모바일 웹서비스는 점차 발전하고 있지만, 아직까지 제한된 디바이스의 성능 및 기술적인 요건, 서비스 시스템 통합화의 부재등으로 통해 최적화된 서비스를 제공해 주고 있지 못하다. 따라서 이를 지원하지 위하여 구조화된 서버환경에서 사용자에게 각각의 최적화된 서비스를 제공해 주고, 사용자의 선호나 사용방식에 따라 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해 줄 수 있는 미들웨어 시스템을 제안한다.

최근 정보시스템 운영서비스의 체계적 향상을 위한 ITSM 관련한 연구와 서비스 비용 산정 모형에 관련된 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 운영서비스가 정보시스템 사용자나 서비스 제공자 모두의 입장에서 장기적, 연속적으로 이루어지는 형태의 사업 서비스라는 특성에 착안하여 새로운 운영서비스 비용 모델을 제시한다. IT 서비스 요청의 효율적인 처리, 적절한 IT 운영조직 및 운영인력에 대한 시간관리 등을 통하여 나타날 수 있는 서비스 능력 향상 효과와 고정운영비용 절감효과를 통한 최적화 방안을 제시한다.

In the global era, the tourism industry is a major profitable business, and the state and local governments are making various efforts to provide quality tourism experiences. The purpose of this study in a variety of tourism contents is to study barrier-free subway services in line with the global era, and to expand from the existing rapid, safe, and ordered transportation to the provision of high-quality comfort and all-round service experiences. This study compared and analyzed the subway service systems of Korea, China and both countries through the service design method, and presented a barrier-free subway service system to improve the user's satisfaction with the subway service system by improving the user's service experience. As a result, research results showed that 20 attractive quality attributes in 17 fields, such as convenience facilities, language issues, security equipment, and riding environment, play an important role in improving the quality and experience of subway services. In addition, through the construction of a Service Spatial Scenario, an optimized subway service system can be visualized to help understand this so that it can be used as a reference for creating a strategic application.

Cloud computing emerges as a new paradigm for deploying, managing and offering IT resources as a service anytime, anywhere on any devices. Cloud computing data center stores many IT resources through resource integration. So cloud computing system has to be designed by technology and policy to make effective use of IT resources. In other words, cloud vendor has to provide high quality services to all user and mitigate the dissipation of IT resources. However, vendors need to predict the performance of cloud services and the use of IT resources before releasing cloud service. For solving the problem, this research presents cloud service modeling on network environment and evaluation index for availability optimization of cloud service. We also study how to optimize an amount of requested cloud service and performance of datacenter using CloudSim toolkit.

본고에서는 MPEG에서 설계하여 ISO 표준화한 실시간/저지연 미디어 전송 기술인 MMT (MPEG Media Transport) 에 대해 알아본다. MMT는 인터넷 환경과 통합된 차세대 방송 시스템에의 적용을 목표로 설계된 기술로, IP 기반 전송 프로토콜의 사용과 HTML5 기반 서비스 제공을 가정하여 MPEG2-TS의 장점을 계승하면서 이종망 및 다기기 서비스의 지원을 고려하여 설계 되었다. 따라서 MMT는 고품질의 UHD TV서비스를 안정적으로 제공함과 동시에 인터넷 활용 부가 서비스 제공을 목적으로 하는 차세대 지상파 방송에 있어 최적화된 표준 기술이라 할 수 있다.

음성 위주의 이동통신 초기 시스템에서부터 데이터 서비스를 제공하는 현재의 시스템에 이르기까지 이동통신 망이 진화해왔듯 무선망을 설계하거나 최적화하기 위한 전파환경 예측 시뮬레이션 툴 또한 발전을 거듭해왔다. 이는 망의 진화로 인해 무선망 설계/관리/최적화 기법이 복잡/다양해지고 그래서 단순한 수작업이나 현장 기술자의 경험만으로는 명쾌한 해답을 내놓기 곤란한 상황이 많아짐을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션 툴을 활용한 무선망최적화/엔지니어링 작업 프로세스를 체계적으로 정리하여 소개함으로써 현장 기술자가 보다 효율적이며 경제적인 무선망 최적화 기법에 익숙해질 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다.

인터넷은 매개라는 강력한 수단을 통해 재생산을 하게 되는데 매개의 비용이 거의 들지 않는다는 특성 때문에 자원의 배포 속도와 범위를 거의 무한대로 확장해왔다. 웹 시스템 제작 경향은 멀티미디어 요소의 무분별한 사용 등으로 거의 모든 웹페이지는 응답 속도 개선에 어려움을 주고 있는 실정이다. 웹 시스템 성능을 향상시키기 위해 자동화된 성능분석 도구를 이용하여, 컨텐츠 구성 비율을 분석하여 웹 시스템 컨텐츠 최적화를 통한 정보서비스 성능개선에 관한 시스템 설계를 제안한다.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 홈에서 멀티 미디어 렌더러를 지원하는 UPnP AV 프레임워크 기반의 엔터테인먼트 시스템을 제안한다. 현 시스템은 컨트롤 포인터와 미디어 렌더러가 하나의 모듈로 구현되어 있어, 컨트롤 포인터 모듈이 있는 AV 디바이스에서만 홈 네트워크 내의 컨텐츠나 서비스 이용이 가능하였다. 이러한 시스템 구조로 인해 각각의 컨텐츠 특성에 맞는 최적화된 서비스를 제공함에 한계가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 홈 내의 AV 디바이스를 효율적으로 제어하고 이용할 수 있는 멀티 미디어 렌더러가 가능한 UPnP AV 프레임워크를 제안하고 구현하였다. 그 결과 시스템 사용자는 홈 내의 다양한 AV 디바이스에서 컨텐츠를 이용하고 최적화된 서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 되었다.

Presently in 2018, the security market is requiring progressive development and innovation in the area of security on account of new changes and technologies. This means the rapid and prompt development of the service platforms and service-based information systems. Here, this study is going to examine the process of operating a number of services and obtaining security, not the criteria for selecting particular service in online environment where the various services exist. Within a series of flows to protect the manager's authority about the platforms operated by information systems, and to provide and destroy services, this author limits the entire service platforms of the optimized balance module into four categories maximum for the security of the area apt for illegal invasion and access, and the proper area. Also, about the area with limited security, this researcher again applies subordinate security policy and technology respectively. This author here will suggest a method to provide and to extend safety and security for the information system and also propose the process of applying it as well.

통신 기술과 모바일 기술의 발달로 인해, 이 두 기술을 융합된 모바일IPTV가 탄생하였다. 하지만, 모바일IPTV는 기존의 IPTV와는 달리 방대한 종류의 디바이스와 그에 따른 제공하는 비디오 포맷과 같은 제약들이 존재한다. 하지만 기존의 서비스는 다양한 이기종의 모바일 장치의 특성을 고려하지 않고 서비스 제공자가 모든 사용자에게 같은 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 사용자는 콘텐츠의 포맷이나 용량으로 인하여 장치에 알맞은 컨텐츠를 받지 못할 경우가 있으며 혹은 신속하게 서비스를 제공받지 못할 경우가 있다. 위와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 CC/PP(Composite Capabilities / Preference Profile)를 이용하여 이기종의 모바일IPTV 장치들의 규격 및 특성을 분석하고, 이를 통해 다양한 기종의 모바일IPTV 사용자들에게 장치의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스를 최적화하여 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.
