The Q.2931 protocol describes the point-to-point basic call/connection controal at user-network interface(UNI) and is the core part of the Signalling Capability Set 2 step 1 (CS 2.1) of B-ISDN in ITU-T.The adtivities on CS 2.1 is also under study in korea and categorized as the first stage.The Q.2931 protocol should be applied to various devices with cinsistency especially among network divices.But , It is hard to inmplement this protocol into a de-vice with cinsistency because this protocol has so many optious.Especially, the divice that charges for network foles must takes into account of various considerations.In this paper, we focused our study on the optional in-formantion elments of the Q.2931, and would like ot redefine the chracteristics of optional information elements for the point of the national boundary and proposed some common actions to the devies with network role.

This study was to evaluate the impact of the wayfinding ability of the individual visitor attitudes. These wayfinding ability to analyze the preceding literature, were examined for the ability to determine whether any relationship and the attitude of the place for visitors. Firstly, the users' wayfinding abilities were identified as partially affecting the use satisfaction. Second, users' wayfinding abilities were identified as partially affecting revisit. Third, users' wayfinding abilities were identified as partially affecting recommendations. Finally, revisit and recommend to influence users' satisfaction were identified. Than the results of this study considering the structural characteristics of the space underground commercial facilities with the ground and the need for other forms of communication design, marketing strategy, especially considering the key aspects of complex commercial facility services space with the need for practical significance for can be said to have.

Internet of Things (IoT) is expected to provide efficiency and convenience in human life by integrating the Internet into the things that we use in daily lives. IoT can not only create new businesses but also can bring great changes in our lives thanks to the various ways of technical application: defining relationships among things or automatic use of technology by analyzing the usage pattern. This study uses the qualitative research of interviewing the experts to predict the changes that IoT technology is expected to bring in our lives. In addition, this paper analyzes news articles about internet of things in Korea using text-network analysis. This study also discusses the factors which need to be considered to put IoT into successful use in business contexts.

Advances in the wireless Internet have led to the rise of diverse techniques which can access information regardless of time and place. There are many research efforts to identify the various ways to use a cellular phone in our everyday life. However, it has been rarely used in the elementary school. As an attempt to apply the wireless Internet technology to the elementary school, this study is to design and implement a wireless Internet homepage where the parents would be able to have an easy access to the information any place and any time. The characteristics of the wireless Internet homepage are as follows; first, the images were reduced to the minimum and the text-oriented information is mostly used to deliver the key information, considering the small screen and relatively slow transmission rates. Second, by providing a link set up between the wireless homepage and the wired Internet homepage, users can choose the more convenient access tool. Finally, the SMS (Short Message Service) messages could be used for an immediate delivery of information.

Providing reliable and high quality information sources will be one of the basic skills of librarians in the future. Therefore, this study proposed evaluation criteria for health-related information sources based on a survey of public and medical librarians. As a result, a total of 21 items were selected as evaluation items, in three groups. The first, the health information content group, had 13 evaluation items, including accuracy, recency, medical expertise, regular updates, consideration of audience, objectivity, ease of understanding, plain (non-scientific or technical) language, completeness, relevance to the topic, verifiability, citation of information sources, and specification of precautions or warnings. The second group, the health-information sources group, had 5 evaluation items including clarity of health information for achieving its purpose, clarification of the responsibility of health information, compliance to the privacy policy, fairness of health information providers, and ethics of health information providers. The third group was the health-information website design group, and featured 4 evaluation criteria: ease of access, search capabilities, website ease of use, and query-response services.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the educational effectiveness of historical thinking contents through the experimentation methodology. The procedures of this study will review foreign and domestic historical thinking cases of archival contents for history education; derive some implications from the review; and apply the implications to classes targeted for first year high school students. It can be said that classes utilizing historical thinking contents have beneficial effects on the subcategories of historical thinking, that is, chronology comprehension ability, historical inquiry ability, historical imagination, and historical judgment ability. The average between before and after examination results shows a statistically meaningful difference. In addition, this study shows that students obtain better scores after examination than before.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the components to be considered when we construct the integrated GIS. Capability has always to be related to application. In this perspective, the range of integrated GIS's capabilities is more extensive than this existing GIS. Using in the case of Japan's local government, when we want to build the integrated GIS, it is necessary to consider the following things. First, the overall manuals are required. Second, the common spatial database should be build to satisfy outsider user as well as inner user. And last, the chief of local government should gain the sympathy of the member of community.

As business management has a high level of dependence on Informational Technology (IT), protecting assets of a company from disaster is one of the most important thing that IT operating managers should consider. Because data or information is a major source of operation of the company, data security is the first priority as an aspect of continuity of business management. Therefore, this paper will realize disaster recovery system, which is suspended because of disaster, based on cloud computing system. Realized High Available Replicate System applied a method of multi thread target database to improve Replicate performance, and real time synchronize technology can improve efficiency of network. From Active to Active operation, it maximizes use of backup system, and it has a effect to disperse load of source database system. Also, High Available Replicate System realized consistency verification mechanism and monitoring technique. For Performance evaluation, High Available Replicate System used multi thread method, which shows more than threefold of replicate performance than single thread method.

The current railway wireless network uses various communication scheme depending on the section of railway. Therefore, in the train, it is required a specific communication device for the corresponding communication scheme to communicate and exchange data with the control center. To enhance data rate and support various services, LTE-R scheme has been developed for the next generation railway communications. To use both the existing communication and LTE-R schemes, it is required an integration method for encompassing all communication schemes. In this paper, we overview existing railway communications and LTE-R scheme. Then, we develop a network integration method which can be applied by using one terminal in the train. In addition, implementation issues for the integration are also considered.

Under the ubiquitous computing environment, It is very important thing plan to research and develop compatibility and the side of variance authentication plan that preservation characteristics are helped. Hereby, This paper look around an requirement items and authority mechanism for the administration and the operation mechanism of the distributed authentication considering expansion possibility of the ubiquitous computing environment not only fixed computing environment but also mobile computing. In future, we expect it by can guide positive participation about distributed authentication technique of the genuine ubiquitous environment.
