The present study aimed to examine how the quality of cultural program services, 'Libraries on the Road' influences users' satisfaction, quality of life, and loyalty to the cultural program services. Online surveys were conducted with users who had participated in 'Library on the Road' of public libraries, and collected 138 valid data. The study verified the hypotheses through structural equation model analysis. Findings of the study indicated that the higher the service quality of 'Library on the Road', the higher users' satisfaction. Users' satisfaction had positive effects on users' quality of life and loyalty to the services. The study extended the literature for the association between the service quality of a particular cultural program that public libraries had provided, users' satisfaction, quality of life, and loyalty to the cultural program.

기존의 다양한 무선인터넷 플랫폼이 WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability)라는 무선인터넷 플랫폼으로 표준화되면서 무선응용프로그램의 상호 운용성 및 하드웨어에 대한 독립성을 보장할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 WIPI플랫폼 기술이 아직 초기 단계에 머물러 있어 응용프로그램 개발을 위한 API의 지원이 미비하여 다양한 응용프로그램을 개발하기가 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개발자에게는 원격 모니터링 및 정보가전 제어 서비스에 대한 API를 제공하고. 사용자에게는 WIPI 단말기를 이용하여 언제 어디서나 무선인터넷에 접속하여 원격 모니터링 및 정보가전 제어 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 WIPI 기반의 원격 모니터링 및 정보가전 제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

The development of library cultural programs provides educational information which can only be produced from library. It helps user's to recognize the value of library, and aims at expanding the usage of library information. This paper indicates "children puppet performance" is possible ways to find library identity in providing cultural programs, and suggests guidelines for managing the programs and supporting users.The program management section is divided into several aspects; user service, development of book collection, information service, and advertisement. In terms of user services, the paper suggests watching performances, exhibition projects, creation of related societies, puppet workshop training, and developing library cultural programs. In the development of library collections, the paper indicates usage of library resources, the effects of expanding book collection, education on information usage. In cooperating section, this paper will see the ways to connect library cultural programs to other cultural institutions.

1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

대한에이즈예방협회에서는 HIV/AIDS 감염인 지원사업의 일환으로 간병지원 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 지난 분기에 발행된 '레드리본'에서는 재가복지를 필요로 하는 감염인들에게 제공될 수 있도록 재가복지 서비스에 대한 전반적인 소개를 하였습니다. 연속기획으로 이번 호에서는 '간병지원 서비스'에 대한 전반적인 소개를 통해 간병서비스가 필요한 감염인 및 관련단체들에게 유익한 정보가 되길 바라는 마음입니다.

본격적인 디지털 데이터 방송 시대를 맞이하여 TV는 다양하고 인터랙티브한 서비스의 제공이 가능해 졌다. 디지털 TV의 데이터 서비스는 매우 다양하다. 그 중 Electronic Program Guide(EPG)는 가장 기초가 되는 서비스이다. EPG의 아키텍쳐를 설계하기에 앞서 TV 프로그램에 대한 분류와 데이터 베이스화가 선행되어야 하며 이렇게 만들어진 Program Content Profile(PCP)와 사용자가 설정해 준 후 자동으로 갱신되는 User Preference Profile (UPP)는 EPG 어플리케이션의 스마트 기능 중 하나인 방송 프로그램 추천 기능을 가능케 해주며, 그 외에도 여러 스마트 기능들을 구현하는 중요한 척도이다. 본 논문은 이러한 모든 아키텍쳐를 시험적으로 설계 구현하였으며 그 예를 보여준다.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed the landscape of knowledge and information services that public libraries around the world have been providing since modern times. In particular, as social distancing has become routine, the contraction of cultural activities and the shift to online platforms have negatively impacted library visitation and use services, greatly reducing borrowing and reading, use of spaces and facilities, interlibrary loan services, program operations, and outreach services. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the current status of services provided by public libraries in Korea and abroad in response to COVID-19, and proposed practical ways to improve and expand services in response to COVID-19 based on the results of a survey of librarians' perceptions. Specifically, these include improving the online reservation system for reading and borrowing services and developing and providing various outreach services, acquiring and expanding electronic resources, expanding online program services (reading, culture, lifelong learning, etc.), strengthening library services for vulnerable populations, providing information portal services related to new infectious diseases, strengthening facilities and space provision services, preparing infectious disease response guidelines, and providing education and training to strengthen librarians' capabilities.

인터넷이 활성화되면서 다양한 웹 기반 서비스가 제공되어진다. 그 가운데 하나가 VOD(Video On Demand) 서비스이다. VOD는 다양한 프로그램을 사용자가 원하는 시점에 볼 수 있도록 한다. VOD 서비스를 유료화할 경우 시청한 양만큼 요금을 지불하는 pay-per-view 방법을 생각할 수 있다. Pav-per-view방식으로 서비스를 하는 경우 사용자는 각 프로그램을 시청한 양에 따라 요금이 부과되고 서비스 제공자는 부과된 요금이 정당함을 보증하는 공정성을 제공하여야 한다. 또한 사용자의 시청 내역을 타인으로부터 보호하는 기밀성이 보장되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 기밀성과 공정성을 제공하는 웹 기반 pay-per-view 방식을 개발하였다. 이 논문에서 제안된 pay-per-view 방식은 대칭키 암호 기법을 이용하여 내용 및 자료 요청에 대한 기밀성을 제공하며 전자 서명과 다중 해쉬를 사용하여 사용자의 요금 부과에 대한 공정성을 제공한다. 또한 제안된 방식은 반복적으로 시청되는 내용에 요금을 차등하게 부과할 수 있는 유연성을 가지고 있다.

In this study, to improve the satisfaction of library users in the hospital and to examine how to activate the library in the future, the satisfaction of library, facilities and environment, staff, service, We conducted a demand survey and searched for the operation plan of the library that satisfied the user. As a result, in order to revitalize the library in the hospital, first, in the case of the collection, it is necessary to expand the number of collections of various topics with the latest contents. Second, it is urgent to expand the number of library staff in the hospital. In addition, it is necessary to improve communication expertise based on medical expertise and ability to respond quickly to user requests. Third, it is necessary to expand the size of library and convenience facilities in the hospital by facilities and environment. Fourth, in case of service, it is necessary to improve service quality and provide various services. Experts should provide subject search service, medical information source service, general health information service (patient and carer) according to the user. Finally, in the case of programs, it is necessary to expand the infrastructure for program operation, to diversify the targets, and to extend the program continuity.

데이터방송 기술은 디지털방송으로 전환하면서 방송서비스를 기존 서비스와 차별짓는 가장 중요한 기술로 대두되고 있다. 데이터방송은 멀티미디어 데이터를 기존 방송 프로그램에 부가하여 제공하는 기술로서 날씨, 간단한 뉴스, 증권정보 등 많은 사람들이 관심을 갖는 일반적인 정보나, 현재 방송되고 있는 프로그램과 관련된 등장인물, 지난 줄거리, 등의 추가적인 정보를 제공함으로써 방송시청을 좀 더 능동적이고 정보중심의 시청이 되도록 하는 역할을 하게 된다. 이러한 데이터 방송은 그 전송방식이나 제공되는 데이터의 성격에 대한 공개된 표준을 정함으로써, 많은 사람들이 다양하고 유연한 서비스 제공을 위한 기기 및 소프트웨어 개발을 원활히 할 수 있게 된다. 국내에서는 지상파 데이터방송 표준으로 ATSC-DASE 표준을 채택하였으며 현재 기술 및 서비스 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 향후 데이터방송 기술은 계속 진화할 것으로 예상되며, 이를 통하여 TV 방송은 정보화 사회의 정보획득 및 활용을 위한 중요한 수단이 될 것으로 기대된다.
