유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경으로 진화하면서 사용자의 상황정보를 이해하고 사용자의 상황에 적합한 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 연구들이 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 상황정보 서비스에 사용자의 의도를 반영함으로써 정확한 서비스 제공을 가능하게 하면서도 사용자가 서비스의 내용을 알 수 있도록 하기 위하여 Public Code라는 개념을 정의한다. 이를 이용하여 사용자의 의도를 해석하여 서비스를 시작하고, 의미 있는 서비스 제공을 위하여 사용자의 상황정보를 조합하여 이용함으로써 사용자 입장에서 직관적이면서도 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서비스를 제안한다.

In this paper, a cyber space for multimedia conference is designed and implemented using gatekeeper and web service which satisfies H.323 standards. The implemented gatekeeper manages a registration and a call control for H.323 video conference terminals. The implemented gate-keeper can manage registered users efficiently with directory services using web service. Also, software maintenance of video conference system is established by service provider instead of users using control download on web. finally, we present the practical use of video conference through various applications of directory services.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the information need of senior users of public libraries and to present ways to improve senior services based on this. To this end, demographics and public library statistics were analyzed, and opinions and demands on book collection, programs, services, and spaces were investigated for senior users of Gangseo-gu libraries. The survey was conducted with surveys and interviews, and based on the results of the survey, it was suggested that the improvement of senior service should be carried out to customized contents collection, program connecting the past, present and future, services with enhanced access and publicity and securing dedicated space for seniors.

This study aims to evaluate the efficiency in the provision of employment services for the middle-aged by using spatial analysis in GIS. Based on location information of employment service institutions, we find service areas of the institutions and calculate regional rates of duplication and exclusion in terms of spatial coverage of the employment services. Taking into account potential demand for employment services, the regions with high priority in the provision of the services are identified. Among the regions, those with high exclusion rate of the services are designated as the regions of insufficient service level. Results indicate that Namyangju-si is a representative region of insufficient employment service level. To improve efficiency in the provision of employment services, we suggest to relocate employment service institutions that have been located in a region of high duplication rate such as Siheung-si, Danwon-gu, Gangnam-gu, Songpa-gu into the locality of Namyangju-si.

GIS가 일반 사용자에게 보급되기 시작하면서 이동 GIS를 활용한 다양한 서비스와 위치 기반서비스들이 등장하고 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 GIS 기반의 위치기반서비스에 대한 일반적인 서비스 프레임워크를 제시하고 서비스가 수행되는 모형을 살펴본다. 또한 이를 통하여 각각의 소요 기술을 파악하고 연구 진행 중인 다양한 기술의 활용방안에 대하여 살펴보도록 한다. 연구내용으로는 먼저 전통적인 GIS를 바탕으로 하는 GIS 기반의 위치기반서비스 구조를 발굴하여 일반적인 서비스 프레임워크로 작성한다. 서비스 프레임워크에서는 전통 GIS와 위치기반서비스의 서비스 수행관계, 인터페이스 관계 등을 표현하여 일반화하도록 하고, 이를 기반으로 한 서비스 운영형태를 제시한다. 그리고 서비스 프레임워크에 포함된 관련 분야의 기술 분류를 수행한다. 기술 분류는 위치기반서비스와 GIS를 바탕으로 주요 요구기술을 도출하여 이를 기능별로 구분하여 표준화 기술을 분류한다. 이들 기술은 각각의 기술발전 과정에 따라 다양한 과정으로 발전하게 되고 이에 따라서 서비스의 모양도 다양한 형태로 발전할 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 이를 종합한 기술 로드맵을 제시하여 표준화 및 향후 발전방안을 제시하게 된다. 이를 바탕으로 GIS에 기반한 위치기반서비스의 일반화된 서비스 모형을 제시할 수 있고, 필요한 기술의 발굴, 기술발전에 따른 다양한 서비스의 예측이 가능할 것으로 보이며 GIS 서비스의 일반화에 크게 기여할 것으로 보인다.

Recently, through the development of IT and mobile technology, spatial information plays a role of infrastructure of the people life and the national economy. Many kinds of applications including SNS and social commerce is to leverage the spatial information for their services. In the case of domestic, spatial open platform that can provide national spatial data infrastructure services in a stable manner has been released. And many people have been interested to the open platform services. However, the open platform currently has many difficulties to analyze its service status and load in real time, because it does not hold a real-time monitoring system. Therefore, we propose a method that can analyze the real-time service status of the open platform using the analysis of the web server log information. In particular, we propose the results of the analysis as follows: amount of data transferred, network bandwidth, number of visitors, hit count, contents usage, and connection path. We think the results presented in this study is insufficient to understand the perfect service status of the open platform. However, it is expected to be utilized as the basic data for understanding of the service status and for system expansion of the open platform, every year.

Recently, there has been much interest in the converged platform that enables the harmonized collection, integration, exchange, presentation and analysis of various kinds of marine information by using the ICT means. Regarding such the converged platform, S-100 standards including the international hydrographic data model are being announced and various studies have been published based on the S-100 standards. However, the existing studies have presented simple solutions for only given problems on the converged service of the maritime information. They could not propose the design concept of the converged platform which makes it possible to provide the standardized and integrated services among the geospatial data, the real-time maritime data, and the next ENC. Therefore, we propose design and implementation details of the converged service platform for the geospatial and the maritime data based on the S-100, WMS, WMTS, WPS, SOS standards. The proposed platform has advantages of supporting both the S-57 and the S-101, supporting the converged services of heterogeneous geospatial data and ENC data, supporting the real-time services of sensor data such as weather, AIS, and CCTV, and supporting the development of various kinds of maritime systems such as ECDIS, ECS, VTS based on the WebApp service. Finally, we proved the effectiveness of our proposed platform through the actual implementation of the converged service of geospatial data, S-101 data, and KWeather data.

In u-GIS environment, we collect spatial data needed through sensor network and provide them with information real-time processed or stored. When information through Internet is requested on Web based applications, it is transmitted in XML. Especially, when requested information includes spatial data, GML, S-XML, and other document that can process spatial data are used. In this processing, real-time stream data processed in DSMS is transformed to S-XML document type and spatial information service based on web receive S-XML document through Internet. Because most of spatial application service use existing spatial DBMS as a storage system, The data used in S-XML and SDBMS needs transformation between themselves. In this paper, we propose S-XML a transformation method using caching of spatial data. The proposed method caches the spatial data part of S-XML to transform S-XML and relational spatial database for providing spatial data efficiently and it transforms cached data without additional transformation cost when a transformation between data in the same region is required. Through proposed method, we show that it reduced the cost of transformation between S-XML documents and spatial information services based on web to provide spatial information in u-GIS environment and increased the performance of query processing through performance evaluation.

In this paper, the social paradigm is rapidly changing with the expansion of human consciousness, which has emerged as the development of 20th century science and the influence of cutting-edge media as the search for new forms of flower art sculptures. Is becoming. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the interaction relationship of the expression elements of environmentally friendly pressed sculptures in the space as interior materials in the space where customer service is provided. (Research method) After deriving the formative expression characteristics of environmentally friendly pressed flower sculptures, and deriving interactive analysis elements between the servicescape space and humans of the pressed flower sculptures through references, service the flower sculptures for 8 installation cases The expression patterns of the interrelationships in the space of the landscape of the landscape were analyzed. (Results) The characteristics of dynamic formation and continuity were emphasized in the environment-friendly pressed sculpture space, and the interaction that the sympathetic reaction to the natural motif element felt as a new experience in space appeared. In the future, commercial spaces can be actively experienced through natural elements, and users can experience active interactions to create differentiated spaces as spaces where humans and humans coexist.
