Effects of Company Trust and FLSE's Trust on Loyalty in Airline Industry (항공사 신뢰와 서비스제공자 신뢰 및 충성도의 영향관계 연구)

  • It is essential to have a trust with customer, especially in the airline context which provide the best service and movement to particular destinations. However, previous researches were performed only within restricted variables regarding this topic. Thus the purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship among trust's antecedents, trust and loyalty. A convenience sample of 298 travelers from airline customers was surveyed and 286 usable questionnaires were analyzed. According to the literature review, trust's antecedents were divided into the following variables: 'competence', 'benevolence' and 'problem solving ability'. Trust objects were divided into 'company trust' and 'front line service employee(FLSE) trust' accordingly. The findings of the study are as follows. First, company trust's antecedents which are 'competence', 'benevolence' and 'problem solving ability' yielded positive effects on company trust. Specifically, 'competence' has the strongest influence among variables. Second, as far as FLSE trust's antecedents are concerned, only 'competence' and 'problem solving ability' have positive effects on FLSE trust. Third, both company trust and FLSE trust influenced each other. Lastly, both company trust and FLSE trust have positive effects on loyalty.

A Study on the Influence of Customer Quality, Physical Quality and Service Provider Quality on Hotel Quality (고객의 질, 물리적 품질, 서비스제공자 품질이 호텔 품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to verify the effect in the estimation of hotel service quality by analyzing the influence and the interrelation of Customer Quality, Physical Quality and Service Provider quality regarding Hotel Qualify. The result of the research shows that with regard to the influence on hotel quality, service provider quality ranks most high, physical quality second, customer quality of manner third, and customer quality of appearance fourth in order. The physical factors in the interrelation among variables rank most high. This result derives from finding the fact that customer quality is an important influential factor in the constructional dimension of hotel service quality.

A Study on Third Party Logistics Services: User versus Provider Perspectives (물류서비스제공자(3PL)와 이용자간의 물류서비스 품질 인식의 차이 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between the service providers and the users of 3PL services, in their perceptions about the qualities. The results of analysis identified five elements of the quality of 3PL services: reliability, efficiency, tangibility, responsiveness, and timeliness. The perceived importance and satisfaction showed the significant differences between 3PL service providers and the clients for all of the five elements. With respect to importance, efficiency showed the largest cognitive difference. Timeliness appeared to be the most important element perceived by both the service providers and the users. In terms of satisfaction, responsiveness indicated the biggest cognitive difference. In addition, it was noticed that the clients' satisfaction levels were particularly low, with respect to responsiveness and efficiency. It must be a strategic task of the 3PL service provider to improve customer satisfaction by reducing those cognitive differences.

  • Service is delivered to customers through interactions between service personnel and customer that will influence encounter outcomes. During service encounter, physical, psychological, emotional elements will be put into the service delivery. Thus, the purpose of this paper was to understand the rapport in hospitality & service encounter and examine the relationship between service provider's interaction, customer's participation and relationship belief. The research findings indicated that service provider's interaction and customer's participation were positively related to rapport. Furthermore, rapport which a customer feels from employee was found to contribute greatly to successful relationship beliefs with customers.

  • 초고속 인터넷 접속 기술의 급속한 발전은 액세스 네트워크 장비 운용 측면에서는 그 복잡성이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며, 또한 원활한 고속 접속서비스를 제공하기 위하여 장비들은 점차로 고객 접점에 가까운 곳으로 전진배치되고 있다. 이로 인해 고객은 장비에 대한 체계적인 관리를 못하고 있는 실정이며, 서비스제공자는 원격지에 설치된 장비의 예고 없는 시스템 장애에 대한 능동적이고 빠른 대응을 하기 위한 시스템 운용 효율화 및 합리화 방안을 모색하고 있다. 원격제어기술은 전문가 집단에서의 중앙집중식 관리 및 자동화가 가능하고, 물리적으로 멀리 떨어져 있는 장비에 대해서도 원격에서 접근하여 운용관리할 수 있어 위의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 기술로 각광받고 있다. 이 논문에서는 서비스제공자 입장에서, 네트워크 인프라의 안정화 및 성능에 대한 고객의 요구를 충분히 수용하면서 동시에 네트워크 장비의 효율적이고 합리적인 운용을 할 수 있는 원격제어 기술에 대해 상술하고 이를 수행한 결과에 대해 논술하였다. 또한 원격제어의 수행 후 평가를 통해 기술 도입의 효과를 살펴보고 향후의 원격제어 기술의 진화모델에 대해 알아보았다.

Development of Identity-Provider Discovery System leveraging Geolocation Information (위치정보 기반 식별정보제공자 탐색시스템의 개발)

  • Federated authentication (FA) is a multi-domain authentication and authorization infrastructure that enables users to access nationwide R&D resources with their home-organizational accounts. An FA-enabled user is redirected to his/her home organization, after selecting the home from an identity-provider (IdP) discovery service, to log in. The discovery service allows a user to search his/her home from all FA-enabled organizations. Users get troubles to find their home as federation size increases. Therefore, a discovery service has to provide an intuitive way to make a fast IdP selection. In this paper, we propose a discovery system which leverages geographical information. The proposed system calculates geographical proximity and text similarity between a user and organizations, which determines the order of organizations shown on the system. We also introduce a server redundancy and a status monitoring method for non-stop service provision and improved federation management. Finally, we deployed the proposed system in a real service environment and verified the feasibility of the system.

  • MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching)를 이용한 IP 기반의 VPN은 고수익을 원하는 서비스제공자들과 저비용을 원하는 기업들에게 인트라넷(intranet)과 익스트라넷(extranet)의 해결책으로서 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. MPLS VPN에 대한 표준화는 IETF에서 추진되고 있는데, BGP multiprotocol extension(BGP-E)이라는 프로토콜을 이용하는 구조와 Virtual Router(VR)라는 개념을 이용하는 구조가 제안되었다. BGP-E 방식은 시스코에 의해 제안되어 RFC2547로 채택되었다. 이 방식에서는 BGP-E를 이용하여 도달성과 멤버쉽 정보를 PE간에 교환한다. VR 방식은 노텔과 루슨트를 중심으로 여러 기업들이 지지하고 있고 드래프트 형태로 작업중이다. 이 방식에서는 PE들에 VPN별로 VR들을 배치하고 같은 VPN에 속하는 VR들끼리 기존의 라우팅 프로토콜을 이용하여 라우팅 정보를 교환한다. 두 방식의 근본적 차이는 도달성과 멤버쉽 메커니즘의 분리 여부이다. 세계적으로 이름 있는 통신 회사들이 경쟁적으로 MPLS 시스템을 개발하고 있는 상황에서 MPLS VPN 기술도 빠르게 시장에 확산될 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 서로 다른 기술적 접근을 하고 있는 서비스제공자들간의 MPLS VPN에 대한 호환성은 시급히 풀어야 할 숙제로 남아 있다.

  • WLAN 기술의 발전과 AP의 증가로 WLAN 기반 인터넷전화의 보급이 증가함에 따라 인터넷전화의 긴급 통화 서비스 제공이 중요한 문제가 되었다. 국내외에서는 긴급통화 서비스를 인터넷전화의 필수요건으로 규정하고, 기술표준을 제정하여 인터넷전화 사업자들에게 이를 적용하고 있다. WLAN 인터넷전화는 이동성이 보장되기 때문에 긴급통화 서비스 제공 시 사용자의 정확한 위치정보 전달이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 위치정보 획득 방법을 기반으로 위치정보제공자와 연계를 통한 인터넷전화 긴급전화 서비스 제공 구조를 제안한다.

  • The existing legal regulations that indiscriminately distributed various illegal information on the information network are discussing focused on civil liability and criminal liability. however, at this paper that approached with problem of police responsibility as a target of the exert of police authority for blocking illegal information on the information network. based on this recognition, this paper propose the problem and reformation about the present Information Communication Networks law's 7 of Article 44, Section 2 that for prompt blocking illegal information on the information network, not about direct regulatory approach to a person in charge of act but about the information network service provider which is a person in charge of condition.

Social Geography of Poverty and Social Welfare Services (빈곤계층과 사회복지서비스의 공간적 연계성)

  • The central aim of this paper is to identify the distributional pattern of poverty and to investigate the spatial relationship between poverty and welfare service providers in Busan, Korea. It is intended to explain how the relationship of service-dependency between impoverished people and social welfare services leads to uneven social geography. Welfare services controlled by public or private agencies may support the impoverished people in different ways, generating social outcomes. By exploiting the spatial variations in the incidence of poverty and the provisions of social welfare services, this paper is to understand the dynamics of the geography of poverty from a local scale so that it can help us understand how various governmental and nongovernmental area-based service providers are spatially uneven when they are compared to the distribution of service dependency group such as impoverished people. From this research, it is finally argued that the implications of locational interdependence between such needed groups and social welfare services for their support demand a paradigm for urban social geography that centers on the changing welfare provision structure and the linkages between population and service-provision.
