 됨으로서 사용자와 다른 사용자간의 상호 작용이 가능한 쌍방향 소통으로 현실의 정보를 보다 정확하고 빠르게 전달할 수 있는 하나의 미디어 형태로 진화하는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 서비스에서 생성된 정보가 집단 협업(Mass Collaboration)을 이룰 때 갖는 신뢰성을 기대하여 키워드 중심의 정보 형성에 따른 SNS 활용 방법을 제시한다.

최근 확장된 인공지능 생태계를 바탕으로 전 분야에 챗봇 서비스(Chatbot Service)의 활용이 증가했다. 이에 따라 챗봇서비스의 활용 분야 및 전달수단도 메신저 앱을 넘어 온라인 웹, 모바일 어플리케이션 등 점차 다양화되는 추세이다. 디지털서비스의 혁신수단으로 인공지능 기반의 챗봇을 적극 도입 중이고 발전하는 챗봇 서비스에 발맞춰 챗봇이 제공하는 데이터도체계를 갖추고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 챗봇이 제공하는 데이터 중 웹을 기반으로 하는 데이터의 시각화 방안을 제시한다. 전국적으로 분포되어있는 방대한 양의 데이터를 처리하여 사용자에게 웹 미디어로 정보를 전달하기 위한 기술적 방법을 연구.개발하였다. 이는 웹을 기반으로 하는 챗봇뿐만 아니라 방대한 양의 정보를 처리해야하는 다양한 웹 미디어서비스에도 적용 가능하며 웹 미디어를더욱 보편화 할 수 있는 방법이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the social welfare service delivery system of Namyangju City on the satisfaction degree of the elderly with welfare services and on their quality of life. This study conducted a survey of the elderly aged 65 and over who were either service users or nonusers of the public-private partnership welfare service delivery system called Hope Care Center. A total of 324 copies including 205 copies of Hope Care Center users and 119 copies of nonusers were analyzed. The analysis shows that the four key elements of welfare service delivery system are statistically significant to the service users of Hope Care Center than the nonusers with the users' higher level of satisfaction with the services. However, in terms of quality of life, there was no meaningful distinction between the two groups. This indicates that services of Hope Care Center increased the satisfaction with welfare services, thereby improving users' quality of life to the level of nonusers. Further studies for the same subjects are expected to be deeper if they compare and analyze the before and after of using Hope Care Center with more comprehensive independent variables.

As ubiquitous environment rapidly emerges due to the development of network and information communication technology, ubiquitous computing is being noticed as a technology that will take the lead in information technology industry of the future. To the end, the data recognized from each sensors, collected, and processed need be transferred to applied service so that they may be used as data for providing service to users. But to send sensors data has weak points that are absence of applicate data accessibility and inter-operablities against difference platform and protocol, deficiency of meta-data and interface against sensors. In this paper, we designed and implemented sensors data processing system that send sensors data to application service via web service with definition against description language describe sensors service and data.

미래의 해상 환경에서 e-Navigation은 더욱 중요한 역할을 수행할 것이다. e-Navigation의 목적인 해양 사고 저감과 운항 효율화를 달성하기 위하여 다양한 해사 서비스들의 개발은 필수적이며, 이러한 서비스들을 관리할 수 있는 해사 서비스 관리 기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 한국형 e-Navigation인 SMART-Navigation 내에서 다양한 해사 서비스를 체계적으로 관리하고 이종 통신 간 통신 수단의 전환에도 통신 단절 없이 서비스 사용자에게 등록된 해사 서비스의 메타 데이터를 전달하는 해사 서비스 레지스트리를 개발하기 위한 기본 개념과 구조를 제시하고자 한다.

우리나라의 통신서비스는 유선전화서비스를 시작으로 최근에는 데이터 서비스, 이동 통신서비스 등 다양한 형태의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 그러나 현재 서비스 시장은 포화 상태에 이르고 있어 통신사업자들은 신규 시장을 확보하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 신규 시장 확보는 새로운 지능형 서비스의 개발을 통해 가능할 것으로 예상되는데, 기존의 수직적인 통신망구조에서 서비스의 개발은 쉽지 않다. 최근 하부 전달 망의 특성에 독립적인 Open API(Application Programming Interface)를 이용하여 망의 기능을 개방하고, 제3자 서비스 개발자들과의 제휴를 통해 다양한 형태의 유무선통합 지능형 서비스 개발을 유도하여 신규 서비스 창출이 가능한 차세대 네트워크에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다.(중략)

We propose a fully converged Ethernet and TDM transport system. Developed Ethernet and TDM convergence system can support not only L2 VPN service and premium multimedia service based on MPLS protocol but also TDM leased line service, simultaneously. Developed convergence system can provide high reliability for Ethernet packet due to support protection and restoration function of circuit based networks. Evaluation for Ethernet and TDM path was successfully performed to show the typical application of the proposed system in the legacy networks.

코로나19로 인한 언택트 문화의 확산으로 오프라인 중심의 소비를 주 매출로 하는 매장은 많은 어려움에 처해 있다. 또한 부외수입과 실용적 소비를 추구하는 사람들이 늘어나면서 온라인 중고거래 플랫폼이 성장하고 있으며, 특히 중고도서는 거래액이 크지 않아 수요가 많은 품목이다. 그러나 공유를 통한 도서대출 서비스는 편의성 높은 플랫폼 부재와 도서전달을 위한 비용문제가 있으며 다양한 서비스 또한 부재한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 가정마다 보유한 도서의 활용률 제고와 매장의 이용 활성화를 위한 매장거점 도서공유 방법을 제안하여 사용자의 접근성이 높은 매장 내에 설치된 북박스를 통한 딜리버리 서비스를 통해 도서 전달비용 절감과 중고도서의 단순매매가 아닌 대여 서비스가 가능한 장점이 있고, 오프라인매장에서 도서전달뿐만 아니라 도서를 이용할 수 있게 하여 도서이용의 상시성과 다양한 매장과의 다양한 프로모션을 통해 매장 이용 활성화가 가능한 장점이 있다.

본고에서는 3GPP에서 표준화가 진행되고 있는 기술을 중심으로 미래 융합 서비스의 동향을 살펴본다. 미래의 융합 서비스는 통신 서비스의 자유로운 이동성 연속성의 바탕위에, 통신의 대상이 사람 위주에서 사물로 확장될 것으로 보이며, 전달되는 컨텐츠 또한 음성과 멀티미디어에서 오감(五感)으로 그 폭이 넓어질 것으로 예상된다.

최근 네트워크 고속화로 인한 무선 정보전송의 이용이 다양해져 이동국과 이동전화 교환기간 문제가 생긴 중계기를 발견할 수 있다. 이러한 문제 발생시 문제 사항들을 감시하여 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 도와주는 모니터링 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 중계기에 리눅스 임베디드 운영체제를 장치한 장비를 통해 네트워크 관리 프로토콜인 SNMP를 이용하여 중계기 사망을 감시하고 CDMA의 단문 메시지 서비스를 통해 관리자와 중계기간에 정보를 네트워크 상으로 전달될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이에 중개기상의 SNMP 데이터 패킷을 CDMA 방식의 SMS로 변환하여 관리자의 시스템으로 메시지를 전달하는 모니터링 시스템 설계를 제안한다.
