  • '닭·오리·계란 이력제'가 지난 1월 1일 시행됐다. 닭·오리·계란 이력제는 생산단계부터 소비자 판매에 이르는 각 단계별 정보를 기록·관리해 국민 건강에 위해를 줄 수 있는 문제 발생시 방역의 효율성을 높여 신속한 이력추적과 회수를 가능하게 한다. 또한 소비자에게는 농장에서 식탁에 이르는 정보를 제공, 가금산물에 대한 소비자의 신뢰를 높이는데 기여하는 제도이다. 장승진 축산물품질평가원장으로부터 닭·오리·계란 이력제 준수사항, 효과 등을 자세히 들어봤다.

  • In this paper, the traceability system for rice which is based on RFID technology is introduced. The traceability system plays an important role in the quality management for rice and rice-related food since this system can provide the information of all food chain (production, treatment, distribution and sales etc.) and more quickly identify the cause of the rice and rice-related accident. The main result of the this paper is the basic structure for the traceability system based on RFID technology. To show the implementation case based on this basic structure, the effectiveness of the traceability system is verified. In addition, the prerequisites condition for effective implementation is proposed.

  • 정부는 국내산 풀사료의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 풀사료용 기계장비 및 제조비 등의 지원에 해마다 1,000억 이상의 예산을 사용하고 있다. 이에 수반한 보조금의 공정한 집행을 위한 절차와 서류는 매우 복잡하기 때문에 집행 및 정산에 상당한 행정비용이 발생하여 국내 생산 확대의 걸림돌로 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 풀사료는 생산시점의 환경(습도, 온도 등), 수분함유량, 압축압력, 풀사료 품종 등에 따라 품질이 달라지는데 품질기준이 미흡해 유통활성화에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 풀사료 생산이력 정보 수집에 필요한 센서, IoT 통신기술 등은 상용화 수준에 도달했으나 풀사료 생산현장에 적용하기 위해서는 풀사료 수확기 등과의 통합이 필요하고, 데이터에 기반한 과학적 정책 입안을 위한 기반 데이터 축적이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 국내산 풀사료의 생산량 증대 및 유통 활성화를 위한 IoT 기반의 풀사료 생산이력관리 시스템을 개발 중으로, 우선 관리 기준이 되는 표준 데이터를 정립해 DB화(化) 하고, 풀사료 수확현장에서 필요한 데이터를 확보하기 위한 생산이력 생성장치 및 생산이력 수집장치와 이를 IoT망을 활용해 전송하기 위한 생산이력 송신장치를 개발하며 수집된 데이터를 통합 데이터베이스화(化) 하여 다양한 사용자에게 유무선 인터넷을 활용해 정보를 제공하는 웹/앱을 개발 중이다. 개발을 위한 핵심 기술로는 풀사료 수확기에 부착된 다양한 센서에서 생성되는 압력 등의 데이터를 실시간으로 취득하는 기술, 제어용 컨트롤러 설계 기술, 센서 데이터 가공 기술, IoT망을 이용한 실시간 전송 기술, 풀사료 통합 DB 구축 기술, Full Stack JavaScript 기술 등이 있다. 본 시스템를 풀사료 현장에 적용하면 풀사료 현장 조사 시간 및 비용 절감, 풀사료 생산/유통/보조 업무 전반의 효율화 및 투명화, 생산이력제 정착으로 풀사료 온라인 유통 활성화 및 물류비 절감, 센서, 측정장치, 표기장치 판매 및 유지보수 등 농업분야 신규사업 창출이 가능하다.

  • In food choice, consumers consider importantly food safely and reliability focusing on a high qualify control. Also they are concerned about sustainable production and consumption considering of area and environment. In this paper, We propose and design the high-quality seafood production support system that is based on international sanitary standard haccp, traceability and eco-fiendly seafood certification for safety and reliability of the seafood production. The system is categorized into five part: aquafarm haccp, environmental control monitoring, traceability, disease prevention and messenger service and seafood price inquiry service. The proposed system utilize diverse ubiquitous-it technologies like usn, network cctv, mobile device etc.

Analysis and Selection of Microsatellites Markers for Individual Traceability System in Hanwoo (한우 생산이력제에 활용 가능한 Microsatellite의 분석과 선발)

  • To test applicability to the Hanwoo traceability system, twenty microsatellite markers were selected and analyzed. MSA, CERVUS, FSTAT, GENEPOP, API_CALC and PHYLIP software was employed serially to estimate heterozygosity, polymorphic information content, F-statistics, identity probability, exclusion probability and genetic distance. Eleven microsatellite markers(TGLA53, TGLA227, ETH185, TGLA122, BM4305, INRA23, ILSTS013, BMS1747, BM2113, BL1009, and ETH3) were selected based on their high heterozygosity values. Identity probability using these markers is one hundred times higher than when using StockMakersTM of Applied Biosystems. This indicates the selected microsatellite markers are appropriate and effective for use in the Hanwoo traceability system. Additionally, estimates of DA genetic distance and pairwise-FST can be utilized to identify genetic relationships between adjacent farms.

The Adoption of Traceability Systems by Farmers and Its Consumers' Recognition (농산물 생산이력제 도입 농가실태와 소비자 인지도)

  • The main goal of this study is to survey the actual condition of farm household adopt traceability of agricultural products and the consumers' recognition of the traceability. Thirty six farm household adopted traceability of agricultural products and one hundred twenty three consumers were surveyed for this study. A total of the cultivated area of surveyed farm household was 39.6ha-owned land(21.2ha) and Rented land(18.4ha)-and the cultivated area of crops with the traceability of agricultural product was 15.7ha, consisting of 39.6% of the whole cultivated area. 22.2% of agricultural traceability products was cultivated bychemical method and 77.8% of the them by environment-friendly agricultural methods-organic cultivation accounts for 2.8%, no-chemicals cultivation 47.2% and low-chemicals cultivation 27.8%. As a result of the consumer survey, 75.6% of respondents recognized agricultural product traceability and only 29.0% of them had experience to purchase traceability products. But 61.0% of surveyed people had intention to purchase traceability products in the future. It was found that consumers wanted to know about production traceability information of farm products in order to identify quality certification including environment-friendly certification, product quality such as taste, weight, grade, and the use of insecticides and fertilizers regarding use frequency and kinds of chemicals.

  • In December 2014, Livestock and Livestock Products Traceability Act was established, allowing consumers to receive livestock traceability information. While the Livestock Traceability System provides consumers with transparent and fair information about their food, it has brought increased workload and penalty burdens to stakeholders in the livestock industry. In this paper, we propose an IoT system for inventory management based on traceability numbers to enable sellers to conveniently provide livestock traceability information to consumers. We analyzed the protocol for managing data from electronic scales and conducted functional testing and verification on mobile devices. Furthermore, we implemented the design and system functionality, taking into account UI/UX on Android OS-based devices to synchronize and interconnect traceability and product information with electronic scales. We anticipate that the proposed approach will minimize user inconvenience and raise production efficiency in the existing market.
