This is a preliminary study to suggest the directions of strategic planning for archival information services in the National Archives of Korea(NAK). It has three parts. Firstly, it articulates the concept and the process of strategic planning and analyses the archival service strategies for NARA(US) and TNA(UK). Secondly, regarding our conditions, it suggests strategic goals, action plans and principles for the archival information services of NAK. Thirdly, it evaluates the current archival information services of NAK based on the suggested goals and plans and points out the aspects that is to be more strengthened to achieve these goals.

BPEL4WS와 같은 웹 서비스 프로세스 설계 언어의 사용은 기업으로 하여금 자동 실행되는 비즈니스 프로세스를 설계, 실행할 수 있게 하였으나, 종전의 워크플로우와 자동 실행 프로세스를 동시에 지원하지 못하는 한계를 가진다. 또한 B2B 협업에 있어서 각 기업에서 제공하는 웹 서비스들의 입력과 출력, 행동 단위가 다를 수밖에 없기 때문에 동일한 목적을 지닌 프로세스라 하더라도 파트너에 따라 상이하게 설계될 수밖에 없는 문제를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 문제들을 해결하기 위해, 비즈니스 프로세스를 기업내 워크플로우 프로세스와 자동 실행가능한 프로세스, 기업간 협업 프로세스의 세 가지로 분류하고, 이들을 통합적으로 설계하는 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 방법론을 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 설계자는 기업내 워크플로우와 자동 실행 가능한 프로세스를 통합적으로 설계할 수 있으며, 각 파트너에 대해 동일하게 사용되는 협업 프로세스를 설계할 수 있게 될것으로 기대된다.

FEC (Fog/Edge Computing) 환경에서 지연시간 최소화는 로컬과 에지 서버 간의 효율적인 협력을 보장하기 위한 최적의 계산 오프로딩 방법 결정을 통해 실현될 수 있다. 본 논문은 임의의 응용 서비스 실행모듈에 대한 부분 오프로딩 기반의 로컬(모바일 장치)과 에지 서버 간의 협업 경로를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 다중 분기구조를 포함하는 응용 서비스 실행모듈에 대한 부분 오프로딩 기반의 최적 협업 실행경로 추출 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 각 부분 모듈들의 실행위치에 따라 변화되는 지연시간 측정 및 분석에 적용가능하다.

There are many actively researched works on context-aware workflows for developing intelligent robot services. It is possible to describe not only the definition of robot services but also the contextual information of user's surroundings which can be used as the transition conditions for executing those robot services. Therefore it is required to prepare a context-aware workflow document to support the intelligent robot services. In this paper, we propose a development tool which enables robot service developers to describe context-aware workflow documents and execute them. The tool users can write robot service workflows easily by using intuitive GUI of the tool. In the experiment, we showed processes of writing robot service workflows in scenario format, then automatically documenting and executing them.

As service-oriented software is considered as one of solutions to fulfill the users' needs in internet service environment, it has been increased the demands of reliable service development by the composition of internet services. However a critical issue in the service development approach is to satisfy the performance requirement as well as the functional correctness for the developing services, because impatient user multiply clicks the request-button of service without a short waiting. This paper proposes a framework to examine the performance of composite service. Our testing framework provides the data of service response time to service developer by measuring the service execution time. We develope an Aspect-based timer service, and weave the service with existing services to measure the execution time. Additionally, we perform some experiments to confirm the usefulness of performance test for composite service. This framework can support to develop a good performance service by substitution of the dragging service with another new service that will be a component of composite service.

In this paper, we describe TIGRIS Grid MPI Service, which is the WS-Resource Framework (WSRF) based services to enable an MPI job to be executed on Grid environments. It covers heterogeneous compute resources and diverse MPI libraries. The main functionalities are as follows. First, it allows an MPI user to seamlessly launch a job without knowing how to use the specific MPI library. Secondly, it executes an MPI job on the cross-site resources by supporting the Grid-enabled MPI library such as MPICH-G2. Thirdly, it enables the user to launch a job using the source code without compiling.

최근 지능형 로봇 서비스의 개발을 위한 여러 형태의 개발도구들이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 지능형 로봇 서비스의 개발도구는 다양한 주변 환경을 인지하여 사용자의 상황에 적합하도록 로봇 서비스를 기술하고, 처리할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자의 상황정보를 바탕으로 로봇 서비스를 기술하고, 이를 처리할 수 있는 로봇 서비스 편집 도구를 제안한다. 제안하는 편집 도구는 개발자가 직관적인 GUI를 이용하여 상황인지 워크플로우 기반의 로봇 서비스를 쉽게 작성할 수 있도록 해주며, 워크플로우의 흐름에 따라 로봇을 제어할 수 있는 기능을 포함한 웹 서비스를 이용하여 로봇 서비스를 제공하는 워크플로우 실행 엔진의 연동 기능을 제공한다. 실험에서는 제안한 편집 도구의 효용성을 검증하기 위하여 제안하는 편집 도구를 통한 간단한 로봇 서비스 개발과정 및 워크플로우 실행 엔진의 연동 과정을 보여준다.

서비스 경제의 확산과 경쟁심화라는 현 시점에서 서비스품질은 조직의 장기적인 핵심 가치로 판단되는 것이 타당하며, 조직은 서비스품질을 확보하여 재무성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 조직의 성과는 유/무형의 재무적 요소로 표현되나 이러한 재무성과의 성공과 실패는 리더십, 전략, 고객만족, 정보와 지식, 인적자원, 프로세스 등의 유기적인 체계에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 한국표준협회 한국서비스대상의 평가지표를 기본 구조로 하여 평가 지표가 실행과제의 내용을 구성할 수 있도록 지표를 세분화 하고 서비스품질의 개선을 통해 경영성과의 증진을 도모하는 일련의 방법론과 프로그램을 개발한다. 연구의 결과는 기업이 전사적 측면에서 서비스품질 활동을 위한 지표개발로부터 실행계획수립까지의 과정에서 필요한 가이드라인 혹은 실질적인 평가 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The process and product types of the service business are various. Though the communication and sharing for learning about experience and knowledge are very important, but up to the present, the academic and systemic research have not been activated in this field. Recently, the demand and supply in the service business are growing rapidly, the related researches by the scientific and systemic approach are required. In this study, based on the research of Ostrom's team (2010) which described the category and suggestions on the service innovation issues, in the service implementation area, some research theme candidates, research trends, and examples are introduced. In service implementation area, three theme are introduced such as Effectively branding and selling services, Enhancing the service experience through co-creation, Measuring and optimizing the value of service. Finally to the service strategy, development and implementation planning scopes, the theme of leveraging technology to advance service can be applied commonly.

분산되어 있는 고성능 컴퓨팅 자원과 대규모 데이터를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서 최근에 그리드 환경에 대한 연구가 매우 활성화되었다. 그리드 자원을 활용하여 문제를 효율적으로 실행 및 관리하고 워크플로우 문제 모델을 지원하는 범용적인 문제풀이 환경은 더욱 중요해졌다. 고성능 GT2 기반에서 개발되었던 모니터링 정보가 제공되는 워크플로우 문제풀이 환경인 CEGA를 웹서비스 기반 그리드 미들웨어인 GT4 기반에서 포팅하고 웹서비스 기반 사용 편이한 문제 설계 및 실행환경 프로토타입을 구현한다.
