  • 본 연구는 DEA기법을 이용하여 저성장, 저마진, 고위험의 삼중의 어려움 속에서 저비용 고효율의 생산조직과 리스크관리, 건전 여신 정착을 위해 건전성, 생산성, 자본적정성, 수익성이라는 상업은행의 핵심성과지표를 이용하여 효율성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 시중은행과 지방은행 모두 자본적정성에는 효율적이었으나 수익성과 생산성에 있어서는 시중은행이 지방은행보다 효율적이었다.

  • The Global's top five Design Firms selected from BauNetz a German architectural magazine in 2007 designed free form building design which was 25% of the overall design by 2006-2010. Free form building is a landmark of the city and the country so its social and economic impacts are very large. In case of Korea, free form buildings such as Tribowl in Incheon, KINTEX Exhibition hall 2 and Dongdaemun Design Plaza have increased. However, those the increase in design trends and, the needs due to the lack of free form building design and construction management experience, free form building projects can't be expected to profitability and have a number of problems after completion. Especially, there are many excessive quality problems and the rising cost due to design changes frequently and lack of experience and data. Thus an initial plan regardless of considering of free form building's characteristics can be a huge risk because of the difference with the plan and actual projects, yet there aren't free form building project's performance data and case studies related to productivity. In this study, through selection of low-construction productivity works and an analysis of the work process and productivity data, hope to propose an actual field productivity of free form building and the ways to improve productivity.

  • 효과적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 표준화하고 단계별 주요 활동에 관한 연구, 프로젝트 범위 일정 비용 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS 작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 설정, 중소기업 IT업체 감리업체 등 참여기업간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템 구축을 위해 중소기업 생산정보화에 적합한 시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM : Production System Development Methodology)에 관하여 연구 개발한다. 이 PSDM의 연구로 생산정보화를 구축하고자 참여하는 많은 중소기업 및 IT업체들이 표준화된 방법론을 이용하여 시스템 구축을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 보다 높은 신뢰성을 가진 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

External Information Network Diversity and Production Management Capability in IT SMEs in the Age of Digital Convergence: The Mediating Effect of Manufacturing Capability (디지털 융합시대에 IT 중소기업의 외부정보네트워크의 다양성과 생산관리능력: 제조능력의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The production management is one of the essential capabilities of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology sector (IT). Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of such important factors as external information network diversity and manufacturing capability on IT SMEs' production management capability. Based on the 310 data collected from Korean SMEs in the IT sector, the ordinary least squares regression results from this study by using the SPSS version 22 have empirically shown that IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive and significant effect on their production management capability and this effect is fully mediated by their manufacturing capability. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of IT SMEs' external information network diversity is linked to their production management capability through their manufacturing capability.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a way of Variation Control in building construction process. The study suggest a way of the application method of shielding, decoupling concept and also Poka-yoke device to control variation that occurs from uncertainty in construction industry with lots of waste factors. The main contents of the study are as follows; (1) It's suggested strategy to apply shielding, decoupling as variation control technique. (2) Current Poka-yoke devices are investigated and analyzed. As a future research, it is required to study continuously on the more effective application method of Poka-yoke device and on existing examples in domestic construction sites for the process improvement.

  • In Korea, five days per week system, duration reduction bidding system, and post sale system have recently stimulated an interest in productivity improvement in construction project. However, analysis result of productivity in Korean construction industry found that the productivity is too low. APC (Architectural PC) is alternative of reveal wall and parapet in apartment housing prcjects and is used abroad broadly because of duration reduction for productivity improving. APC is used as external curtain wall in Dubai, North America, and Southeast Asia. Therefore, it is proposed that necessary to Introduce APC in Korea. The objective of this study is to draw up introduction of APC in apartment housing projects. We analysed the feasibility of the use of APC. The survey results reported that APC would be able to improve the productivity in the eight productivity factors.

  • Construction project has various effective factor and many producer in multifarious process of the work. Thus it has many variation. However, Process management up to now is management method of conclusion oriented. So, it do not consider sequency and variation occurrence. In a result that a lot of problems happen. Lean Construction can solve limit of the present management method. And Lean Construction is estimated new management method of process management for reliance on process plan, safety of process and promotion of effectiveness. This study analysed application of real construction project in Lean Construction theory and examined to utilize VSM and TACT for field application.

  • STEPS는 삼성 조선의 블록 조립생산공정의 라인스케쥴링을 수행하는 시스템이다. 삼성중공업 조선 해양 사업본부는 그간 생산성 향상을 통한 대외 경쟁력 제고와 선진 조선의 입지를 확고히 하고자 부단한 노력을 기울여 왔다. 이러한 노력은 생산 설비 확충과 자동화 등 하드웨어 차원에서 많은 발전을 이루었고, 이제는 설계, 계획, 관리등 소프트웨어 차원의 발전으로 전환하고 있다. 15여년 간의 경험과 노하우를 체계적으로 정립하여 현실적이면서 합리적인 소프트웨어를 구축하는 것은 삼성조선의 새로운 도전이 되고 있다. 이에 현장 데이타의 축적과 효과적인 관리 피드백으로 선각, 도장, 의장등 전 공정을 합리적으로 계획, 관리코자 생산공정 관리 시스템의 구축을 추지하고 있다. 이러한 생산공정 관리 시스템의 일환으로 대.중조블럭 일정계획의 자동화한 것이 STEPS(Shipbuilding Tact Expert Planning System) 프로젝트이다. STEPS는 전문가시스템(Expert System)으로서 전문가의 지식(Knowledge)을 시스템화하는 인공지능 (Artificial Intelligence)기법을 적용하고 있다.

Analysis of Global Trends on Resource Productivity and Its Promotion Strategy (자원생산성의 국내외 추이 분석 및 관리 방안)

  • Management of resource productivity is important for the reduction of natural resources and energy consumption. This is closely linked to circular economy which has recently been stressed worldwidely. Resource productivity is a key indicator which is to be managed in various industry sectors. Especially Korea which is heavily dependent on the natural resources import from overseas needs to give attention to this point. Nevertheless resource productivity related domestic researches and policies are extremely rare. This paper thus presents trends on resources productivities and their management policies of European countries and OECD G7 countries compared to the situation of Korea. In addition, the decoupling phenomenon of DMC (domestic material consumption) and GDP of Europe is analyzed and the resource productivity promotion strategy of Korea is proposed.

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 인터넷 비즈니스시스템 설계 기법을 이용해서 관리 자동화 시스템을 구현하였단. 구현 결과는 원가계산, 자재 발주, 재고 관리, 원격지 주문 시스템 등이다. 이와 같은 시스템 구현으로 관리의 통합화가 가능해지고 생산성 향상 및 주문 처리 시간의 효율을 도모할 수 있었다.
