How to determine rental rates of agricultural machinery operation is the most important factor for economic units which are consigned to practice agricultural operations. Economic units as consigner for agricultural operations include agricultural cooperatives, local government, and farm operators, and so on. Thus the methods to set a rental rate of agricultural machinery operation are different across these economic units. This study describes benefits and problems associated with the model of cost accounting which is used as a method to determine a rental rate of agricultural machinery operation, and suggests a theoretical desirability of the rental pricing method, based on an accounting system and information on costs.

This paper estimates the degree of market power of marketers in the Korean beef market, especially focusing on wholesale and retail marketing levels. Prices in various marketing levels show that there is a possibility of more price differentials than marketing costs in the Korean beef market. Annual price and quantity data are used to estimate the degree of market power in the wholesale and retail levels. The empirical results show that the domestic beef retail market is far from perfect competition and the wholesale market is relatively near to perfect competition.

엄마의 자궁 내에서 충분히 성장하지 못하고 출생한 아기는 전문적인 치료와 간호가 필요하다. 최근 10여 년 동안에 의학이 현저하게 발전하여 생존율이 점점 높아지고 있지만 여전히 인지도나 보호자들이 겪게 되는 정신$\cdot$경제적 어려움이 너무나도 크다. 생명의 소중함을 느끼게 하는 미숙아가 건강하게 자랄 수 있도록 더 많은 관심이 필요하다.

지구상에 풍부한 섬유소자원의 사료화 연구에 있어서 화학적 처리와 발효방법이 널리 채택되고 있다. 여기에 따른 문제점으로서 가축의 기호성과 생산과정의 경제성을 들 수 있다. 볏짚같은 것은 소가 잘 먹는다는 사실과 바추동물의 소화기관을 가장 경제적인 발효소로 볼 수 있다는 점에서 생체내에서의 섬유소 발효능률향상을 수단으로한 새로운 연구방향을 제의한다.

Zusammenfassung : Seit den 1990er Jahren hat Muenchen sich zu einem der fuehrenden europaeischen Biotechnologie Clustern entwickelt. Cluster, d.h. raeumliche Konzentrationen von miteinander vernetzten Unternehmen und Institutionen entlang einer Wertschoepfungskette, stellt fuer Unternehmen und Regionen einen erheblichen Wettbewerbsvorteil dar. Ziel dieser Beitrag ist es, die Herausbildung und Entwicklung des Innovationsclusters in Deutschland, am Beispiel von Biotech Cluster Muenchen zu analysieren. Im Folgenden wird zunaechst der Versuch unternommen, eine uebergreifende Kozeption regionaler Unternehmensclustern theoretisch zu eroerten. Darauf aufbauend wird anhand des Biotech Clusters Muenchen die Struktur und Entwicklung des Innovationsclusters empirisch aufgezeigt.

There are several certification systems in agricultural products in Korea. Some examples are organic certificate, GAP certificate, KPGI certificate, Top Fruits/ Rice certificate and so on. The certification systems have been launched to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products to consumer. Despite the definite objectives of each certification system, it is said that the certification systems have not been successful to convey the related information to consumers. One of the reasons is that there exist several certificates so make consumers confused. It is also quite true that maintaining and promoting an individual certification system are highly costly from a point of institute's view. This paper proposes a plausible solution to these problems by combining several certificates.

담수호는 방조제 건설 및 담수화를 통해 다양한 용수공급을 위해 개발된 수자원으로서 담수화된 수자원은 농업용수로 활용이 가능하다. 특히 간월호의 경우, 담수호 주변이 주로 농경지로 이루어져 있으며, 담수화된 수자원은 농업용수를 공급하기 위해 활용되고 있다. 따라서 간월호의 수자원 관리를 위한 장기적인 계획 수립을 위해서는 간월호의 주요 용수공급 대상이 되는 농경지 물수요량의 미래 변화에 대한 평가가 우선되어야 한다. 최근 IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)에서는 기존 대표농도경로에 사회·경제 조건을 추가하여 공동 사회-경제 경로 (SSP, Shared Socioeconomic Pathways)라는 개념을 새롭게 제안하였으며, 이를 기반으로 6차 평가보고서 (6th Assessment Report, AR6)를 발간한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 CMIP6 기후변화 자료를 기반으로 한 기후변화 자료를 통해 담수호 유역의 농업용수 수요량 변화를 평가하였으며, Makov chain 모형을 이용한 토지이용변화 자료를 검토하여 기후변화 뿐만 아니라 토지이용변화를 함께 고려한 미래 농업용수 수요량 변화 평가를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 CMIP6 시나리오별 미래 농업용수 수요량 변화를 검토하고, 현재 간월호의 용수공급 능력과 비교를 통해 간월호의 수자원 관리 능력을 평가하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

Genome research in economic animals has progressed rapidly in recent years, transforming from primitive genome maps to quantitative/qualitative trait maps that are indispensable to gene discovery. These advances have been benefited from the result of animal genome sequencing projects and functional genomics that are being extensively applied in livestock animal research following the development of large expressed sequences tags (ESTs). Genome sequencing efforts will provide information to QTL study by larger scale single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) association study. Comparative genomics which is applying the information from human genome research as well as rodents model has contributed to important discoveries in economic animal genome research. These efforts will speed up much denser QTL maps development for phenotypic traits which are not easy to measure and to be identified by quantitative genetics [20] and lead to development of convincing markers associated with economically important trait, which will be eventually applied to livestock industry. In addition to practical application, animal genome research will enrich the understanding of human physiology in terms of genome biology.
