Lacquer has a high value as a coating of typical arts and crafts in East Asia including Korea, Japan, and China and traditional representative of the gorgeous satin that is fit to the cultural conditions of each region. Lacquer is harmless to the human body and its robustness, preservatives, moth proofness, and strong heat resistance can maintain a long life. It seems that it will be able to make a significant contribution to create a variety of products if we continually study and raise the productivity and quality of the goodness of these lacquer. In this context, we reviewed the Pitae lacquer wares, which is one of the lacquer of traditional techniques that can be applied to the development of daily necessities and cultural product. Joining the goodness of harmless and environment-friendly lacquer and the characteristics of the leather that can produce a variety of physical beauty can develop household goods of tradition and modernity in harmony. It is worthwhile re-interpreting the tradition in the aspect that we can develop our culture from a modern, plastic, and artistic point of view.

Among the themes for CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility), consumer issues include protecting the health and safety of consumers who purchase and use the products. In particular, ensuring product safety is a major theme of consumer issues for corporate social responsibility. Currently, the government implements the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act for product safety management and selects products that may harmful to consumers as safety control items, and manages the products by designating them as 4 types of safety certification, safety confirmation, supplier conformity verification, and safety standard compliance. In this paper, we propose management plans for the establishment of a more reasonable classification type of safety management target for 48 items of consumer products to be controlled by the act, and confirm the validity of the plan. First, we perform cluster analysis using data for CISS (Consumer Injury Surveillance System) to derive a new classification type of the safety management target. Next, we compare the results of the cluster analysis with the classification type of the act and the existing scenario classification method RAS (Risk Assessment by Scenario) and the causal network method RAMP (Risk Assessment Method based on Probability). Based on these results, we propose two new plans of safety management target classification and verify its validity.

센서 데이터들을 실제 IT 환경 하에서 데이터 처리하기 위해서 네트워크 인프라 환경으로 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 환경이 많이 연구되어지고 있다. 이들 환경은 온도, 소리, 진동, 습도등 생활 주변의 정보를 수집하여 이에 발생된 데이터들을 특정 시스템에서 처리하여 주변상황 상태등을 인식 및 관리를 하는데 목적을 둔다. 기존 USN 기술은 주로 네트워킹 관점의 연구가 활발히 수행되어지고 있다. USN은 미래 유비쿼터스 사회를 위한 기반 인프라로 국가적으로 기술 개발을 추진 중에 있으며 다양한 시범 서비스를 추진 중에 있다. 최근에는 환경, 에너지 등의 미래 신 성장 산업 분야에서 환경문제를 해결할 수 있는 기술 개발을 전략적으로 추진 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 건축자재 및 생활 용품에서 배출되고 실내공간, 사무실, 주거지 등 일반 환경에서 보편적으로 존재하는 인체유해물질인 포름알데히드(HCHO) 오염농도를 수집 할 수 있는 센서네트워크 환경을 구축하고 수집된 HCHO 센서 데이터들을 이용하여 주변 사람들에게 위험정보를 제시하는 한 시스템으로 ET-IT 융합 시스템인 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 제시한다.

A survey was carried out in Seoul Metropolitan area during December of 1993 and January of 1994. The objective of the survey was to provide a useful information for the development and improvement of recycling policies, regulations and systems in Korea. Of the 782 individuals contacted, 473 individuals completed and retured surveys, of which 437 were usable. The results were analyzed using a statistical package SAS(Statistical Analysis System). The results indicated that 86% of apartment area has recycling bins, while only 33% of individual house(detached dwelling) area has those. About half of the respondents felt that food waste is the major source of household waste. The most serious problem to recycle more household waste is to provide space to store recyclables at the source. The majority of Seoul Metropolitans(78.5%) are willing to participate in recycling programs, while 14.4% want to participate only when there are economic incentives or benefits. Respondents who want economic incentives appeared to be low income people. 66.1% of total respondents said that they do not use disposables. However, only 53,0% among respondents under 30 years old answered they do not use disposables. People who graduated from middle high school only and are under 30 years old have tendency to dispose of used milk cartons without rincing and drying, while those who are over 40 years old and graduated from university prefered to rinse and dry used milk cartons before disposal. Regarding disposal of newspapers, only 43.9% of the total respondents separated newspaper from other types of used paper. In the case of alumium cans, 22.5% of the total respondents answered that used aluminum cans are not recyclables. Much higher portion (30. 4%) of the respondents who graduated from middle high school only felt that aluminum cans have no value to recycle. The results indicated that education and information regarding recycling are highly desirable.

현대인은 실외에서 활동하는 시간보다 실내에서 거주하는 시간(80%)이 더 많고, 그로 인해 실외 대기오염보다 실내 공기 오염이 일반인의 건강에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 보고되고 있다. 국내에서도 1990년대 이후 실내에서의 일일 노출시간 증가, 한정된 공간에서의 오염된 공기의 지속적 순환, 에너지 절감 시스템에 의한 건물의 밀폐화에 따른 오염농도의 누적현상, 다양한 건축자재 및 생활 인테리어 용품의 사용으로 인한 실내 오염원의 존재 등으로 실내 공기질 악화에 따른 건강 영향에 대해 관심이 고조되기 시작하였다. (중략)

산업이 발달함에 따라 전기는 우리 일상생활에 있어 없어서는 안 될 중요한 요소이나, 전기는 시각적인 흐름을 볼 수가 없어 전기설비나 전기용품 사용중에 발생할 수 전기사고에 대해서 사전에 사고를 감지하고 예측하기 어려워 사고 위험성에 대하여 무방비 상태가 되나, 전력 사용량, 전기 위험도 분석 등에 대한 기술은 그에 미치지 못하고 있다. 이에 전기 사용 상태에 대한 분석이 가능하기 위해서는 분전반내부에 분석 회로장착이 필요하며, 전류 분석을 위해서는 전류센서(CT)가 구성되어 져야 하고, 이 전류신호는 data cable을 통하여 분석보드로 전송 되어져야 한다. 이는 수배전반 내부에 전력 케이블과의 접촉 문제, 결선 의 어려움 등이 있어 이를 해결 하고자 통신기능을 갖는 센서 내장형 차단기를 개발하고자 한다.

Today's consumers have the behavior of purchasing that is self-value-centered and distinctly goal-conscious. Because of this trend the new shops that sell well have the characteristics that effectely transfers strong store-image. The starting point of selling is showing. To appeal to the sense of more consumers and to facilitate the act of consumption you should express more surely store and image of merchandise in the limited space of sales room. Especially in the compound living goods store which sell various items of products the role of presenting the whole merchandises attractive and organized is of utmost importance and the interior planning of show rooms and displaying the room according to the actual sales. According to this the goal of this study is to create not only the convenience of purchasing but also distinguished store image through organizing show rooms according to themes as a part of VMD strategy.

우리나라의 고령화 속도는 세계에서 가장 빠르며 2000년 총인구에서 65세 이상 인구의 비중이 7.3%로 증가되고 있다. 우리나라는 고령친화제품에 대한 인식과 제품이 점차 늘고 있지만 아직까지는 초보단계에 불과하다. 그러나 노인의 건강 유지 및 여가생활을 위한 고령친화제품의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 최근 소프트웨어기술의 발전으로 인하여 3D 가상현실구현이 가능해짐에 따라 실내의 한정된 공간에서 운동을 즐기며 건강을 유지할 수 있는 용품 즉, 기존의 단순한 재활치료 접근방식에서 시공의 제약을 받지 않는 가상현실로 구현된 제품들이 출시되고 있다. 이를 이용하여 Type I muscle 강화를 위한 입체구동 Balance 기기를 상용화 한다면 고령층의 여가활동과 동시에 운동, 치료를 병행할 수 있을 것이다. 본 고에서는 Type I muscle 강화를 위한 Balance기기에 대해 알아보고 가상현실과의 접목을 위한 산업전반의 동향을 파악해본다.

산업이 발달함에 따라 전기는 우리 일상 생활에 있어 없어서는 안 될 중요한 요소이나 그 사용에 따른 화재 위험성 또한 날로 증가하는 추세이다. 특히 전기 화재의 경우 전기용품 사용에 있어 그 사고를 미리 감지하기 어려워 사고 위험성에 대하여 무방비 상태가 된다. 특히 우리나라의 경우 전체 화재 건수 중 전기 화재가 차지하는 비율은 30%이상으로 일본, 미국 등 선진국에 비해 높아 화재 원으로서 전기 화재 예방에 대한 그 중요성 대두된다 본 논문에서는 전기화재 발화 원인 중 단자대 접촉부 접촉 불량으로 야기된 과열에 의한 화재를 예방하기 위하여 접촉부 접촉 저항을 검출 하는 시스템에 대하여 알고리즘 개발 및 설계 하였다.

대부분의 제품을 만들 때 그 기준은 젊은 사람들의 기준으로 만들어진다. 이것들은 노인들이 사용하는 노인용품을 만드는데 있어서 적절하지 알은 기준이다. 노인들이 사용하는 제품을 만드는데 있어서 노인들의 기준을 적용하기 위해 실측자료를 기반으로 데이터베이스의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 노인들을 대상으로 하는 시각 기능 측정 시스템을 구축하기 위해 landoltC환과 contrast를 이용한 암순응과 glare를 이용하여 생활시력을 측정하고, 측정된 자료들을 이용하여 데이터 베이스를 구축하고자 한다.
