As fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) material is appled for a curved structure such as tunnel, FRP material must has a curved shape. Until now, the curved FRP material has been producted by hand-lay-up or filament winding work. It is impossible for mass production of the curved FRP material by these methods. Also, the quality of product by these methods is lower than that by pultrusion method. New pultrusion method and equipment had been developed for production of FRP material with steady curvature. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of freezing and thawing on adhesion of cement concrete with coarse-sand coated FRP in repair and reinforcement of cement-concrete structure using curved FRP material.

In genaral appraisal is process of the determining the length of the time records should be retained, and is defined as selecting records with second value. However, appraisal in boroad term includes analysis which value records have as well as selecting archival records. It means that analysis of Records value is carried and reflected in every processes of maintenance, use and disposition of records. One of characteristic in records and archives management is that records process doesn't finish as one process, but it creates and manages records repeatedly. When another records are created again after the previous process in these system, it should creates records with better value than before. It pursues positive circle system which satisfy users whenever it starts. The study reviewed how analysis of records value is reflected in Records and archival system in Korea, and analysed Public Records and Archives Act to approve it. In results the study suggests having positive circle system finally.

일반적으로 경제개혁과정은 생산활동을 위한 공간구조의 재편을 초래한다. 중국의 지역경제의 구조변화와 관련된 일반적인 이해는 사회주의 개발전략에 의한 남북간의 공간구조의 격차가 경제개혁이후 공간적인 불균등발전으로 인하여 동서간 공간구조의 격차구조로 발전하고 있다라는 점이다. 이러한 공간적인 격차구조와 아울러 중국의 경제개혁을 구성하는 중요한 공간적 요인은 바로 지역경제의 등장이다.(중략)

본 논문은 우리날의 자동차산업의 성장과 자동차의 물류체계구조를 공간적인 측면에서 분석한 것이다. 자동차 생산이 이루어진 이후 불과 30여년만에 우리나라는 세계 5위의 자동차생산국으로 부상하였다. 자동차 물류체계구조는 크게 배송체계와 판매체계로 구분된다. 자동차 3사 모두 잠재수요력과 효율적인 배송을 위해 출고장을 입지시키고 전국을 광역화하여 출고장의 공급지역을 관할하고 있다. 한편 판매체계를 보면 지역본부, 지점, 영업소의 계층구조를 구축하여 전국을 대권역, 중지역, 소구역으로 세분하여 판매의 공간구조를 구축하고 있다. 기본적으로는 자동차 잠재수요를 바탕으로 하여 판매거점이 형성되고 있으며, 지역본부에 속해 있는 지점들과 영업소들의 영업활동은 어느 정도 설정된 관할구역내에서 이루어지고 있다. 앞으로 자동차 산업을 발전시키기 위해서는 기술 개발과 해외시장 침투도 중요하지만 유통구조의 합리화를 통한 경쟁력 제고도 매우 중요하다.

The objective of this study was to analyze the market structure of the Garak Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, which has the greatest influence among agricultural products wholesale markets and plays a key role in domestic agricultural products distribution. In addition, through analysis of the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation, which is a major distributor of the Garak Market, the connection relationship between the market structure of the Garak Market and the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation was able to be identified. From 2007 to 2018, it was found that the market structure of Garak Market was a monopoly. In addition, the average production efficiency of the five wholesale market corporations was 0.95, indicating that the wholesale market corporation in Garak Market has an efficient production structure with high output compared to input. Therefore, in order to activate the agricultural products wholesale market and protect the rights of producers and consumers based on the analysis results, it is necessary to implement a policy that can establish a competition system among agricultural products wholesale market distributors.

본 연구에서는 객체지향 개념과 분산형 문제해결 방법의 장점을 혼합한 FMS 생산현장통제 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 FMS의 모든 구성요소를 지능적인 객체로써 표현하고, 객체들간의 Bidding 과정을 통하여 생산 현장의 상태변화에 대응해 나가는 구조를 가지고 있다. 실험 결과, 제안된 시스템은 기존의 Dispatching rule에 비하여, job의 시스템내 체류시간이 감소하며 기계부하가 평준화되는 현상을 나타내었다.

자동차의 제조과정은 크게 유니트 생산과 차체 조립으로 이루어 지고, 차체는 박판 성형에서 용접, 도장, 조립의 단계로 생산된다. 연간 수십만대 규모의 생산량을 갖는 자동차의 제조 시스템은 각 단계에 적절한 공장들로 구성되고, 이들은 각각 특성에 맞게 적정 수준의 생산성과 유연성, 그리고 원가 구조를 갖는 시스템을 보이게 된다. 본 고에서는, 자동차 생산의 시스템 전략적인 측면과 유니트 및 차체의 가공, 조립 시스템에 관한 기술현황을 사례 중심으로 고찰하고자 한다.

올해 초에 실시한 골판지포장산업 생산현황 전수조사 결과, 2010년도 총 생산량은 47억 6500만 $m^2$이며, 생산량 기준으로 전년 대비 6.53% 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 일관기업의 구조조정에 의한 시장점유율 확대 과정은 아직도 '현재 진행중'이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 전국 121개 골판지포장업체를 대상으로 전수조사한 결과, 양면골판지(SW)와 이중양면골판지(DW)의 생산 비중은 58.9:41.1로 나타나 해마다 SW 생산 비중이 높은 것으로 집계되었다. 양면골판지의 생산 비중이 높다는 것은 과잉포장 지양과 포장합리화 추세를 반영한 결과이기도 하다.

생산시스템 관련 연구에서 시뮬레이션은 중요한 도구로 폭넓게 활용되어 왔다. 생 산시스템을 분석하기 위한 시뮬레이션 모델은 그 기본구조가 정형화되어 있기 때문에 생산 시스템 시뮬레이터 개발에 관련된 사례연구가 적지 않다. 최근 들어서는 객체지향 접근방법 을 이용한 시뮬레이터가 상용화되는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 객체지향 생산시스템 시뮬레 이터를 설계 및 구현하는데 있어서 객체지향 접근 방법의 잇점인 재사용성 및 확장성을 제 고 시킬수 있는 방안으로 Pattern을 이용한 설계기법 및 S/W Metrics를 이용한 설계평가 방법에 대해서 논의한다. 또한 현재 개발중인 생산 시스템 시뮬레이터 KU-FASIM에 이런 개념들이 실제 적용된 결과에 대해서 검토해 본다.

초지기의 생산성을 극대화 하기 위한 방법은 초지기의 고속화와 광폭화를 통한 대형화이다. 다품종 소량 생산에서는생산 설비의 대형화가 비효율적이기 때문에 고속 광폭화는 주로 신문용지의 생산에 적용되어 왔다. 그러나 현재 인쇄용지 분야에 있어서도 생산성 향상의 일환으로 고속 초지기들이 도입되고 있으며, 2000m/min에 도달하기 위한 노력이 진행 중이다. 장망식 초지기에서는 와이어의 하부로만 탈수가 일어나기 때문에 제조된 종이는 표면과 이면의 구조적 차이가 발생한다.
