온도차에 따른 사료급이량 조정으로 생산성을 높인다

  • 올해는 1994년 이후 10여 년만에 가장 무더운 여름을 보내면서 우리 양계업자들은 엄청난 생산성 저하의 어려움을 겪었을 것으로 생각된다. 육계농장에서는 출하일자 지연과 큰 닭들의 폐사로 인하여 닭값은 2,000원대가 형성되었고 종계장에서는 산란율 저하와 수정율 저하, 일부 종계장에서는 수 백수부터 수 천수의 폐사까지 이어져 병아리값의 강세가 장기간 지속되었다. 이렇듯 우리나라 양계의 경기는 외적인 환경의 영향으로 경기의 상황이 바뀌는 경우를 늘상 경험해 왔다. 이것은 수요에 비하여 공급의 부족이냐 과잉이냐에 따른 양적인 영향으로 결정 되어왔다. 하지만 오늘날의 유행처럼 사용되는 식품에서의 웰빙 바람과 같이 안전하고 위생적인 식품생산이 아니고는 앞으로는 그 어떠한 식품관련 사업도 살아남기 어려울 것이다. 특히 안전하고 깨끗한 닭고기 생산에 있어서 가장 기초가 되는 것이 바로 양질의 위생적이고 우량한 병아리 생산일 것이다. 본고에서는 양질의 병아리 생산을 위한 육용종계 관리에 있어서 병아리 생산과 직접적으로 관련된 산란기관리에 초점을 맞추어 기술하고자 한다.

  • The effective management of major construction resources is the key to the success in high-rise residential building construction projects. It is even more important and challenging as well especially in CBD(central business district) area under tight project duration since little leeway in interface between construction trades, severe constraints in staging n and heavy demands for lifting among construction resources. In order to meet high demands among major construction resources, highly effective construction resource management information system is required This research develops and provides a system which selects and disseminates these information from each phase of procurement transportation, lift-up and storage for major construction resources This research applies the Kanban system, well recognized material information system technique in automobile manufacturing industry, in concrete work processes. It develops concrete procurement information system utilizing VSM(Value Stream Mapping) and also applies the model in actual super-high rise residential building construction project in order to analyze the benefit of the research model.

  • The goal of this paper is to develop a production management system based on XML that exclusively applies to a production line of machine-parts. This paper aims to develop the related management modules and integrate them into the production management system based on XML technology. In terms of the implementation of the client/server database module, it develops the GUI application program that supports the communication between the subsystem that controls machine-parts and the server-side database. By developing the RPC emulator, the system remotely executes server module in the client GUI module. By developing the integration control module that integrates the independently executed modules, it controls the production management system that works as a single organic management system and by developing the POP system, it builds the information system of machine-parts performance records. This information system collects performance data through the serial port of the sensor attached to the machine-parts manufacturing machine, analyzes these data and display them in the GUI fashion, and immediately reflects them in production planning. And also it develops production management system based on XML by using XML technology.

  • Construction market structure give to third subcontract from contractor that received bid. A general contractor is subcontract to subcontractor that construct final product. When the subcontractor is related with productivity on the site, a study is lack to subcontractor productivity. The property of construction industry include many subcontractor at one project. If a subcontractor will improve productivity, total productivity would improve on the site. We will understand about subcontractor productivity and suggest about productivity method.

  • 국내의 많은 중소 제조업에서는 생산성 향상 및 불량률 감소, 원가 절감 등을 통해 기업의 이익을 창출하길 원하고 있으며 그 일환으로 제조 실행시스템 및 생산시점 관리를 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 생산시점관리시스템의 데이터를 기반으로 일별, 월별 생산성 분석을 했고, 그 결과를 다양한 시각화 기법으로 가시화하여 특정 달이나, 특정 시간에 불량률이 높아지는 형태를 파악할 수 있었다.

Relationship Between Construction Productivity and the Weather Elements in the Reinforced Concrete Structure for the High-rise Apartment Buildings (기후요소와 생산성간의 상관관계 분석에 관한 연구 - 공동주택 철근콘크리트 골조공사를 중심으로 -)

  • Among the various factors influencing construction productivity, weather conditions or elements become very important factors in planning and executing construction project. It is especially true in Korea where the weather changes dramatically through few seasons. In this study, relationship between construction productivity of the reinforced concrete structure we for the high-rise apartment buildings and 5 weather elements including temperature, humidity, day time, rainfall, and wind velocity have been analyzed The results trough regression analysis showed that weather elements explain $58.8\%$ of productivity in total and temperature and day time were more important factors among them.

  • There is an increase in interest and investment in high-rise housing as it is perceived to be a new value-added market in the construction industry. In constructing a high-rise housing, the finishing works are executed in accompaniment with many other activities that are progressed repeatedly and spontaneously on each floor. It was reported that the duration of finishing works differs according to the management ability of the executing company and has a significant effect on the entire project duration. We suggest a need to concentrate on important management factors by analyzing the factors affecting the productivity of finishing works based on the site characteristics in high-rise housing. There are various complex productivity-affecting factors including the technical factors involved in planning and managing the processes of finishing works. From the viewpoint of planning and management factors, the importance of productivity-affecting factors was analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A continuous examination of the management of high-importance factors will make it possible to improve productivity by enhancing the understanding of productivity-affecting factors of finishing works and suggesting a practical management direction.

염색공장의 염료의 비산 관리

  • 1970년도 후반까지만 하더라도 염료생산은 선진국형 산업으로만 생각하여 왔으나 인건비 상승, 환경처리비부담, 운성비 등의 부담으로 선직국의 염료생산공장들은 앞다투어 생산기지를 후진국으로 신설 또는 이전을 하게 되었다. 한편 생산량도 증가되어 수요에 비하여 공급과다로 지나친 판매경쟁이 일어나고 채산성도 나빠진 것이 현실이다. 이러한 나라들 중에는 제조기술의 미흡, 원가절감, 품질관리의 미숙 등으로 lot별 농도차이, 용해성불량, 염료중에서의 재응집, 飛散등의 문제로 염색공장에서 애로를 겪는 경우가 자주 발생하고 있다. 특히 염료의 비산 문제는 칭량원의 보건상 나쁜 영향을 미치게 되고 염색현장까지 염료입자가 날아가 피염물에 오염을 일으키기도 한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여서는 다각적으로 관리에 철저를 기하지 않으면 안된다.
