Due to the rapidly ageing population and low birth rates, most countries have faced with the problems of an ageing population. As a result, research into aging and the means to support an aging population has therefore become a priority for many governments around the world. Ambient Assisted Living(AAL) approach is the way to guarantee better life conditions for the aged and for monitoring their health conditions by the development of innovative technologies and services. AAL technologies can provide more safety for the elderly, offering emergency response mechanisms and fall detection solutions. Since the information transmitted in AAL systems is very personal, however, the security and privacy of such data are becoming important issues that must be dealt with. In this paper, we propose a Chameleon hash-based secure authentication protocol for AAL systems. The proposed authentication protocol not only supports several important security requirements needed by the AAL systems, but can also withstand various types of attacks. In addition, the security analysis results show that the proposed authentication protocol is more efficient and secure than the existing authentication protocols.

본 논문에서는 홈네트워크 기술을 통해 원격의료$\cdot$원격진료$\cdot$원격검침$\cdot$원격제어 등 편리한 생활이 가능하고, 대화형 TV$\cdot$VOD(Video On Demand)$\cdot$온라인 게임 등의 각종 오락을 가정에서 편리하게 즐길 수 있어 여가 시간을 효율적으로 활용 가능하게 하여 즐거운 가정을 이룰 수 있다. 방범$\cdot$방재$\cdot$안전한 개인정보 관리 등을 통해 개인 및 가정의 프라이버시를 보장받고, 도난$\cdot$재난 등을 24시간 방지하여 안전한 생활을 보장받을 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 양방향 홈쇼핑$\cdot$홈뱅킹$\cdot$에너지 관리 등 개인의 경제 활동을 가정에서 처리하고 전기$\cdot$가스등의 공공 자원을 외부에서 효율적으로 관리함으로써 윤택한 가정을 누릴 수 있는 홈네트워크 기술개발을 연구하였다.

최근의 범죄 동향을 살펴보면 묻지마 범죄와 여성 혐오 범죄가 계속해서 늘어나는 추세이다. 낮과 밤을 구분하지 않고 일어나는 사건·사고들에 특히나 범죄에 노출되기 쉬운 여성들은 일상생활에서조차 안전을 보장받지 못하고 있다. 이를 위해 생겨난 여성안심 귀갓길이라고 지정된 보호구역은 보호라는 말이 무색하게 제대로 사용할 수 있는 방범 시스템이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이와 같은 상황을 개선하기 위해 기존의 시각적 방범과는 달리 탐지 범위가 넓고 상대적으로 제한이 적은 음향으로 접근한 새로운 방범 시스템 개발을 통해 여성들의 안전을 보장할 수 있도록 제안한다.

The protection of fundamental rights of people is a natural duty of a state. Since Constitutional Law declare that a state is obliged to protect the fundamental rights of people obviously, it is reasonable to postulate that a state has a duty to protect every person's right much more positively. Of course, it is true that whereas right of freedom is much more important in modern states, the social right becomes more important currently. Nevertheless, we have no choice but to put an emphasis on the importance of the right of freedom like modern states. Thus states are still bound to try to protect the right of people, specific duty of behavior for the sake of right of freedom belongs to states. In particular, due to the fact that lifts are essential to our comfortable life and the demage from the accident concerning with the lifts is fatal, the strategy for securing the safety of using the lifts is significant to some extent. And because it is true that the experience of UK that put an emphasis on the role of civil actors is meaningful to us, there seems implications for us. Accordingly, it is possible to consider the material components such as the check of safety before installation for the sake of safety enhancement, quality control for lifts parts, specification of check criterion and variation of check cycle etc. and personal ones such as specification of qualification of competent persons, guarantee of competent person's independence, variation of obligator's duty and variation of user's obligation etc. However, as the situation of UK is one thing and that of Korea is another, we don't have to adhere to the policy and the experience of UK strictly. Rather, we had better apply the policy and experience of UK to ours appropriately.

밖으로는 코펜하겐 사회개발(社會開發) 정상회의를 계기로, 안으로는 국민기대수준(國民期待水準)의 제고와 고도성장의 부작용(副作用)에 대한 성찰을 배경으로 신복지구상(新福祉構想)이 제기된 바 있다. 이는 인간성(人間性) 회복을 근간으로 한국 실정에 어울리는 생산적(生産的) 공동체적(共同體的) 복지정책(福祉政策)을 추진함으로써 국민생활의 안정에 우선을 두겠다는 정책의지의 결집이라고 요약된다. 신복지구상(新福祉構想)은 우리에게 발상의 전환과 새로운 패러다임의 제시를 요구하고 있다. 우리 국민은 고도성장(高度成長)의 부작용(副作用)으로 생활을 둘러싸고 있는 경제 사회적 환경이 열악하게 되어 안정적인 삶을 위협받고 있다. 특히 물질적(物質的)인 삶의 풍부함과 더불어 황금만능사상(黃金萬能思想)이 만연하여 인간경시경향(人間輕視傾向)이 두드러지고 있어 국민들은 안전하고 안정된 생활여건(生活與件)의 조성을 갈구하고 있는 것으로 풀이된다. 지금이야말로 대내외적(對內外的) 환경변화에 발맞추어 성장잠재력(成長潛在力) 확충을 지지하면서 계속적인 산업화(産業化)가 발생시킬 사회적(社會的) 비용(費用)을 줄일 수 있도록 적절한 복지정책(福祉政策) 대안(代案)의 개발이 요청되고 있다고 하겠다. 복지정책의 중점은 국민요구를 반영하여 삶의 질(質)향상을 위한 생활복지(生活福祉)로 모아져야 할 것이다. 대부분의 국민이 문화(文化)가 있고 건강(健康)하며 안정(安定)된 생활을 희구하고 있음에 비추어, 일상생활 속에서 복지증진을 체감(體感)할 수 있도록 지역사회를 단위로 특색 있는 정책이 전개되어야 할 것이다. 앞으로의 사회복지정책(社會福祉政策)은 전통적(傳統的) 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)와 서구적(西歐的) 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)의 조화, 경제성장과 사회복지의 균형, 정부, 민간 그리고 지역사회의 공조(共助)를 요구하고 있으며, 이와 관련하여 일본(日本)과 대만(臺灣)의 경험이 시사하는 것처럼 장기적인 시각(視角)에서 꾸준히 일관성 있게 공적지출(公的支出)을 늘려나가는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. 그리하여 민간의 자발적(自發的) 참여를 유도함으로써 국민 모두의 삶의 질(質) 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이며 결국 인간성(人間性) 고양을 통하여 국민화합이 달성될 수 있을 것이다.

The importance of common life safety is getting growth with modern society progress. This paper shows the extended way of assessment of danger that outcomes better result than the previous assessment based on crime frequency assessment. The assessment of this paper involves time, illusion degree, floating population and the personal condition. The evidence theory is not beneficial when the number of component increases, the assessment is more complex than before. This research solves the problem through the fuzzy theory adoption. This paper shows more advanced result that can express better danger awareness and get the adjective expression.

There are two destinations to aware the risk of common life. Recognition of the condition of pedestrian's own and the environmental factor awareness both are beneficial for risk awareness. It is good way of advancing the crime prevention effectivity that including IoT technology at the crime prevention research. The purpose of this research is that advanced way of crime prevention with multi-sensor data fusion of the condition of pedestrian and environmental factors. The 3-axis acceleration sensor is available to recognize the gait and the illumination sensor also useful to infer the road state. This research suggest a novel way of assess these factors and the result is the degree of danger.

SET(Secure Electronic Transaction)은 인터네트와 같은 open network에서 안전하게 상거래를 할 수 있도록 보장해주는 지불 프로토롤이다. SET은 보안상의 허점을 보완하고자 신용카드 회사인 비자, 마스터카드와 IBM, 넷스케이프, 마이크로소프트 그리고 VeriSign의 기술적인 도움으로 개발되었다. SET은 RSA 데이터 보안회사의 암호화 기술에 기초를 두고 있으며, 기술사양 자체가 공개이므로 누구나 자유롭게 SET 프로토롤을 사용하는 소프트웨어를 개발 할 수 있다. SET은 우리가 일상생활에서 이용하는 신용카드 거래체계를 인터네트를 통한 전자상거래에서도 유사하게 이용할 수 있도록 하였다.

최근의 일상 생활들은 정보통신 네트워크를 기반으로 제공되는 서비스와 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 지난 1.25 인터넷 대란을 통해서 볼 수 있듯이, 네트워크 침해사고로 인해 네트워크 필수 서비스가 중단되었을 때 사용자를 위해 네트워크 기반으로 제공되는 주요한 서비스에 막대한 피해가 발생한다는 것을 직접 확인하였다. 컴퓨터 네트워크에서 필수 서비스의 가장 중요한 특성 중 하나는 서비스의 연속성이다. 필수 서비스의 연속성이 보장되지 못하게 되면 네트웍의 정상적인 동작에 큰 문제를 야기한다. 따라서 대상이 되는 네트워크가 필수 서비스를 보장하는 능력을 평가하여 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 네트워크 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션 기반 필수서비스의 연속성 평가 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해 평가 모델의 구성, 실행, 분석 등의 단계를 가지는 평가 절차를 제시한다. 또한 평가 프레임을 제시하고 프레임의 구조 및 동적 특성을 살펴본다. 마지막으로 서비스 연속성의 정도를 평가하기 위한 평가 지표를 가용성, 권한보호성, 정보비밀성, 복구가능성 등 4가지로 분류하고 각각에 대해 살펴본다.

오늘날 인터넷의 발달과 스마트 기기들의 발달로 인해 우리의 일상생활 깊숙이까지 정보화가 이루어 졌다. 최근 스마트폰을 사용하는 사람들의 수가 1,000만 명이 넘어서고 있으며 스마트폰을 통해 필요한 프로그램을 다운받는 수도 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 그런데 프로그램을 제작 후 인터넷을 통해 배포할 시 보안상 안전하지 않다는 문제가 있다. 악의적인 제 3자가 배포 중인 프로그램에 악성코드를 삽입하여 악성코드도 같이 배포되도록 할 수 있기 때문이다. 이를 대비하기 위해 프로그램의 무결성을 보장하는 PAC(Program Authentication Code)을 제안한다. PAC은 기존 악성코드 정보를 가진 데이터베이스가 없어도 프로그램에 악성코드가 삽입되는 것을 탐지할 수 있다. 또한 해시함수를 사용하여 고정된 길이의 인증코드를 생성함으로 네트워크로 전송하거나 한정된 메모리에서 보관하기에 용이하다.
