주거지구간 수목피도에 따른 직간접적 $CO_2$ 흡수의 차이 (Difference of Direct and Indirect $CO_2$ Uptake Associated with Tree Cover between Residential Neighborhood)

  • 본 연구는 수목피도가 상이한 춘천시 내 두 주거지구를 선정하여 수목식재가 주요 온실가스인 대기 CO_2$의 직접적 간접적 흡수에 영향하는 효과를 비교 분석하였다 수목의 탄소저장량은 수목 피도가 약 10%인 제 1지구에서 단독 주택의 호당 평균 72kg 소목피도가 약 20%인 제 2지구에서 244kg 이었다 수목피도가 제 1지구보다 10% 차이로 더 높은 제 2지구에서 그 탄소저장량은 3배 더 많았다. 수목의 연간 직간접적 탄소흡수량은 제1지구에서 호당 평균 59kg/yr이었고 제 2지구에서는 그보다 약 2배 더 많은 110kg/yr 이었다. 연간 총흡수량중 간접적 흡수량은 연구지구에 따라 70-80%를 차지하여 직접적 흡수량보다 훨씬 많았다. 연구결과는 주거지 내 적극적인 수목식재가 대기 탄소농도를 저감하는 중요한 역할을 증진할 수 있음을 시사하였다.

공동주택 지하주차장의 자연채광 실태 및 채광성능 평가 (Daylighting of Underground Parking Lots in Apartment Housings by Field Survey and Performance Evaluation)

  • Recently, underground spaces can be usually applied to the alternative of land use for parking. However, lack of window and natural light are among the most cited drawbacks associated with dark image of underground. If underground parking lots are designed to be positive and safe environment for people, openings for daylighting will play a significant role. The natural light and unobstructed view to outdoor are main elements to create optimal underground parking lots. This paper focuses on investigating the actual day lighting conditions and evaluating the day lighting performance of openings as potential lighting resources. For the study, the field measurements and Questionnaire surveys are conducted. And then, the day lighting performance of underground parking lots based on opening geometry and orientation are evaluated by scaled model experiments. As results, the feelings of safety and orientation of underground parking lots are improved by openings for day lighting regardless of the sizes. The required illuminances (daylight factor 0.5%) for underground parking lots can be satisfied in the skylight opening ratio of 4% or more.

애완동물과의 공생을 고려한 공동주택 계획요소 연구 (A Study on the Planning Elements for Apartment Residents Living with Companion Animals)

  • The purpose of this study were to examine actual conditions of apartment residents living with their companion animals and to identify their residential stress and needs of planning elements under those conditions. Questionnaire survey was adopted in this study, and 100 cases were used for data analysis. The subjects for this study were limited to the residents breeding pets in their apartments. The results of this study are as follows: Most of the residents share their living spaces with pets together like their family without spatial restrictions. They indicated problems related to breeding pets in their residence such as walking the dog, cleaning home, leaving pets alone, noise and unpleasant smell. However, they didn't seem to be stressed a lot for their living environments. In terms of residential planning elements, floor plans for effective natural ventilation, balcony with sufficient sunlight, sound proof system, easy-maintenance interior material, unlash area, rubbish bin, mechanical ventilation and central vacuum system and safe electric outlet were highly indicated.

  • There are many research Papers and experiments indicating that the geomagnetic field affects the people and living organism. People grow up and build up most of their character through living in dwelling space and have relax and refresh at home. Creating healthy dwelling space is being considered very important in architectural planning and design for providing comfortable living environment and improving quality of life. Therefore. it is necessary to investigate the geomagnetic field and people's response in living space. In this study the vertical component(Z value) of geomagnetic field in detached houses was measured, evaluated by related evaluation criteria, compared with interview survey.

  • Apartment housing is a widely-spread type in Korean housing market. Nevertheless, it has caused serious problems such as traditional community corruption, unsafe structure, defects and litigation from noise. Noise, especially in concrete structure for apartment housing, is hardly controlled in proper to prevent sound transmission between upper and lower families with existing system. In foreign countries, there are floating floor system to enhance the noise control performance in multi-family housing. This study is to examine the impact sound insulation performance of floors according to the different P'yong and Layers by field measurement in highrise building.

  • In this study, foreign and domestic noise criteria on walls, floors, and water supply facilities were reviewed and the results are as follows : regulation can be divided two things, one is on thickness the other is sound insulation performance. Green Building regulation based on the law and this have sound classification systems. Since these regulations are not established in Korea. The noise regulation on water supply-drain facilities and domestic guideline on interior noise level is needed. Foreign regulations are stricter than those of ours. And those has sound classification system for the better acoustic condition of inhabitants'.

지속가능한 집합주택계획의 개념 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Concept of Sustainable Housing Design)

  • The main purpose of this dissertation is to develop an integrated approach to sustainable housing development, which would be applied in both academic studios and professional practice. This approach is based upon the concept of sustainability encountered in the process of housing design efficiency. It is concerned with the basic identification of problems and needs, the setting of design goals, and the constraints under which the future design and construction will have to operate. The components of the research approach focus on: (1) the identification of main issues of sustainable architecture (2) the identification of the concept of sustainability as integrated approach for architectural design. (3) the analysis of context between the housing design and the main issues of sustainablility. (4) the identification of the concept of sustainable housing design. Based on these results, this paper suggested the concept of sustainable housing design as integrated approach.

공동주택 단위주호의 환경친화성 평가요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Environment-friendly Assessment Elements for Apartment Unit Plan)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest environment-friendly assessment elements for the apartment unit plan. For this, the organizing environments of a unit are classified through literature review. Those were five categories of environment: environment of solar system, light, water, green and indoor air Quality. Then, the assessment elements for each categorized environment to evaluate the environment-friendly performance were grasped definitely by examining the applicability of architectural methods or equipment technology. It is expected to suggest not only an assessment tool for evaluation but also a checklist for design in order to develope environment-friendly apartment unit plans.

공동주택 지하주차장의 풍력환기 성능에 관한 연구 - 환기구 면적 및 주변건물의 영향 - (A Study on Ventilation Performance driven by Wind Force in Underground Parking Lots of Apartment - Influence of Opening Size and Surrounding Building -)

  • As a series of studies about natural ventilation driven by wind in basement parking lots of apartment, the influence of opening size and surrounding buildings on ventilation rate was analyzed. Natural ventilation in underground parking lots almost rely on wind than temperature difference. To investigate natural ventilation driven by wind, wind tunnel tests by using scale model and tracer gas method were conducted. $CO_2$-gas concentration was measured, natural ventilation rates were calculated. The experimental results showed that the natural ventilation rate is more reliable to wind direction and surrounding building than opening size and distance between buildings. It was verified that surrounding buildings play a principal role in increasing air flow rate by accelerating wind speed, and growing turbulence intensity. And it showed that ventilation performance is able to be increased by oblique wind to entrance ramp than head on wind in underground parking lots with surrounding buildings.

  • This Paper aims for analyzing the effect of opening types on wind-driven ventilation performance in basement parking lots of apartment. The scale model of basement parking lot was made, wind tunnel tests conducted. Wind pressure of three opening types was measured, wind pressure coefficient calculated. As the result, it showed that the air flow pattern of stack type opening was strongly changed by wind direction, but it was almost not at scuttle vent type. But, as for the difference of wind pressure coefficient, stack type opening was more than the other two types.
