연속시간 유한정정제어기를 이용한 서보시스템 제어 (Servo System Control Using Continuous Time Deadbeat Controller)

  • Deadbeat property is well established in digital control system design, But in continuous time, it can hardly realized for it's asymtotic property. But recently japanese researchers suggested serveral method for continuous time deadbeat property. They use delay elements In polynomials and established for the deadbeat condition. By solving this condition, unknown coefficients in polynomials with delay elements is obtained. In this paper, design method for optimal continuous time deadbeat servo system using 2nd order smooting elementsis studied. Continuous time deadbeat controller is consisted of serial integral compensator and local feedback one in state feedback loop. Determining method for damping rations and natural frequencies of smothing elements is described. By computer simulations, control inputs and system outputs are shown to have desirable property such as smoothness.

  • This paper investigates the direct and adaptive control of mechatronic servo systems using modified chaotic neural networks (CNNs). For the performance evaluation of the proposed neural networks, we simulate the trajectory control of the X-Y table with direct control strategies. The CNN based controller demonstrates accurate tracking of the planned path and also shows superior performance on convergence and final error comparing with recurrent neural network(RNN) controller.

  • This paper presents an Orthogonal Neural Network based on orthogonal functions and applies the network to nonlinear system control. The Orthogonal Neural Network doesn't have the problems of traditional feedforward neural networks such as the determination of initial weights and the numbers of layers and processing elements. In this paper, Orthogonal Neural Network is modified already introduced one by input transformation. The results show that the modified neural network has the better performance than existing one and performance of controller using this network is good.

  • In this paper, an adaptive control scheme is proposed for slowly time-varying discrete-time nonlinear dynamic system. CMAC networks are employed to identify system from input-output data and to construct the controller based on this identifer. All of learning procedures are performed on-line. Computer simulation result shows the usefulness of the proposed scheme.

  • 최근의 산업용 서보 구동 응용 분야에서는 전 운전 영역에서 위치 추종에 대한 높은 정밀도와 빠른 응답 특성이 요구된다. 그러나 부하 외란은 시스템의 속도 응답 특성을 나쁘게 하여 위치 추종에 대한 빠른 응답 특성과 높은 정밀도를 기대하기 어렵게 만든다. 따라서 고성능 위치/속도 제어를 위해서는 부하 토크의 추정이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 SVR에 기반한 실시간 부하 토크 관측기를 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 오프라인 SVR 학습을 통하여 부하 토크 관측기를 만들고, 운전 데이터로부터 부하 토크를 추정하여 실시간으로 전향 보상한다. 제안된 방법의 타당성을 위해 다양한 실험을 수행하였다.

  • A better tracking performance can be achieved, if visual sensors such as CCD cameras are used in controling a robot manipulator, than when only relative sensors such as encoders are used. However, for precise visual servoing of a robot manipulator, an expensive vision system which has fast sampling rate must be used. Moreover, even if a fast vision system is implemented for visual servoing, one cannot get a reliable performance without use of robust and stable inner joint servo-loop. In this paper, we propose a dynamic control scheme for robot manipulators with eye-in-hand camera configuration, where a dynamic learning controller is designed to improve the tracking performance of robotic system. The proposed control scheme is implemented for tasks of tracking moving objects and shown to be robust to parameter uncertainty, disturbances, low sampling rate, etc.

  • This paper presents a scheme for designing a fuzzy observer for servo control system with nonlinear element, i.e., backlash. It is found that backlash occurs when the feed direction is reversed. Due to the imperfect transient response of the driving mechanism, not only the static backlash error but also the dynamic backlash error is generated on the contouring profile. And also, we utilized two inertia modeling in order to deals with coupled system accurately. The overall control system consists of two parts - a servo controller and an Fuzzy obsever. It is a Takagi-sugeno type fuzzy model whose consequent part is of the state space form is obtained. A simulation is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

  • In order to operate SI(Spark Ignition) engine at the optimal fuel efficiency, it is necessary to use continuously variable transmission(CVT) which has more excellent fuel consumption property than transmissions of gear box types commonly used. This study introduces new type of nonlinear control approach to control precisely CVT including nonlinear characteristics. The nonlinear controller is basically composed of input-state feedback linearization, which can cancel the nonlinearities included in CVT on specific controllable area, and sliding-mode control. In this paper, good control performance of contrtol system with the nonlinear controller is confirmed with computer simulations.

  • This paper presents the Runge-Kutta neural networks(RKNN's) using the Runge-Kutta approximation method and the orthogonal function for control of unknown dynamical systems described by ordinary differencial equations in high accuracy. These subnetworks of RKNN's are based on orthogonal function. Computer simulations show the usefulness of the proposed scheme.

  • The most important problems which should be considered in designing servo controllers are resonance effects and nonlinear friction. These problems exist in almost all the servo systems, especially for the robotic maniplators and numerical control systems and cause difficulties in designing controllers. In this paper, controller design procedure which employs $H_{\infty}$ control theory is proposed for the servo systems with these problems. Sometimes, for these systems, there is a possibility of limit cycles due to the interation between the nonlinear friction and integrator. To check the possibility of limit cycles, describing fuction method is used.
