디지털 오디오 방송은 안정적이고 넓은 범위의 소스코딩 및 채널코딩 기능을 수행하고, 다양한 압축 기능 등을 제공함으로써, 기존의 아날로그 방송에서는 불가능했던 많은 부가 데이터 서비스들의 출현을 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 Eureka-147 디지털 오디오방송 시스템의 운용자, 특히, 다중화 사업자 또는 네트워크 제공자의 입장에서 다양한 전송용량을 요구하는 데이터 서비스들이 혼재하는 통계적 상황을 모델링하여 분석하여 보고, 앞으로 디지털 오디오 방송을 이용하는 데이터 응용 서비스가 활성화 될 경우, 이들의 효율적인 관리 방법을 검토하여 보았다.

As ubiquitous environment rapidly emerges due to the development of network and information communication technology, ubiquitous computing is being noticed as a technology that will take the lead in information technology industry of the future. To the end, the data recognized from each sensors, collected, and processed need be transferred to applied service so that they may be used as data for providing service to users. But to send sensors data has weak points that are absence of applicate data accessibility and inter-operablities against difference platform and protocol, deficiency of meta-data and interface against sensors. In this paper, we designed and implemented sensors data processing system that send sensors data to application service via web service with definition against description language describe sensors service and data.

In order to reduce maritime accidents and promote maritime safety and the happiness of the sea people, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has been providing Intelligent Maritime Traffic Information services to the public from the end of January 2021. Various information is generated and collected through this service, and research and development is underway to develop and verify a service algorithm by applying the collected information to data science to realize a safer and more efficient intelligent maritime traffic information service. In order to develop and implement this, a data pipeline system that connects the collected and stored data and can access, use, and store data from multiple systems smoothly is required. Therefore, in this study, a data pipeline that can be used in various systems such as a datascience based service algorithm development environment and an intelligent maritime transportation service test-bed was designed.

국내의 원격검침 데이터는 주로 전력요금 산출용도에 활용되고 있다. 하지만 국외 전력회사들은 미래 디지털 사회의 기반이 되는 신 전력시스템을 구현하는데 필요한 핵심기술 중의 하나로서 IT(Information Technology)기반 전력부가서비스 기술의 중요성에 대해 강조하고 있으며, 이를 위해 원격검침 데이터를 기반으로 하는 다양한 전력부가서비스를 개발하여 적용하고 있다. 따라서, 국내의 경우도 원격검침 데이터를 단순한 전력요금 산출용도가 아닌 전력소비자와의 관계에서 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 지닌 전략적인 자산으로 보고, 원격검침 데이터 가공 및 활용기술의 선진화를 통하여 전력회사와 전력소비자 모두에게 필요한 전력부가서비스의 적용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 전력부가서비스 시스템의 비교 분석을 통해 국내 전력산업 환경에 적합한 새로운 전력 부가서비스 적용방향을 제시하고, 이를 기초로 설계한 전력부가서비스의 일종인 전력 에너지 컨설팅 서비스 시스템에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 설계한 전력부가서비스 시스템의 적용시 전력소비자 측면에서는 요금절감 효과가 전력회사 측면에서는 부하 수요관리 및 투자비 절감 효과가 예상된다.

Geospatial interoperability has been pursued by propagating international standards and OGC standards. The NGIC, GeoConnection and other catalogue services are reviewed with aspect to metadata and search functions. Detailed metadata could be driven to users after finding what they want to have. Criteria for search were not fully overlapped with metadata, as simple and typical searches are prevailing. OGC catalogue service standards were made but catalogue services in Korea have been implemented in their own ways, not fully compliance-tested. Different domain technologies have been developed regardless of geospatial service, the relationship and integration methods between catalogue services and other core technologies are reviewed in the form of a pair table. Other issues in geospatial service were discussed in the level of raising issues.

데이터방송 기술은 디지털방송으로 전환하면서 방송서비스를 기존 서비스와 차별짓는 가장 중요한 기술로 대두되고 있다. 데이터방송은 멀티미디어 데이터를 기존 방송 프로그램에 부가하여 제공하는 기술로서 날씨, 간단한 뉴스, 증권정보 등 많은 사람들이 관심을 갖는 일반적인 정보나, 현재 방송되고 있는 프로그램과 관련된 등장인물, 지난 줄거리, 등의 추가적인 정보를 제공함으로써 방송시청을 좀 더 능동적이고 정보중심의 시청이 되도록 하는 역할을 하게 된다. 이러한 데이터 방송은 그 전송방식이나 제공되는 데이터의 성격에 대한 공개된 표준을 정함으로써, 많은 사람들이 다양하고 유연한 서비스 제공을 위한 기기 및 소프트웨어 개발을 원활히 할 수 있게 된다. 국내에서는 지상파 데이터방송 표준으로 ATSC-DASE 표준을 채택하였으며 현재 기술 및 서비스 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 향후 데이터방송 기술은 계속 진화할 것으로 예상되며, 이를 통하여 TV 방송은 정보화 사회의 정보획득 및 활용을 위한 중요한 수단이 될 것으로 기대된다.

최근 인터넷과 네트워크 기술이 급격히 발전함에 따라 대용량의 동영상 데이터에 대한 서비스 요구가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 인터넷 사용자는 비디오, 오디오, 텍스트 등으로 표현되는 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 환경에서 동영상 컨텐츠의 저장, 교환 및 검색에 있어서 보다 나은 편리성을 요구하게 되었고, 이것은 동영상 데이터의 다양한 정보를 기술하기 위한 메타데이터의 중요성을 더욱 증대시키게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 서비스들을 데이터 포맷 및 서비스 종류에 따라 각기 다른 표준을 사용하고 있어 업계간 또는 서비스간에 다르게 표현되는 메타데이터 정보들을 통합 관리하기는 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 기존의 메타데이터 관리 시스템의 이점을 수용하고, 이를 확장하여 각각의 표준에 따라 서로 다르게 표현되는 동영상 메타데이터를 통합 관리하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다.

Since users want to have services correctly in their own position and surrounding circumstance in ubiquitous computing environment, it is very important to search, compose basic services and provide suitable services according to various circumstances. However existing techniques have been studied on service discovery mainly and lack consideration for position or preference of users. Furthermore, on service composition, they lists basic services simply and do not propose concretely method of use service history data for service composition. Therefore we propose a framework for context-based service provisioning middleware system, called COSEP, and Ontology engine with data ming. This research discovers services by reacting dynamically to circumstance information such as time and position of user, composites services using Ontology engine with data ming and offers newly created optimal services to users.

The citation information of academic resources contains the knowledge flow from previous research, so it is possible to connect fragmented research in relational aspects. The citation information can grasp the overall flow of research, so it can promote convergence research such as developing existing research or deriving related fields. Therefore, in this study, the citation information of academic literature, which was previously provided at the level of simple disclosure, was reconstructed based on the citation relationship. Through this, backward and forward citation analysis were conducted based on time series, and the research flow was analyzed by setting the citation stage. Finally, we developed an academic information service that visualizes the main research contents of backward and forward citation based on time series. This accesses academic resources through the meaning contained in the citation information.

We analyze an integrated voice/data CDMA system, where the whole channels are divided into voice prioritized channels and voice non-prioritized channels. For real-time voice service, a preemptivc priority is granted in the voice prioritized channels. And, for delay-tolerant data service, the employment of buffer is considered. On the other hand, the transmission permission probability in best-effort packet-data service is controlled by estimating the residual capacity available for users. We build a 2-dimensional markov chain about prioritized-voice and stream-data services and accomplish numerical analysis in combination with packet-data traffic based on residual capacity equation.
