The Impact of Consumer's Psychological Attachment and Enjoyment, Trust on Satisfaction and Attitude toward On-Demand O2O(Online to Offline) Service (온디맨드 O2O(Online to Offline)서비스에 대한 소비자의 심리적 애착과 즐거움 및 신뢰성이 서비스만족도와 태도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the psychological factors of consumers to On-Demand O2O service which is different from the previous study on O2O service. To investigate the relative influence of consumer's psychological attachment of On-Demand O2O service, enjoyment, and trust on consumer's satisfaction and attitude, I conducted qualitative and quantitative surveys to investigate consumers' perception. Through the quantitative survey on 152 participants, the study shows that the consumer's psychological attachment to the service has the greatest influence on the attitude toward On-Demand O2O service and the trust has the highest effect on satisfaction with service. This study is meaningful in that the consumer's psychological factors to the O2O service is examined from the consumer's point of view. This study suggests that the consumer's attachment and trust should be considered primarily to expand the On-Demand O2O service.

Relationships between Service Quality, Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Loyalty -A Case of IhoTewoo Festival in Jeju- (지역축제의 서비스품질, 지각된 가치, 만족, 충성도의 영향 관계 -제주이호테우축제를 사례로-)

  • The purposes of this study are to identify the relationships between service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty for IhoTewoo festival through a structural equation model. This study was conducted by means of survey questionnaire of festival visitors with 348 responses. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the exploratory factor analysis with principal component method of the 19 service quality items identified four underlying domains. These dimensions were labelled: (1) 'program', (2) 'informational service', (3) 'festival area', and (4) 'food'. Second, service quality has a significantly positive effect on perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. Third, Perceived value has a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, both perceived value and satisfaction have significantly positive effects on loyalty. Fifth, Although the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty was evident, it was also found that the indirect effects of service quality through perceived value and/or overall satisfaction were stronger. Thus, customer loyalty will be stronger when service quality is matched with perceived value and/or overall satisfaction, meaning that multiple factors play a significant role in determining customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of service quality for seasonal visitors of Korea National Arboretum using Importance-performance analysis. Data were obtained from visitors of Korea National Arboretum on spring, summer, autumn. Results of analysis showed that all season visitor's satisfaction was high. The IPA was undertaken with total 24 variables about service quality of arboretum. Results of IPA was founded that summer visitors want to improve some services (information facilities, forest museum, conveniences, etc). Autumn visitors, on the other hand, thought that some services (kindness, active responsiveness, variety of plant, etc) are overinvested. As a results, there is differences between importance and satisfaction about seasonal service quality.

  • The purpose of this paper is to clarify the movement of customer satisfaction factor of port like marketing and customer support factors and set up new strategy for customer satisfaction with the factors of control by Port Authority. It was researched to Terminal operation and shipping companies of main clients of Container Terminals of Busan Port. The Score of customer satisfaction is 4.62, it is almost average score to consider Likert Scale 7 for Research measurement. For Customer satisfaction measurement score, the factor is named Port Facility, Port Cost, Marketing Activity and Customer Support with 20 elements. It is verified suitable model by Structural Equation Method. It is effect customer satisfaction by Marketing Activity and Customer Support factor instead of Port Facility and Port Cost. So Port Authority has to plan new strategy for customer satisfaction to consider its effect factors.

  • This study tries to survey general behaviors of the users and their's perceptions on the service quality, with the staff members' expectations, of the Information Commons in the National Digital Library of Korea. 'Computer Cluster,' 'User guide service' and 'Internet information' are most used and general facilities, services, and contents are most satisfied. The comparative analysis shows that the customers' perceptions of overall satisfaction, customer loyalty, and service quality and overall satisfaction of each three primary dimensions(library staff, resources and services, facility and physical environment) are higher than those of staff members' expectations.

Convergence outpatient medical service patient experience research using data mining (데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 융복합 외래 의료서비스 환자경험조사 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out specific measures that can help the management strategy of patient-centered medical institutions by conducting research on patient experience surveys of convergence outpatient medical services using data mining techniques according to changes in patient-centered medical culture. Using the raw data of the 2018 Medical Service Experience Survey, 8,843 people over the age of 15 who had patient experience in outpatient medical services were analyzed. Decision tree analysis was performed. The determinants of satisfaction with outpatient medical services patient experience were the doctor's area and patient's rights protection area, and the determinants of intention to recommend outpatient medical services were the doctor's area and facilities comfort. Women evaluated the experience positively in overall satisfaction as compared to men, and those over the age of 60 positively evaluated the overall satisfaction and intention to recommend. It is significant that the outpatient experience decision-making model is presented, and that the doctor's area, patient's rights protection area, and facility comfort are important factors. Long-term research on the 'Medical Service Experience Survey' is needed, and research on the inpatient medical service experience is needed.

A Study on Student Satisfaction with Educational Environment in a Cooking and Food Service Program (조리.외식관련 대학생들의 교육환경 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between educational environment services offered and student satisfaction with them. A survey was conducted to 314 students in a cooking and food service program. To achieve the purpose of this study, SPSS 17.0, a statistics program, was used for a descriptive analysis, a frequency analysis, a factor analysis, a multiple regression analysis, a cluster analysis and a One-Way ANOVA analysis. The hypothesis test result of the effect of educational environment services on satisfaction showed that there was a partially significant effect in satisfaction with facilities and lecturers(p<0.01) as well as administrative services (p<0.01). In the cluster analysis of educational environment services, cluster 1 was classified as a mistry cluster, cluster 2 as a satisfied cluster, cluster 3 as a dissatisfied cluster and cluster 4 as a positive cluster. They showed a statistically meaningful result in the one-way ANOV A(p<0.01).

  • While a number of studies have been conducted on the multimedia rooms in academic libraries, they have limitations both in the research scope and in the data analysis methods. The principal limitations are: (1) Lack of investigation on the variation in user satisfaction by users' major areas and utilization behaviors; (2) Insufficiency of examining the variation in user satisfaction with diverse library areas; (3) Lack of consideration of service providers' opinions. Accordingly, this study aimed to examine the follows: (1) investigating how users' major fields and utilization behaviors affect user satisfaction; (2) determining the relationships between the area satisfaction factors and satisfaction in general; and (3) discovering what to improve, as indicated by users and service providers. On the basis of the results, the suggestions relate to the improvements of the followings: (1) the existing system; (2) equipments and facilities; (3) resources; (4) user education; and (5) administrative and legal support.

An Evaluation on the Effect of Service Quality of Food Products on Tourist Satisfaction (외식 상품의 서비스 품질이 관광 만족도에 미치는 영향 평가)

  • This study examines an evaluation on the effect of service quality of food products on tourist satisfaction. Style, pleasantness, reliability, kindness, and guarantee were selected as service quality factors for this study. Also, expected effects, purchase intention, and repurchase intention were used to examine tourists' satisfaction levels. To verify the relationship between the service quality of food products and tourist satisfaction, it used one hundred twenty sample cases. The results service quality are as follows. First, the types of service quality were drawn based on the characteristics of service quality. Second, the service quality of food products had positively significant influence on the satisfaction levels of purchase behavior. Third, the types of service quality and the satisfaction levels of purchase behavior were significantly different.

Satisfaction and Experience of the Elderly with Dementia for the Service Provided by the Dementia Day Care Center (치매주간보호센터에서 제공하는 서비스에 대한 치매노인의 만족도와 경험)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore service satisfaction of the elderly using dementia day care center and the meaning of day care experience. The subjects for this methodological triangulation study were 67 dementia elderly for 1:1 interview and 15 dementia elderly for focus group interview. All subjects were using dementia day care center. The mean age was $79.95{\pm}5.90$ for quantitative study and $80.07{\pm}5.78$ for qualitative study subjects. The mean scores of service satisfaction were ranged from $2.86{\pm}0.41$ to $2.96{\pm}0.30$. The lowest score domain was 'help and assistance', and the highest score domain was 'food and environment'. In 14 questions, satisfaction score was 3 point. According to content analysis, the experiences of dementia day care center were described with 20 themes such as 'mutual respect and understanding', 'pleasure and upset feelings about participation', etc. and 35 sub-themes. The overall satisfaction scores were high and in most cases the positive experiences with dementia day care service were described. Therefore it is recommended for mild dementia elderly to use dementia day care service and to be expanded.
