Service-oriented computing systems have been issued by their properties of reducing software development time and effort by reusing functional service units. The reusability of services can effectively promote through loose coupling between services. But strong associations of object-oriented systems such as inheritance and aggregation create a rather tight coupling between objects. The component-based systems without inheritance and aggregation create a loose coupling between components. Thus components provide service realization at runtime using the functionality provided by their interfaces. Therefore legacy component-based systems need to have service-oriented computing concept in order to support functional service units efficiently. Also, conventional methods for service-oriented computing system have not suggested the clear classification of service layers, the clear service identification guideline introducing service layers and a service mapping method between serviceces of each layer. Therefore we suggest the service classification and the identification guideline of business view and implementation view introducing layers and propose a mapping between two views. That is, we research service layers, service identification, diversified service sizes and a service mapping method between services of each layer. This can be applied to legacy component-based system to extend to the service-oriented computing system.

현재의 인터넷상에서 QoS 의 재공능력에 대한 필요성이 새롭게 인식되기 시작하여 많은 노력 및 연구결과가 나타나고 있다. 이 결과 IETF에서는 QoS를 제공하는 서비스로 보장형 서비스 및 부하 제어형 서비스를 표준으로 채택하였으며, 이런 서비스들을 인터넷에서 제공하기 위해서는 L3계층 및 L2계층에서의 제공 방법도 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 L2계층의 구현 기술중에서 현재 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 공유 미디어 방식의 CSMA/Cd 랜(이더넷)으로 구성된 서브넷에서 기존의 최선형 서비스 및 부하 제어형 서비스 제공을 위한 대역폭 관리 방법에 대해서 기술하였다.

인터넷망의 지속적인 발달과 더불어 웹서비스가 차지하는 비중은 매우 커지고 있다. 이와 관련해 서비스 발견을 위한 다양한 노력들이 진행되었으며. 그 중에서도 DAML-S문서로 기술된 매치메이커에서 제시한 알고리즘은 서비스 발견자와 서비스 제공자사이의 서비스 발견에 대한 유사도 측정의 한 방법을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 온톨로지상의 관계표현에 있어 네 가지 규칙만을 적용하여 정밀한 유사도 측정이 불가능하다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 알고리즘의 개선을 위해 두 가지 유사도 측정함수 1) 계층구조함수 2) 계층계수함수를 정의하고, 이에 기반한 새로운 서비스 발견 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다.

This study examined relevant literature to review the concept of low-income class, its criteria and types. Based on the cases surveyed, the service status of public libraries for low-income class in South Korea was determined. Based on the findings of this study, we proposed new library services necessary for low-income class, such as the implementation of relevant programs aimed at resolving the digital information divide of low-income class, the introduction of employment programs for the self-economic-support for low-income class adults, and the introduction of reading and counseling therapy services. In addition, this study proposed five policies for activating library services for the low-income class: (1) To revise the act on library law so as to clarify the concept of low-income class, its criteria and types, (2) to revise the master plan for library development so as to bolster the library services for low-income class, (3) to conduct a national-level survey of the low-income class status and of the library service status, (4) to determine the actual features of the low-income class and their information demands, and (5) to prepare library services tailored to the diverse types of low-income class.

본 고는 통신의 진화 방향인 통합(convergence)의 추세를 나타낸다. 통합은 서비스, 네트워크, 비즈니스 등의 통합으로 실현되고 있다. 통합 서비스를 위한 기본 인프라인 광대역통합망(Broadband convergence Network)의 개념, 서비스 특징 및 발전방향 등을 기술한다. 광대역 통합망은 유무선 통합, 통신/방송 융합, 음성 및 데이터의 통합을 위해 필요한 네트워크를 서비스 계층, 제어 계층, 전달망 계층, 접속 계층, 유비쿼터스 접속 및 가입자 단말 계층으로 구분한다. BcN은 사용자가 원하는 품질과 보안의 정도에 따라 차별화된 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스제공 및 관리가 가능한 네트워크이다. 이러한 BcN진화를 위한 무선 네트워크 관점의 All-IP진화 방향을 나타낸다. 먼저, 무선 네트워크에서의 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스의 특징 및 종류, 이를 위한 광대역 통합망의 특징을 살펴본다. 그리고 향후 BcN으로의 무선 네트워크의 진화 방향을 나타낸다. BcN의 무선 네트워크는 다양한 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기에 적합한 이동성 및 광대역 엑세스가 가능한 시스템이 추가될 전망이다. 마지막으로, 향후 통신 서비스의 진화 방향인 유비쿼터스 서비스를 위해 필요한 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 전망한다. 미래의 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 위한 지능형 플랫폼, 통합 단말 등 기술적 요구사항들과 진화방향을 나타낸다.

Currently, the housing supply rate exceeds 100%, and the penetration rate continues to increase. This housing supply rate is changing from quantitative supply-oriented to improving the quality of the residential environment in housing service policies. Despite the increase in the housing supply rate, practical access to the vulnerable class is still difficult and there are many areas that are insufficient to use housing services when necessary. In addition, the demand for residential services is increasing due to the expansion of the scope of the vulnerable class. In order to compensate for these problems, facilities and joint occupancy that cannot guarantee independent living are mainly established, although a supply plan is established for the vulnerable by expanding policies and support projects. This paper proposes an IoT environment-based housing support system for vulnerable groups to support housing services for vulnerable groups. The proposal system improves the quality of the residential environment and provides service-oriented support services. Through the proposal system, appropriate social participation opportunities can be provided by improving the quality of life of the vulnerable and supporting a residential environment where independent living is possible.

Recently mobile broadcast standards that have IP layer between transport layer and service layer such as DVB-IPDC, OMA-BCAST have been commercialized. Specially, IP abstract layer of OMA-BCAST makes it possible to interface diverse transport layers. Service guide, that is important for user interface, of these mobile broadcast standards has complex structure and heterogeneous schema. ESG schema is not interoperable, therefore terminals should have various implementations of service layer to support more than one service layer at a time. In this paper, not only for enabling interoperability of DVB-IPDC and OMA-BCAST but for supporting basic scenarios of mobile broadcast, simple ESG schema was developed. This new schema can be used as an independent ESG schema, especially for the integrated mobile broadcast middleware environment.

최근 높은 품질의 비디오 서비스에 대한 사용자 요구 증가로 UHD(Ultra High-Definition) 서비스가 등장하였고 여러 방송사에서 UHD 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 아날로그에서 디지털로의 전환이 이루어진지 얼마 지나지 않았고 사용자 대부분은 HD(High-Definition)급 수상기를 가지고 있기 때문에 현재로서는 HD 서비스와 UHD 서비스가 공존해야 하는 상황에 있다. 이를 위해 스케일러블 영상 기술과 차세대 멀티미디어 다중화 전송 표준인 MMT(MPEG Media Transport)가 대두되었다. 사용자 인터페이스로 정의된 MMT CI(Composition Information)를 이용해 계층 부호화 비디오 서비스하려고 하지만 계층 간의 의존성이 높기 때문에 구현상에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위한 방법으로 본 논문에서는 사용자가 계층 부호화된 비디오 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 독립적인 사용자 인터페이스 설계 기법을 제안한다.

초고속 인터넷의 보급이 일반화되고, PDA 및 노트북 등의 휴대 이동 컴퓨팅 기기의 사용이 증가하면서, 점차 이동 인터넷 서비스를 요구하는 사용자의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 현재 무선 인터넷 제공을 위한 주요 인프라는 이동 통신망이나 무선랜 망이다. 그러나 무선랜 망 기술의 경우 2 계층에서 이동성을 지원하기 때문에 하부 기술에 대한 의존성으로 인하여 도메인 내에서의 이동서에 대해서만 지원하므로 다른 도메인영역으로의 이동을 지원하는데는 어려움이 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 이동 인터넷 사용자들에게 끊김 없는 서비스 제공 및 핸드오프 지연을 줄이기 위하여 IEEE 무선랜 기반 2 계층 핸드오프 기술과 3 계층에서의 이동성을 제공함으로써 하부기술에 독립적인 글로벌 로밍을 지원하는 Mobile IPv6 기술을 제안하고 또한 3 계층에서의 핸드오프 지연 감소 및 핸드오프시에 실시간 서비스 제공을 위한 Mobile IPv6 Fast 핸드오버에 대한 기술의 장, 단점을 연구분석하고 2 계층 및 3 계층 핸드오프 기술의 연동을 통하여 실시간 서비스를 위한 보다 향상된 핸드오프를 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문은 제어 구조의 표준으로 떠오르고 있는 OPC와 마이크로소프트사의 분산형 보안 서비스 개념(하부구조 서비스, 응용프로그램 지원 서비스)들을 사용하여 다양한 사용자에 대해서 차별화된 권한 구조를 제공할 수 있는 멀티 프로세스 컨트롤＆모니터링 모델을 제안한다. 멀티 프로세스 컨트롤＆모니터링 모델은 3-계층 구조(리소스, 로직, 그리고 프레젠테이션 계층)와 컴포넌트 개념을 기반으로 디자인하였기 때문에 엔터프라이즈 어플리케이션이 가지는 다양한 이점을 가질 수 있다. 리소스 계층은 다양한 OPC 기반 제어서버 시스템에서 제공하는 실시간 데이터(액세스 포인터 데이터) 및 저장 데이터들과 쉽고 유연하게 결합할 수 있으며, 로직 계층은 리소스 계층에서 제공하는 리소스들(실시간 및 저장 데이터)에 대한 보안 설정을 제공하고 실제, 가공, 가상 데이터 제공 및 생성하는 역할을 제공한다. 프레젠테이션 계층은 XML 기술을 사용하여 컨텐츠와 뷰를 분리하고 접속 기기들의 타입에 맞는 뷰를 동적으로 결합하여 제공함으로써 다양한 타입의 모니터링 기기들과 유연하게 결합하고 통합할 수 있는 이점을 갖는다.
