The objectives of this study were to assess physical habitat suitability of fish species for different life cycle stages and to suggest appropriate ecological stream flows in a Bokha downstream reach. A dominant species of Zacco platypus was selected as the study fish of which three stages of spawning, juvenile and adult in life cycle were considered into assessment. The stream hydraulic environment was calibrated with HEC-RAS before the PHABSIM simulation. The hydraulics of flow velocity and depth were used to estimate Weighted Usable Area (WUA) by multiplying respective habitat suitability indices with stream area. Overall the WUAs tend to be great in gentle slopes with relatively shallow water depth regions. Maximum WUAs, ie, candidate for ecological flow rates were 1 m³/s, 7 m³/s and 8 m³/s for the respective spawning, juvenile and adult stages of Zacco platypus. Since the ecological flow rates for juvenile and adult stages appeared to be is greater than the abundant flow rate (3.67 m³/s) for the study reach, additional water supply may be needed but should be cautious to avoid the spawning period of Apr through May from the stream water management perspective.

The Kim Dae-jung Library is Asia's first presidential library and is a private presidential archive with over 250,000 historical materials. It mainly collects records related to the life of former President Kim Dae-jung, modern and contemporary history, and democratization, While most of the private presidential archives in Korea are operated by memorial foundations, the Kim Dae-jung Library is unique in that a higher education institution operates it. Accordingly, it aims to take an educational role in history and democracy based on records, providing free research space for researchers, and supporting research through records. This report introduces examples of the Kim Dae-jung Library's representative archival information service, an affiliated institution of educational institutions and private presidential archives, and presents the future tasks of the presidential archives.

This study aims to investigated the status of perceived health status, subjective body recognition, and weight change according to age. In addition, the main factors of interest of middle-aged and elderly people were analyzed. This is a secondary data analysis study using data from the 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES VIII-3, 2016-2018), Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The data were analyzed the data using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Frequency analysis and chi-square test method was conducted. The significance level was set at p <.01. As a result of the analysis, subjective body recognition and perceived health status were identified to have a statistically significant positive relationship (r=0.256, p<.01). Perceived health status and weight change measured for a year also showed a statistically significant positive relationship (r=0.303, p<.01). Therefore, it is anticipated that the findings of this study are used as basic data for seeking ways for better health, quality of life, and well-being, as the study examines subjective health status and various variables applicable to middle-aged people.

This study is a literature study that analyzed the research data curation models using activity theory as a theoretical framework. Based on the factors of the activity used in the activity theory, this study analyzed various research data curation models, as well as issues that needed discussion in the library field in carrying out research data curation activities. And based on this, a new research data curation conceptual model was proposed. This study analyzed how the five previously proposed digital curation lifecycle models are configured, and analyzed the actions presented sporadically in each model. A new research data curation conceptual model was proposed by analyzing factors, extracting common factors and integrating them into a new model. In addition, six issues to be considered in carrying out research data curation activities in libraries and repositories were analyzed and discussed. The research data curation conceptual model proposed in this study consists of a total of 10 steps, and it contains practical issues and contradictions to consider at each stage of activity.

This study examined the sequential mediation effects of academic achievement attribution and career decision-making self-efficacy on the effect of paternal and maternal helicopter parenting on high-school students' career preparation behavior. A total of 285 (119 male and 166 female) Korean high-school students in the second grade participated in the study. Research variables were measured using the Career Preparation Behavior Scale (Kim, 1997), Helicopter Parenting Scale (LeMoyne & Buchanan, 2011), Attribution Questionnaire (Weiner, 1979), and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (Betz et al., 1996). To examine the sequential mediating effect, data analysis was performed using SPSS 29.0 and PROCESS MACRO (v4.2) Model 6. The results revealed no correlations between helicopter parenting and academic failure attribution. However, higher paternal and maternal helicopter parenting were found to indirectly reduce high-school students' career preparation behavior through lower internal academic success attribution (effort and ability) and higher external academic success attribution (task difficulty and luck), which reduced career decision-making self-efficacy. These findings can be employed to develop more effective intervention programs comprising career guidance for adolescents, which emphasizes the negative effect of helicopter parenting. This study expands the research field, as previous findings on helicopter parenting mostly focus on college students.

George Canguilhem(1904-1995) is one of the rare French philosophers of the 20th century to develop an approach that was shaped by a medical education. For him, medicine is considered as "a technique or an art at the junction of many different sciences, rather than a proper science." The thesis that medicine is a technique is presented not at a practical level, but on an axiological horizon which reflects the totality of humanity. This character of medicine became a motive that concretized Canguilhem's philosophical thinking. Medical knowledge is not an application of physiology, but is derived from clinical observations which are based on the personal experiences of each patient. If medicine were based on scientific knowledge and its practice the very application of this pure knowledge, the patient might be a passive object. However, the patient doesn't remain passive, but reacts to the menace of disease according to attitude that the patient developed over the course of his or her life. Canguilhem characterizes this point as 'normativity', the core of individual life, which eludes positivist medicine. Here appear the essential contents of his vitalism. Although they emphasized the activity of individual living being, other modern French vitalists didn't consider this dimension of norms. Since the normativity in Canguilhem concerns the subjectivity of the first person, it avoids a mechanical form of explanation. Thus Canguilhem's originality is found in his derivation of the essence of medicine from individuality, values and norms.

This study examines email records management patterns of undergraduate students and their perceptions of university email policy. The research collected data from 317 undergraduate students using a survey based on the five essential elements of email records management: common elements, email creation, email management, email preservation, and perception. Also, an in-depth interview was conducted with 6 undergraduate students, according to the method of university email service: Google, Microsoft, and in-house webmail. As a result, undergraduate students used email as an address book, cloud storage, file storage, and collaboration tool, and they had difficulties in systematically managing the email records according to the records lifecycle. Also, there was a tendency to prefer using an external email platform that can use additional functions to in-house webmail that has limitations in mobile service and preservation of attachments. Thus, this study suggests ways to help undergraduate students manage their email records, including maintaining graduates' email accounts, providing sufficient email storage, and providing email records management training and guidelines for undergraduate students.

This study aims to analyze the relationship with oral health status through oral examinations, microorganism tests, and surveys of college students and present basic data necessary for the development of oral health education programs to prevent. Results of students who did not receive brushing education showed high motile activities of microorganism, and there was a significant relationship in which students with a large amount of microorganism subjectively felt more tooth pain. Symptoms of halitosis were greater in the DT, there were differences in the type of bacteria and the amount of bacteria in the MT, and oral health was worse if oral aids were not used in the DMFT index. Therefore, it was confirmed that oral health behavior, subjective oral health awareness, and the amount of microorganism had a significant relationship with oral health status. It will be necessary to develop and share and spread customized oral health education media for each life cycle.

Online classes have become one of the general teaching and learning method in elementary education, and elementary school teachers are essentially required to design and implement online math classes that reflect the characteristics of online environment and the specificity of the subject. The qualitative improvement of online mathematics lessons can start with examining what difficulties teachers actually have in enacting the online lessons, and this study focused on their educational needs by examining the degree to which elementary school teachers perceive and implement in terms of designing online interactions. The result showed that teacher education on Learner-Content Interaction (LC) and Learner-Learner Interaction (LL) was necessary for elementary school teachers designing online mathematics lessons, and the educational needs of detailed items of interactions were confirmed. Furthermore, it was found that there was a difference in educational needs for the types of online interactions according to the career life cycle of elementary school teachers. The instructional design strategies for online interactions in online mathematics lessons and implications for teacher education necessary for elementary school teachers were derived from the result.

The purpose of this study is to understand the changes in human information behavior brought about by the pandemic situation. This study also examines the social context of data literacy as lifelong education. In addition, it was attempted to understand the changed environment and propose library services in the post-pandemic era based on predicted trends. In order to do this, two phenomena that are currently striking our society, datafication and the pandemic, were reviewed in general, and studies related to library information services in response to the pandemic were examined. Based on this, the social meaning of data literacy in the pandemic era was reconfirmed and the environmental changes faced by libraries were examined based on 20 trends suggested by IFLA. Through this process, the study was concluded by suggesting the implementation of data literacy and the direction of library services.
