굴곡측정법을 이용한 신 레일의 잔류응력 분석 (Residual Stress Analysis of New Rails Using Contour Method)

  • 레일의 잔류응력은 레일의 피로 및 파괴 특성에 영향을 끼치는 인자로서, 레일의 가공 및 열처리 등 생산 과정 단계에서 이미 형성되며, 이를 정확하게 분석하는 기술은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 레일 내부에 존재하는 잔류응력을 측정하기 위하여, 잔류응력 분석방법의 하나인 파괴법 기반 굴곡측정법을 적용하여 레일 축 방향의 잔류응력을 평가하였다. 레일의 축 방향과 수직한 단면을 방전가공을 사용하여 느린 속도로 단면을 절단한 후 레이저 기반인 굴곡 측정기를 이용하여 단면의 굴곡을 정밀 측정하였다. 측정된 데이터는 유한요소해석 프로그램 ABAQUS를 활용하여 설정한 요소로 잔류응력으로 변환시켰으며, 총 3종의 다른 규격을 갖고 있는 신 레일 (50N, KR60, UIC60)의 잔류응력 값의 경향과 수치를 비교하였다.

  • Virtual reality is currently mainly used in games, but is starting to be applied as a variety of media fields, such as broadcasting and film. Virtual reality provides more fun than reality, and can provide new experiences in areas that cannot be experienced in reality due to the constraints of time, space, and environment. In particular, as the social non-contact arena has increased due to COVID-19, it is being applied to education, health, and medical industries. The contents are further expanding into design and military fields. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to observe the change in distribution of load and pressure felt by the body in the flying state while wearing a short pants harness, which are mainly used in the game and entertainment industry. In the experiment, the average pressure in the flying state was measured by attaching a pressure sensor to the back and front of a human mannequin. As a result, it was confirmed that the load concentrated on the waist in the flying state was 44 N, with a pressure of 1353 kPa. The pressure distribution was concentrated in front of the center of gravity, and was measured was at 98% by the pressure sensors, with an average pressure value of approximately 15 kPa, and a pressure value of approximately 12 kPa at the back, which was measured at 67% by the pressure sensor. The results of the load and pressure distribution measurement are presented as fundamental data to improve the wearability and comfort of harnesses in the future, and are compared to actual measured pressure values by analyzing the clothing pressure in flight through virtual wear of harnesses through the CLO 3D program.

  • 재생에너지 자원은 비용감소, 정부 보조금, 지속가능성 등의 목적에 연계되어 전 세계적으로 전기를 생산하는 설비의 필수적인 영역으로 급속하게 진행되고 있다. 풍력, 태양광 및 부하가 상호작용하여 발생하는 예측오차는 배전계통, 선로 혼잡도, 전압과 무효전력 안정도 여유 등 예기치 않은 심각한 충격을 발생시킬 수가 있다. 이 충격은 전력계통에서 변동성 재생에너지의 보급이 증가함에 따라 더 커질 것이다. 우리나라는 배전선로에 연결될 수 있는 재생에너지의 최대 용량은 송배전용전기설비이용규정에 의해 제한된다. 이 연구는 기존 송전설비의 중대한 설비 개조가 필요하지 않는 배전선로에 대한 연계용량 결정방안을 기술한다. 특히 선로 케이블의 연계용량 기준과 배전선로의 최소부하 계산에 관하여 제안과 검토를 한다.

복합 밀링 공정으로 제조된 산화물 분산 강화 강의 미세조직 및 고온 기계적 특성 (Microstructure and High Temperature Mechanical Properties of Oxide Dispersion Strengthened Steels Manufactured by Combination Milling Process)

  • Oxide dispersion-strengthened (ODS) steel has excellent high-temperature properties, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, and is expected to be applicable in various fields. Recently, various studies on mechanical alloying (MA) have been conducted for the dispersion of oxide particles in ODS steel with a high number density. In this study, ODS steel is manufactured by introducing a complex milling process in which planetary ball milling, cryogenic ball milling, and drum ball milling are sequentially performed, and the microstructure and high-temperature mechanical properties of the ODS steel are investigated. The microstructure observation revealed that the structure is stretched in the extrusion direction, even after the heat treatment. In addition, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis confirmed the presence of oxide particles in the range of 5 to 10 nm. As a result of the room-temperature and high-temperature compression tests, the yield strengths were measured as 1430, 1388, 418, and 163 MPa at 25, 500, 700, and 900℃, respectively. Based on these results, the correlation between the microstructure and mechanical properties of ODS steel manufactured using the composite milling process is also discussed.

이형 부품 표면실장기에 대한 겐트리 경로 문제의 최적 알고리즘 (Optimization Algorithm of Gantry Route Problem for Odd-type Surface Mount Device)

  • This paper proposes a methodology for gantry route optimization in order to maximize the productivity of a odd-type surface mount device (SMD). A odd-type SMD is a machine that uses a gantry to mount electronic components on the placement point of a printed circuit board (PCB). The gantry needs a nozzle to move its electronic components. There is a suitability between the nozzle and the electronic component, and the mounting speed varies depending on the suitability. When it is difficult for the nozzle to adsorb electronic components, nozzle exchange is performed, and nozzle exchange takes a certain amount of time. The gantry route optimization problem is divided into the mounting order on PCB and the allocation of nozzles and electronic components to the gantry. Nozzle and electronic component allocation minimized the time incurred by nozzle exchange and nozzle-to-electronic component compatibility by using an mixed integer programming method. Sequence of mounting points on PCB minimizes travel time by using the branch-and-price method. Experimental data was made by randomly picking the location of the mounting point on a PCB of 800mm in width and 800mm in length. The number of mounting points is divided into 25, 50, 75, and 100, and experiments are conducted according to the number of types of electronic components, number of nozzle types, and suitability between nozzles and electronic components, respectively. Because the experimental data are random, the calculation time is not constant, but it is confirmed that the gantry route is found within a reasonable time.

어린이제품 내 프탈레이트류 및 대체제의 규제와 독성자료에 대한 연구 (Regulation of Phthalates and Their Alternatives in Children's Products and Their Toxicity Data)

  • Objectives: Phthalates, which are widely used as plasticizers, have been recognized as endocrine disruptors. In the present study, we provided information on the regulation of these chemicals and summarized the information available on their detection and toxicity in children's products and those of their alternatives. Methods: The regulatory frameworks related to phthalates in children's products in Korea, the United States (US), and the European Union (EU) were compared. Data on the detection concentration of 16 phthalates and seven phthalate alternatives that could be used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic products for children as well as on their toxicity classification and endocrine disruption toxicity were collected from the literature. Results: Korea adopted US and EU chemical standards for six phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DINP, DIDP, and DNOP), but not others (e.g., DIBP, DPP, DHP, and DCHP). Among the ten phthalates and seven substitutes for which regulatory standards were not determined, DIBP, DHP, DEHA, DIBA, DINA, and DEHT were detected in children's products made from PVC plastic. DIBP and DHP, which have a reproductive toxicity classification of 1B, were frequently detected in PVC toys. The reproductive toxicity, estrogenicity, and anti-androgenic activity of the unregulated phthalates and their alternatives have been reported in diverse in vitro and in vivo assays. Conclusion: The use of unregulated phthalates and their substitutes in children's products is increasing. Further monitoring and toxicological information on phthalate alternatives is required to develop proper management plans.

RF 마그네트론 스퍼터 방법으로 제조한 Al 도핑된 ZnO 박막의 구조 및 광학적 특성에 미치는 산소 분압비의 영향 (Effect of oxygen partial pressure on the optical and structural properties of Al doped ZnO thin films prepared by RF magnetron sputtering method)

  • 0.5 wt% Al doped ZnO thin films (AZO) were prepared on glass substrates using RF magnetron sputtering method. Thin films were grown at substrate temperature of $250^{\circ}C$, RF power of 75W, working pressure of 10 mTorr, by changing the $O_2/Ar$ pressure ratio from 0% to 16.7%. The effects of oxygen partial pressure during the deposition process on structural and optical properties of the films were investigated using XRD, SEM, AFM, EPMA and UV-visible spectroscopy. All the AZO thin films were grown as hexagonal wurtzite phase with the c-axis preferred out-of-plane orientation. The surface roughness and grain size of AZO films decreased with increasing oxygen ratio from 10.6 nm to 3.2 nm and 94.9 nm to 30.9 nm, respectively. On the other hand, the transmittance and band gap energy of the AZO films increased from 84.7% to 92.6% and 3.24 eV to 3.28 eV, respectively with increasing the $O_2/Ar$ pressure ratio.

데이터베이스 시스템에서 디지털 포렌식 조사를 위한 체계적인 데이터 추출 기법 연구 (Research of organized data extraction method for digital investigation in relational database system)

  • 기업의 탈법, 비리 등 부정행위를 조사할 경우 인사, 회계, 물류, 생산 등의 업무데이터(Business Data)의 확보가 필요하다. 다수의 기업들은 분산된 업무 데이터를 데이터베이스(Database)화하여 통합적으로 관리하고 있기 때문에 디지털 포렌식 조사를 위하여 데이터베이스에 대한 체계적인 업무데이터 추출기법 연구가 중요하다. 일반적인 정보체계 환경에서 데이터베이스는 상위 어플리케이션 및 대용량 파일 서버와 통합된 정보체계 내의 부분적 형태로 존재한다. 또한 사용자가 입력한 원시 업무 데이터는 정규화 과정을 거친 테이블 설계에 의해 하나 이상의 테이블에 분산되어 저장된다. 기존 데이터베이스 구조 분석에 관한 연구들은 데이터베이스의 최적화와 시각화를 위하여 테이블 간 연관관계 분석이 가장 중요한 연구대상이었다. 그러나 원시 업무데이터를 획득해야 하는 디지털 포렌식 관점의 연구는 테이블 간 연관관계 시각화보다 데이터의 해석이 더 중요한 연구대상이다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스 내부에서 미리 정의된 테이블 간 연관관계 분석기술뿐만 아니라 도메인 전문 지식(domain knowledge)을 활용한 체계화된 분석절차를 제시하여 데이터베이스에 저장된 원시 업무 데이터 구조를 분석하고 사건관련 데이터를 추출할 수 있는 분석방안을 제안한다.

가습 입자를 활용한 고효율 난방 시스템 개발 (Development of high-efficiency heating system using humidifying particles)

  • Products for heating indoors in low temperature and dry winter are largely divided into products using fossil fuels and products using electricity. The fossil fuels can warm the entire space by convection, but there is a high risk of fire and the frequent ventilation due to the increase in carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Heaters using electricity are mainly used because they are convenient to use and are cheap. However, these products can not efficiently warm the air because they use radiation energy. In other words, only the front part exposed to the heater is warm, and the rear part has no heating effect at all. Also, because it emits a large amount of light, fatigue of the eyes is very high. Another problem is that when using electric heaters, the room tends to be dry by high heat. Indoor humidity maintenance is a very important factor in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases. Especially, it is essential for health care for infants, bronchial organs and people with weak respiratory because humidity is low in winter. In this study, we conducted a study to develop a product that can improve heating efficiency while maintaining proper indoor humidity by combining heat energy and moisture particles. The concept of humidification and heating at the same time, moisture particles generated in the humidifier pass through the heater, include thermal energy, and the moisture particles with thermal energy are diffused into the space by forced convection, thereby warming the entire space. In addition, the heating time is shortened as the feeling temperature is increased with the high relative humidity, and this has the effect that the heating cost in winter is reduced.

유한요소법을 이용한 수소저장용기 TYPE 1의 압력과 온도조건에 의한 거동특성 연구 (Behavior characteristics of hydrogen storage vessel(TYPE 1) under gas pressure and temperature conditions using FEM)

  • 본 논문은 압력과 온도조건에 따라 수소저장용기 TYPE 1에서 발생하는 거동특성을 FEM(Finite Element Method)으로 연구한 것이다. 용기의 구조안전성 평가를 위해 최고압력에서 발생한 VMS(Von Mises stress)을 소재의 YS(Yield Strength)를 비교하였고, 수명예측을 위한 기초데이터로써 PSED(Plastic Strain Energy Density) 결과를 분석하였다. 해석결과에 의하면 최고압력 40 Mpa 이상의 가스압에서 저장용기의 바닥면에 항복강도보다 높은 VMS가 발생하여 수소가스 저장용기의 안전성은 확보되지 않았다고 판단된다. 또한, 온도조건에 의해 발생한 VMS의 결과는 대단히 낮아서 온도에 의한 거동은 영향을 무시할 수 있다. VMS/YS이 1이하가 되는 최고압력은 약 30Mpa으로 계산되어 본 논문의 대상이 되는 수소저장용기는 30 Mpa이하의 가스충전압력으로 관리되어야 함을 알 수 있다.
