This study statistically verified the service quality factors(book&contents, writer&manpower, service support, facility&environment of the program) that affect the satisfaction of 'One Library, One Book' program, and the influence relationship of satisfaction on the intention to use focused on the Jgu Public Library in Seoul. As a result, first, the service quality factors that have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the satisfaction of the program were found to be the book&content, author&manpower factors of the program. Second, it was shown that the satisfaction of the program had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the intention to use. The results of this study can be used as useful basic data to improve the quality of the 'One Library, One Book' program in public libraries in Korea in the future.

최근 IPTV 상용화와 디지털 방송 본격화는 사용자에게 다양한 방송 프로그램을 제공한다는 장점도 있지만, 동시에 수많은 프로그램을 탐색하여 선별해야 하는 부담을 주고 있다. 이러한 불편함을 해소하고자 최근에는 사용자 선호도와 방송 프로그램 정보를 이용하여 사용자 취향에 맞는 프로그램을 자동으로 추천하는 서비스의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 또한 궁극적으로 방송 서비스가 '개인화'와 '개방화'의 형태로 진행되고 있다는 점을 감안하면, 추천 서비스는 TV 프로그램 뿐만 아니라 광고도 포함해야 하며, 다중 언어를 지원하는 형태로 발전되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다중 언어를 지원하는 개인화된 TV 프로그램 및 광고 추천 서비스를 위한 하나의 시스템을 제안한다. 우리는 먼저 사용자 시나리오를 작성하고, 기능 요구사항들을 분석하여 시스템 구조를 설계한다. 그리고 다중 언어를 지원하는 시스템에서의 한글 처리 방법도 간단히 설명한다. 본 연구는 현재 유럽 공동기술 개발 사업 과제의 일환으로 진행되고 있어, 여기에서는 현 시점의 결과물인 시나리오, 시스템 구조 설계, 한글 처리까지 소개하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 방송의 시대를 맞아 새롭고 다양한 정보 서비스를 가능하게 할 디지털 데이터방송을 위해서 국내 환경에 적합한 데이터방송 프로파일을 제안하고 그 내용을 소개한다. 여기서 프로파일이라는 것은 표준(standard)과는 달리 서비스 어플리케이션 및 송 ·수신 시스템을 포함하여 실제로 데이터방송을 서비스하기 위해서 규정한 방송구현 단계의 구체적 규격이다. 데이터방송의 가능한 서비스 형태로는 TV 프로그램 자체를 소개하는 프로그램 안내정보 서비스, 방송중인 TV 프로그램 관련 정보를 서비스하기 위한 TV 프로그램 연관 데이터 서비스, TV 프로그램 내용과 독립적으로 멀티미디어 정보를 제공하기 위한 순수 데이터 서비스, 그리고 방송국과 양방향 네트워크로 연결하여 제공되는 양방향 서비스가 있다 이러한 서비스를 개발하기 위해서는 국내 환경에 적합한 데이터방송 프로파일이 필요하며 그 일환으로 현재 MHEG-5를 이용하여 데이터방송이 가능하도록 프로파일을 구성해 나가고 있다 그리고 MHEG-5 프로파일을 이용한 서비스 어플리케이션을 제작하여 디지털 위성방송 시스템에 적용하였다 데이터방송의 규격은 국제적으로 아직 많은 부분에 있어서 유동적이므로 이 연구를 바탕으로 향후 지속적으로 국제적 흐름을 분석하여 국내 환경에 적합하도록 프로파일을 개선해 나갈 것이다.

본 논문에서는 그동안 연구 및 개발해온 분산객체그룹 프레임워크로부터 새로운 분산서비스들을 추가한 확장 분산객체그룹 프레임워크를 제안한다. 확장 분산객체그룹 프레임워크는 기존 프레임워크의 구성요소들과 이들에 의해 제공되는 서비스들은 그대로 유지하고, 분산 프로그램 개발 툴(Distributed Programming Developing Tool, DPD-Tool), 모바일 프락시 및 컨텍스트 제공자 구성요소들을 새롭게 추가하였다. 각 구성요소의 제공 서비스를 살펴보면, DPD-Tool은 분산객체그룹 프레임워크의 지원을 받아 클라이언트, 서버 프로그램 개발자 및 분산응용 관리자 GUI를 통해 쉽고 편리하게 분산 프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 도구이다. 모바일 프락시는 분산응용 서비스를 요청하는 이동 사용자의 위치를 기반으로 서비스 수행의 연속성을 지원한다. 그리고 컨텍스트 제공자는 하드웨어 기기 및 센서들로부터의 상황인식 및 추론 기술을 제공한다. 또한, 본 확장 프레임워크는 분산자원의 특성에 따라 다양한 속성정보를 통합 관리하기 위한 정보저장소 기술을 포함하며, 기존서비스 뿐만 아니라 새롭게 추가한 분산서비스들의 지원을 통해 분산응용의 수행성을 보장하도록 한다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 다양한 분산서비스에 맞추어 상황별로 적응 지원이 가능하며, 분산 프로그램을 용이하게 개발할 수 있는 도구를 함께 제공하고 있는 통합 프레임워크를 제시한다..

Since 2000, Korean Society has developed social service program, facing the increasing social needs. With the semi-public goods' factor, social service has shown the original limitation in the private market. This paper analyses social services for children and older citizens in 6 metro cities, exploring the current condition and limitation. Program were collected through research institute and metro city's social service support groups. Analysis shows that most cities have similar programs without reflecting regional specialty. Therefore, the diverse and expanded supply of social services, professional service providers, reflection of regional specialty, easier accessibility of services are suggested. More participation of users in the process of program decision-making process and networking of service providers are also proposed.

본 연구의 목적은 바이오뱅크(생명연구자원 소재은행)분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스 동향을 고찰하고 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 바이오뱅크 분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스와 관련하여 해외 선진 사례를 프로그램과 서비스 모델측면에서 조사하였다. 조사된 프로그램과 서비스 모델은 ATCC(American Type Culture Collection), BIobank Data Sharing (MIABIS 2.0 Core), WDCM(World Data Center for Microorganism/Word Federation for Culture Collection)이다. 각각의 프로그램과 서비스 모델에서 시사점을 도출하였으며, 본 연구에서는 이를 기반으로 국내 생명연구자원 바이오뱅크 분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 스테레오스코픽 비디오 응용 포맷(Stereoscopic video Application Format)을 기반으로 IP환경에서 3차원 광고, 홍보 및 교육 등에 직접적으로 적용될 수 있는 3D Push 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 스테레오스코픽 비디오 응용 포맷은 모바일 및 고정형 환경에서 스테레오스코픽 비디오 저장 및 전송을 위한 파일 포맷으로서 다양한 3D 디바이스에 공통으로 적용될 수 있으며 국제표준(ISO/IEC 23000-11)으로 채택되었다. 제안한 시스템은 스테레오스코픽 콘텐츠를 토대로 프로그램 저작을 위한 저작 및 저장을 위한 저작도구, 저작된 프로그램을 스케줄링하고 각 클라이언트의 요청에 따라 전송 관리하는 서버 및 프로그램에 따라 자동 3D 디스플레이 및 사용자 인터랙션을 제공하는 플레이어로 구성된다. 또한, 제안하는 시스템은 국제표준을 토대로 다양한 3D 디바이스와 호환성을 제공하며 모바일 및 고화질 3차원 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 각 사이트 과금에 따라 3D 프리미엄 서비스 및 Non-tapeless기반의 원격관리 3D Push 서비스를 제공하는 장점을 가진다.

The study aims at presenting the development and management strategies of programs and services for multicultural families in libraries. The study proposed the principles and directions for the multicultural services which fit into certain types of libraries. The study also stated that principles and directions of these services should be adopted under a national initiative framework. The study examined multicultural services in domestic libraries. The study analyzed them by patterns, and described service programs that were exemplary. The study intended to aid in finding the appropriate management strategies for muticultural services in Korean libraries in the future.

오늘날의 TV 시청형태는 TV를 통해 본방송을 시청하기도 하지만 인터넷을 통해 TV 프로그램을 다운로드해서 보는 비율도 점차 높아지고 있다. 이제는 많이 알려진 IPTV나 스마트TV도 TV 프로그램을 언제든 손쉽게 접근해서 보는 기능이 우선시 되고 있다. 이런 측면에서 지상파 방송사도 방송과 인터넷을 하나로 묶어 온디맨드 콘텐츠 서비스는 물론 TV 프로그램 관련 정보를 제공하는 하이브리드 TV 서비스를 미룰수 없는 실정이다. 본고에서는 국내 하이브리드 TV 서비스인 OHTV(Open Hybrid TV) 서비스와 표준 기술에 대해 알아보고, 서비스를 확장하는데 필요한 기술들의 발전 방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to recommend on the public library service for older adults through the analysis of the perceptions of older adults and librarians. To achieve the study purpose, interview method was employed. The interview questions are composed based on the ALA guidelines. According to the study results, the following ten factors were recommended by older adults: 1) various customized life long learning programs for older adults, 2) highly qualified staff for the public library life long learning programs and regular evaluation for the staff, 3) provision of various and new information resources, 4) promotion of public library services and programs, 5) public library staff's kindness and professionalism, 6) regular reeducation of the public library staff, 7) library user education, 8) customized resources, facilities, and equipments for older adults, 9) provision of the library space, and 10) customized library services for older adults. In addition, the following four factors were mentioned by librarians: 1) customized services and programs for older adults, 2) customized collection, facilities, and equipments, 3) adequate budget for public library service for older adults, 4) professionals for the public library service for older adults. The followings were recommended by both the older adults and librarians: 1) Customized library services, programs, collection, equipments, facilities for older adults, 2) Professionals for the public library service for older adults and Regular reeducation for them.
