스트레스는 매일 살아가면서 사소한 일부터 큰 충격을 받는 삶의 주요한 사건까지 다양한 요인으로 부터 온다. 이는 어느 한 시기에만 나타나는 것이 아니라 인간의 전 생애에 거쳐 나타나므로 지속적으로 스트레스를 관리할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 홍채의 형태, 균열, 색깔, 고리, 주름 등의 특징들을 분석하여 환자의 병을 진단하는 홍채진단을 이용하여 스트레스 지수를 측정하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 시스템은 홍채의 특징인 스트레스 고리를 검출하고, 스트레스 설문지의 결과와 함께 분석하여 안드로이드 어플리케이션을 통해 사용자에게 스트레스 정도를 제공한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용자가 언제 어디서나 쉽게 현재 자신이 느끼고 있는 스트레스 정도를 알 수 있고 이에 상응하는 예측되는 질병에 대해 예방하여 조기 진단 및 질병 예방의 하나의 방법으로 사용할 수 있다.

Fuzzy logic is introduced by Zadeh in 1965. It has been continuously developed by many mathematicians and knowledge engineers all over the world. A lot of papers concerning with the history of mathematics and the mathematical education related with fuzzy logic, but there is no paper concerning with Zadeh. In this article, we investigate his life and papers about fuzzy logic. We also compare two-valued logic, three-valued logic, fuzzy logic, intuisionistic logic and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Finally we discuss about the expression of intuitionistic fuzzy sets.

때는 1912년 5월의 어느날. 소쉬르가 저 불후의 기념비적 작품 '일반언어학'을 강의했던 스위스 즈네브 대학의 강의실. 한국의 소장 기호학자 김성도는 15년 전부터 연구해온 소쉬르 선생과 가상 대화를 각기 전에 시간여행을 하여 그의 강의를 경청하기 위해 이곳에 왔다. 맑고 투명한 어조, 전치사 하나까지 배려하는 정치한 언어 구사, 눈이 부실 정도의 푸른 눈빛, 사물을 투시하는 눈매, 짙은 눈썹과 근엄한 구렛나루, 귀족적 이미지의 뛰어난 외모는 학생들의 혼을 사로잡고 있었다. 수강생은 고작 열명 안팍이었지만, 20세기 인문학의 새로운 '퍼스펙티브'를 열어줄 언어사상의 잉태가 이루어지고 있었다. 강의가 끝나자, 소쉬르 선생은 반갑게 한국에서 온 젊은 학인을 맞이하였고, 장소를 옮겨 즈네브로부터 약 20km 떨어진 아름다운 고성이자 소쉬르 가문의 유산인 뷰풀랑 성으로 안내하였다. 소쉬르 선생은 바로 이곳에서 언어의 본질에 대한 심오한 성찰과 침잠에 빠지곤 했으며, 1913년 2월 22일 55년간의 생애를 마감한 곳도 바로 이곳이다.

기업에서 요구하는 핵심 역량을 갖추기 위해서는 어떠한 요인이 선행되어야 하는가에 관하여 탐색해보고 프로젝트 참여수업을 통해 학습자 관점에서의 만족감, 효능감 등을 측정해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 OECD DeSeCo 프로젝트에서 제시한 핵심역량과 한국교육개발원의 생애능력연구에서 개발한 설문항목을 기반으로 한 신뢰도 측정과 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 본문에서는 프로젝트 참여수업을 통해 교과목의 이해를 돕고 현업에서 실행되고 있는 사례분석 활용을 통하여 참여능력을 향상시키고, 직업훈련 분야에서 필요한 직무 수행을 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 하는데 주된 목적을 두고 있다. 전공분야 지식을 활용한 프로젝트 참여수업은 대학학부생 4학년(n=171)중심으로 실행되었으며 실험에 참가한 인원은 극히 제한된 대상으로 일반화하기 어려운 한계점을 갖는다.

An advanced model for assessing life cycle cost of the facility containing several subdivisions has been proposed with systems engineering approach. This model evaluates the maintenance cost in the sphere of the safety as well as in that of its functionality. The proposed approach has been shown to be more reasonable and practical than existing models. The serviceability and reasonability have been proved through evaluating life cycle cost of the reservoir which is a representative agricultural facility. In addition, the proposed method is helpful to make a maintenance strategy using the survival probability in the point of safety and functionality.

각종 크고 작은 재난이 반복되면서 안전에 대한 국민 요구가 증가하고 스스로 재난에 대비할 수 있는 역량을 제고할 수 있도록 생애주기별 안전교육의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 국민은 각종 재난으로부터 안전하게 보호받을 수 있는 교육을 받을 기회가 거의 없기 때문에 국가적인 차원에서 국민에게 안전교육을 받을 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 사업자가 영업행위를 함에 있어서 국민의 안전을 우선적으로 생각하고 보호해야하는데, 2016년 5월 19일 제19대 국회 본회의에서 '국민 안전교육 진흥 기본법'이 의결되어 2017년 5월 30일에 시행된다. 이 법은 안전교육기본계획 수립 시행, 안전교육에 대한 점검 평가, 안전교육 교재와 프로그램 개발 보급, 학교 다중이용시설 사회복지시설 등에서의 안전교육, 안전교육 전문 인력 양성 활용 등을 담고 있다. 이에 따라 현행 각종 안전교육에 관한 사항을 하나의 단일 법안에 규정해 종합적이고 체계적인 안전교육을 실시하고 지원할 수 있는 법적 근거가 마련됐다.

The objective of this study was to expand understanding of children's exposure to domestic violence in Korean society. In-depth personal interview was conducted by a researcher on individual experience of domestic violence in childhood. The findings of this qualitative study are summarized as follows; 1) A person who experienced domestic violence in childhood is likely to feel powerless, and think of himself/herself worthless. 2) He/She needs to have sufficient social support and protective networks. 3) A person who experienced parental violence in childhood is to suffer from people's negative behaviors such as social prejudice, preconception, and discrimination. 4) He/She is worried about the cycle of violence from generation to generation. 5) It is necessary for him/her to overcome his/her negative emotions acquired by the experience of domestic violence in childhood to have a constructive goal for the future.

BIM(Building Information Modeling) in the architecture, VDC(Virtual Design and Construction) defined CIFE(Center for Integrated Facility Engineering) of Stanford university in USA, and Data-driven design definition issued by TECDOC-1284 of IAEA are doing data-level design generated by 3D CAD technology, integrating and managing related information based on the 3D model, and Using 3D models effectively during nuclear power plant life cycle. 3D model of domestic nuclear power industry is using interference review between design fields, 4D system linked 3D construction model and schedule activity, but the 3D model generated in the design phase is effectively not utilized during the construction, operation, decommissioning. therefore, This study is aimed to suggest 3D model LOD(Level of Detail) advancement method through the analysis of existing literature, 2D drawings, and 3D models throughout nuclear power plant lifecycle.

화재 등 재난으로부터의 어린이 안전관리를 기존의 담당기관과 관계자들에게만 맡겨놓고 있을 수는 없다. 국민 각자가 일상 속에서 안전에 대한 의식과 지식, 그리고 정보를 습득하고 유사시에 대응할 수 있도록 안전관리를 체질화하고 생활화해야 한다. 이를 위해 민과 관이 함께 해야 할 활동이 교육 홍보의 차원에서 무엇이 있는지 구체적이고 면밀히 조사연구 하길 바라며 그에 따른 후속 프로그램의 개발 또한 중요하다. 안전문화의 형성을 위한 제대로 된 교육시스템 마련이 중요하다. 관련 교과과정에 안전교육을 의무화하고 집체교육이 가능한 장소에서의 소방.재난 관련 체험 위주의 프로그램을 마련해야 한다. 특히 안전 불감증의 문제는 우리나라만의 문제가 아니다. 다만 '지속성' 과 '계속성' 에 차이가 있을 뿐이다. 우리나라도 '전 생애적 안전관련 프로그램' 을 마련하여 어릴 때부터 조기에 체험할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성해야 할 것이다. 이와 관련한 관점에서 어린이 안전관련 부처별 업무현황과 추진상황 등을 분석하고 미국 등 선진외국의 어린이 안전사고 방지를 위한 안전교육제도 및 시스템 등의 소개를 통하여 앞으로 민.관 차원에서 현실적인 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Life cycle cost has been one of the key criteria in design or purchasing of systems, particularly in the flying weapon system. Unexpected cost increase or system breakdown during the system life can be reduced by controlling maintenance cost A system should be designed for maintainability in early stage of product life cycle. The design should be insensitive to its environmental, organizational, and human factors in the stage of customer's utilization. This paper presents LCC as a controllable variable and also suggests a new control model for LCC analysis. The estimation of maintenance cost based upon maintenance scenario, design of maintainability followed by minimizing maintainability loss function in the beginning stage of design, and increase of useful life of systems are among the factors to control LCC.
