Design of a DSP Controller and Driver for the Power-by-wire(PBW) System Using BLDC Servo Motor (BLDC 전동기를 이용하는 직동력(PBW) 구동시스템의 제어기 및 구동기 설계)

  • This paper presents a study on the DSP controller and IGBT inverter driver design for the power-by-wire(PBW) system using BLDC servo motor. This BLDC servo motor system was realized with DSP(Digital Signal Processor) and IGBT inveter module. The PBW system needs speed control of servo motor for linear thrust action. This paper implements a servo controller with vector control and min-max PWM technique. As CPU of controller, TMS320F2812 DSP was adopted because it has PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) waveform generator, A/D(Analog to Digital) converter, SPI( Serial Peripheral Interface) port and many input/output port etc.

미래 선도형 에코 성형 시스템 관련 기술의 동향 - 서보모터 기술동향과 전동식사출성형기 적용사례

  • 본 고에서는 산업용 제어장치로 그 응용범위가 확장되고 있는 서보시스템의 기술발전과정과 전동력 출력용량을 기준으로 적용가능 한 산업분야를 도시했고 시장으로부터 서보시스템에 요구되는 내용과 이에 대응하는 기술개발방향을 설명하였다. 관련기술 발전추이 코너를 통해 단위 자동화시스템을 구성하는 요소 주제인 서보드라이브, 영구자석모터 및 정밀센서분야의 기술발전 동향을 설명하였으며, 특히 대용량형 영구자석모터 개발과정에서 요구되는 기술상의 특징을 정리했고, 세부 설계기술인 전자기해석, 구조설계, 발열억제 및 시험평가분야에 대해 설명과 적용 사례를 나타냈다. 사출성형기를 대상으로 대형 서보모터의 실증사례를 보였고 유압하이브리드 방식과의 차별성을 소개했다. 향후 서보모터와 드라이브에 있어서의 기술 발전 방향에 대해 간략히 기술하였다.

  • The purpose of study is development of a fuzzy controller which independent of a computer and its software for fuzzy control of servo system. This paper describes a method of approximate reasoning for fuzzy control of servo system, based on decomposition of $\alpha$-level fuzzy sets, It is propose that fuzzy logic algorithm is a body from fuzzy inference to defuzzificaion in cases where the output variable u directly is generated PWM. The effectiveness of quantified $\alpha$-levels on input/output characteristics of fuzzy controller and output response of DC servo system is investigated. It is concluded that $\alpha$-cut 4 levels give a sufficient result for fuzzy control performance of DC servo system. The experimental results shows that the proposed hardware method is effective for practical applications of DC servo system.

  • In this paper trajectory tracking control problems are described for a robot manipulator by using pneumatic actuator. Under the assumption that the so-called independent joint control is applied to the control system, the dynamic model for each link is identified as a linear second-order system with input time-delay by the step response. Then, an optimal servo controller is designed by taking account of such a time-delay. The effectiveness of the proposed control method is illustrated through some simulations and experiments for the robot manipulator.

  • PID controller is being used in many servo control system. However, when a control system has variable load, it is difficult to guarantee the accurate control of the system. In the way of solving this problem, in this paper, a auto-tuning method of PID controller parameter using fuzzy rule in variable load is presented. The parameter of PID controller are decided by fuzzy rule according to load variation. The accurate control function of fuzzy auto-tuning is demonstrated by simulation.

  • 정밀한 서보기술에 바탕을 두고 있는 산업용 로봇 팔은 기계적인 강성도와 서보기구들로 인하여 정확한 제어가 가능하다 그러나 로봇팔은 동작중비 관성모멘트의 변화와 기하학적인 구조로 인하여 비선형적인 시스템이다. 특히 관성모멘트의 변화는 로봇팔의 회전속도와 로봇팔이 이동시키는 대상물의 무게 등에 따라 관성모멘트는 변할 수 있다. 이로 인하여 관성모멘트의 변화에 따라 로봇팔의 정확한 위치제어가 힘들어진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 관성모멘트의 변화에도 불구하고 강인한 응답특성을 나타내는 제어기의 설계가 요구된다. 일반적으로 PID .제어기는 설계의 용이성으로 산업현장에서 널리 사용된다. 그러나 PIB 제어기의 각 계수값을 설정하는데 많은 어려움이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PID 제어기의 각 계수 값을 퍼지알고리즘을 이용하여 자동으로 설계할 수 있는 자기동조 PID 제어기를 설계한다.

Research of Synthetic Resonance Characteristics for Electrohydraulic Thrust Vector Control Actuation System (전기-유압식 추력벡터제어 구동장치시스템의 합성공진 특성 연구)

  • In this paper, the analysis results of synthetic resonance characteristics are described for the electrohydraulic thrust vector control actuation system. The synthetic resonance is induced by integration of position servo actuation system on the flexible launch vehicle mounting structure. The new resonance mode is synthesized due to composition of hydraulic resonance for electrohydraulic position servo system with inertia load condition and structural resonance for flexible mounting structure. This synthetic resonance can make stability of control system worse by feedback and amplification of control system. The exact nonlinear analysis model of this phenomenon is developed to predict and design a control algorithm for improvement characteristics. The DPF (Dynamic Pressure Feedback) control algorithm has been designed and has excellent resonance suppression capability.

  • This paper proposes the adaptive fuzzy control system using the microprocessesor for high precision control of automation systems which exist non-linearities such as saturation, relays, hysteresis, and dead zones. The proposed system which provides the improvement in terms of the control region in transient and adaptive control, first used the frequence-locked mothed driving a system to generate a output voltage proportional to the frequency diffierence of relnence input signal and feedback signal for fast transient response,, and when the error reaches the preset value, used the adaptive fuzzy logic for precision control. The theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out. The presented results from the above investigation show considerable improved performance in the precision control of servo control systems.

Position Control of Servo Motor using Hybrid Controller (하이브리드 제어기를 이용한 서보 전동기의 위치제어)

  • PID controllers are simple in structure and easy for implementation. However, they may produce large overshoots and over-oscillatory responses. Combining PID control with other control techniques often results in advanced hybrid schemes that are able to improve pure PID controllers. This paper proposes hybrid controller for position control system of servo motor. The proposed controller is composed of a subcontroller and a parallel PID controller. The subcontroller improves the transient system performance while the PID controller is mainly responsible for the steady-state system performance. A very promising advantage of this hybrid scheme, in terms of controller synthesis, is that the subcontrollers and controller components can be designed separately. Systematic design methods for various controller components are developed. The proposed hybrid scheme is applied to a DC motor position servo system. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is verified through the computer simulation results.

  • The idea of expert control is to incoporate a rule based expert system in a feedback control system. In this paper, We present some heuristic rules about input regulation and supervision and turning for D.C. servo motor speed control. The expert auto-turning PID Controller which Heuristic rules are used as an element of the feedback control system is implemented with the numerical algorithms and Heuristic logics. The robust and accurate control function is confirmed by computer simulation..
