  • As the rapid develoment of internet and information technology, the traditional library has been altered to the digital content service based on the world wide web. This paper proposes a design and implementation of an Artcle Union Catalog System(AUCS) based on metadata. The metadata set for the AUCS consists of twelve Dublin Core elements and one holdings element. The qualifiers of the proposed metadata elements are also represented. The AUCS system has an online cooperated cataloging system using the web interface or the 239.50 protocol, an union cataloging management system, and an integrated information retrieved system service. The integrated search and retrieval service of the AUCS displays not only the summary and detailed bibliographic information, but also the abstract, the table of contents, the digital content, and the copylfax service.

  • The Result of this study (1)In the case of KDI school of public policy and management, since it makes up a very interesting and diversified racial environment that shapes the multinational global community, there must be careful considerations for foreign students together with wide publicity about Korea on the side of the school headquarters. (2)The library must become familiar with the ways to utilize outside organizations in order to provide user education to the foreign students. (3)In order to make it perfectly sure for them to provide not only the secondary materials such as bibliography, index, and abstract, but also the necessary full-text from the preparatory stage of the students' studies. (4)The library must grasp the students' needs through communication and must promote the efficiency of library operation by introducing an information service strategy measure similar to that of FISP so they can acknowledge and provide necessary information to fulfill the students' academic needs in advance.

  • As a key infrastructure for digital transformation, the spread of data, network, artificial intelligence (D.N.A.) fields and the emergence of promising industries are laying the groundwork for active digital innovation throughout the economy. In this study, by applying the text mining methodology, major topics were derived by using the abstract, publication year, and research field of the study corresponding to the SCIE, SSCI, and A&HCI indexes of the WoS database as input variables. First, main keywords were identified through TF and TF-IDF analysis based on word appearance frequency, and then topic modeling was performed using g-DMR. With the advantage of the topic model that can utilize various types of variables as meta information, it was possible to properly explore the meaning beyond simply deriving a topic. According to the analysis results, topics such as business intelligence, manufacturing production systems, service value creation, telemedicine, and digital education were identified as major research topics in digital transformation. To summarize the results of topic modeling, 1) research on business intelligence has been actively conducted in all areas after COVID-19, and 2) issues such as intelligent manufacturing solutions and metaverses have emerged in the manufacturing field. It has been confirmed that the topic of production systems is receiving attention once again. Finally, 3) Although the topic itself can be viewed separately in terms of technology and service, it was found that it is undesirable to interpret it separately because a number of studies comprehensively deal with various services applied by combining the relevant technologies.
