본 원고는 ITS 구축에 따른 정보통신의 역할, 통신망 접속구조와 전송규격, 표준화 활동과 서비스 요구사항을 해석하고 국내의 ITS전개와 구축현황을 조사하여 정리하였다. 그리고 차세대 ITS 시스템의 전개와 무선 패킷 통신기술의 개발의 필요성과 ITS 접근전략의 제약요인을 기술하였다.

The IP Multimedia Subsystem(IMS) is a framework that provides access to the content of Internet and Telecom services anytime and anywhere with guaranteed Quality of Service(QoS) and manageability by separating control functions from bearer and services. The Service Delivery Platform(SDP) provides common interfaces and protocols to deploy existing or new services in an efficient way. Therefore SDP over IMS plays a role of bridge between established network and new IMS network by simplifying the interaction among application services. In order to enrich the multimedia network communication, we try to deploy the Push-to-talk over Cellular(PoC) service which is considered as the outstanding and distinguished half-duplex Voice over IP(VoIP) application service among deployable candidate services over mobile network. In this paper we investigate the advantages of PoC service and PoC architecture firstly, and then focus on the its practical implementation for the prototype to validate the feasibility of its deployment and realization.

High Altitude Platform network systems utilize Unmanned Aerial Vehicle as routers for ground node communication. For this purpose, geographical clustering of ground nodes must be required. In this paper, we assume mobile ground nodes over wide area and the clusters composed of ground nodes are identified. UAVs can be positioned at the point of centroid of clusters. The number of UAVs are derived from the area size and the number of ground nodes deployed in that area. From the simulation and application of clustering algorithms, we showed visual clustering results with dynamic variance of number of ground nodes.

사회적 요구와 고객니즈의 변화에 따라 미래사회는 융합사회라는 새로운 패러다임으로 나아가고 있다. 본고는 융합사회를 실현하는 New ICT 서비스의 전개 현황을 설명하고, 미래 진화방향에 대해 전망해보았다. ICT 기술의 진화방향은 지능화, 이동성 증대, 내재화로, 현재 이러한 진화방향에 따라 3D 영상서비스, 스마트TV, FRC, SNS, m-VoIP, Mobile OS, 임베디드 S/W 상의 New ICT 서비스사 보편화되어 가고있다. 한편, 미래의 ICT 서비스는 융합화, Smart화, Mobile화라는 방향성을 가지고 진화할 것으로 전망된다.

지식정보화와 인터넷이라는 용어가 낯설던 1990년대부터 학술지 데이터베이스 서비스 사업을 기초로 디지털 인쇄사업을 펼쳐왔던 한국학술정보(주)(대표이사 채종준)는 디지털 인쇄 보급 초창기부터 활발한 비즈니스를 전개해온 것으로 유명하다. 지난 2004년부터 본격적인 출판 사업을 전개해 매년 500여종의 단행본을 출간하고 있으며, 지난 5월에는 본사와 서울 충무로 북토리에 리코 프로 C7100SX 디지털 인쇄기를 도입해 부가가치 높은 POD 비즈니스를 전개하고 있다.

현대 의학기술의 발달에 따라 양질의 의료서비스를 원하는 것은 민간뿐만 아니라 군내에서도 활발히 이루어져 의료서비스를 제공 및 제공받는 것이 기존 의료수혜의 수준을 벗어난 당연한 권리이며 우리 의무병과는 이러한 권리를 보장해 줄 의무를 갖고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이 글에서는 미군이 1984년도 시험평가 후 광범위하게 사용하고 있는 DEPMEDS(전개형의무시설)을 미군야전교범을 토대로 하여 개발배경, 추진경과, 설치운용시 고려사항 및 각 구성품(Component)별 기능과 배치도에 대해 고찰해 보았따. 또한 독일군이 1998년 이후 전력화하여 유럽 각국 및 NATO에서 실전배치하고 있는 EADS Dornier사의 TransHospital 장비 관련자료 등 서방국가 전개형의무시설에 대한 고찰을 통하여 한국적 전개형의무시설 개발의 필요성과 차후 정책추진 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

CBD(Component Based development)가 이미 완성된 소프트웨어 모듈인 컴포넌트들을 특정 목적을 위해 배치하고 조립함으로써 품질 보증된 고생산성의 재사용을 가능하게 됨에 따라, 최근 IT 비즈니스 솔루션 도출을 위한 핵심 적인 기술 전략으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 영 역에 적절한 컴포넌트의 추출과 개발 및 응용 시스템으로의 전개를 위한 컴포넌트들의 배치와 조립 등을 포함하는 일련의 CBD 프로세스를 실제화 하기 위해서는 아키텍쳐 기반의 접근과 제어가 매우 중요하다. 하지만 대부분의 CBD 연구는 비즈니스 로직들의 기능성을 그룹화한 컴포넌트의 생산에 초점을 두고 있지 컴포넌트간의 상호작용을 명시하는 아키텍쳐 정보의 관리를 간과함으로써 컴포넌트의 조립과 통합을 통한 CBD 시스템으로의 전개는 극히 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 CHD 프로세스 상에서 아키텍쳐 접근의 중요성과 전개 방법을 살펴보고, 컴포넌트 프레임워크(Component Framework)를 위한 아키텍쳐의 계층을 새롭게 재정의 하며 그 의미를 설명한다. 이를 위해 영역 분석 및 설계 정보를 선언적으로 명시하는 수단이며, 도메인 내에서 특정 서비스를 제공하는 컴포넌트간의 일반적 결합 방식의 규정하기 위한 수단으로서 설계 패턴을 이용하여 서비스 아키텍쳐 패턴을 정의하고 실 예로 적용한다.

With the rapid distribution and active usage of the Internet, information search and retrieval through Internet has become a primary form of information access. This ubiquity of information access through Internet means the increased significance of search performance offered by Internet portals, since the optimization of search performance by portal has strong implication for the effective access of information through Internet in general. In this context, this paper investigates the classification scheme used in the directory service of internet portals, which provides selected and organized access to Internet information. First, the author analyzes the deployment of directory classification of standard subdivision topics used in traditional library classification system, with emphasis on the table composed of the form and approach, which are applicable to diverse subject areas. Then, based on this analysis, he proposed a method of applying certain subdivisions of the standard subdivision to directory service of Internet portals.

불안하고 예측불허인 시장 전망에도 불구하고, 공중 무선랜서비스는 유선통신사업자들에게는 유선 초고속인터넷서비스의 이동성, 향후의 유무선통합서비스 및 새로운 무선 사업 기반을 형성해 준다는 측면에서, 이동통신사업자들에게는 3G 서비스의 제공시기가 불투명한 상태에서 2G나 2.5G 이동통신에 비해 보다 빠르고 저렴한 무선데이터 통신 및 다양한 부가서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반을 형성해 줄 수 있다는 측면에서, 독립계 사업자들에게는 틈새시장을 개척할 수 있는 기반을 형성해 준다는 측면에서 사업자들의 관심은 물론 매우 치열한 시장진입 경쟁이 전개되고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 핫스폿을 중심으로 한 공중 무선랜서비스의 제공현황을 미국, 유럽을 중심으로 살펴보고, 시장의 발전과 사업자들이 서로 상생할 수 있는 사업전개 방향을 모색하기 위한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다.

Increased over time are the market size of coffee shops and customer demands for coffee. This paper aims to provide solutions for quality improvement in products and services of coffee shops through a case study. SERVQUAL is adopted and modified for the given problem to identify customer requirements for services of coffee shops. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is introduced as an effort to reflect customer requirements in engineering characteristics for products and services. This paper compares the market competitiveness of three coffee shops in a case study. This study also draws solutions for quality improvement in engineering characteristics for products and services by using QFD.
