This study investigated the effect of situation-oriented safety education program on children's safety knowledge and safety problem-solving skill. Subjects were 51 five-year-olds(25 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group) who were enrolled in public kindergarten located in Jeon-Buk. Results were that : First, there were significant differences in the children's safety knowledge between the experimental and the control group. Children's safety knowledge in the experimental group were improved in comparison with those of the control group. Second, there were significant differences in the children's safety problem-solving skill between the experimental and the control group. Children's safety problem-solving skill in the experimental group were improved in comparison with those of the control group.

본 고에서는 정보화사회로 이전하는 과정에 없어서는 안될 중요한 정보처리기술인 컴퓨터 소프트웨어와 관련된 기술을 지적재산권 즉 특허, 컴퓨터 프로그램 보호권, 저작권, 회로배치 설계권, 상표권 등의 지적재산권으로 어떻게 권리보호를 받아야 할 것인가를 살펴 보았다. 또한 이중에서 컴퓨터 프로그램 제도를 중심으로 주요국의 프로그램 보호제도의 상황과 우리나라의 프로그램 보호제도중 보호범위, 2차적프로그램의 개작기준, 프로그램 저작권, 복제의 범위, 프로그램 저작권 침해형태의 예시를 중점적으로 살펴보았고 아울러 프로그램 저작권 침해의 외국 판례기준을 토대로 살펴보았다.

통계학의 개념들을 직관적으로 이해시키기 위해 기존의 교재중심 강의교육에서 탈피하여 실제적인 실험을 중시하고 컴퓨터를 교육에 활용하는 방안에 국내외적으로 많은 관심이 쏠리고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통계학의 기초개념들을 쉽게 배울 수 있는 통계교육용 멀티미디어 프로그램개발의 한 단계로서 유의성검증시 필요한 p-값(유의확률)의 의미를 정확히 이해하고 적용할 수 있도록 하는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 다양한 상황을 소리, 컴퓨터그래픽, 애니메이션, 텍스트와 동영상을 통합한 멀티미디어 환경하에서 구현하여 피교육자가 흥미를 가지고 학습함으로써 단순한 계산결과가 아니라 원리와 과정을 알 수 있도록 구성하였다. 이 프로그램은 한글 windows 95가 설치된 개인용컴퓨터에서 사용할 수 있으며 internet을 통하여 web browser에서 직접 실행할 수 있다.

기존의 멀티 프로그램이나 환경에 관한 인터넷 사이트의 환경교육 자료들이 초등학교의 또래 문화에 부합하지 않는 내용이 상당히 많이 수반되어 일선 학교에서 적용하는데 나름대로의 고충이 있었다. 이런 점을 고려하여 학습자 중심의 흥미와 놀이, 가상 실습 중심의 멀티미디어 프로그램을 설계하기로 하였다. 본 연구에서 지향할 멀티미디어 프로그램의 특징은 환경교육 영역 중 초등학교 저학년의 교육과정을 감안하여 그 수준에 맞도록 내용을 함축하여 구성주의 이론에 따른 상호작용을 강화하고 상호작용 기법을 활용하여 문제해결학습 형태로 프로그램이 전개된다는 점이다. 또한 학습자 스스로 자기 주도적 학습을 할 수 있게 될 것이고, 컴퓨터를 통하여 가상의 문제 상황을 제시하고 이를 해결하는 방식으로 설계 및 구현됨으로써 컴퓨터를 통한 문제 해결 학습의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The purposes of the study were to analyze STEAM instructional materials to find research trends on STEAM instructional program and to develop mathematics-centered STEAM instructional program for middle school second graders. To conduct this study, the researcher collected total 123 research papers and thesis focused on the development of STEAM instructional material and deduced implications for the development of mathematics-centered STEAM instrucational materials from the findings. The researcher found that important components of such as 'context for learning', 'internalization-mmersion', 'new challenge', and 'self-assessment' in STEAM education were not reflected properly in 19 mathematics-centered STEAM instructional programs. Therefore, the researcher put more emphasis on those components in the process of developing mathematics-centered STEAM program.

2000년대 들어 상담에 대한 관심과 상담 수요가 크게 늘어가고 있는 상황에서 상대적으로 직무 특성상 상담자들 또한 심리적인 어려움들을 느끼면서 상담자 스스로 자신의 정신 건강 및 유지를 위한 자기돌봄의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 상담자는 많은 시간을 내담자와의 직접적인 대면을 통해서 내담자의 다양한 문제에 대한 해결과 도움을 제공해 줌에 있어 지속적인 치료 과정을 함께한다. 상담자는 내담자와의 상황 대면을 통한 치료 과정을 함께하면서 치료의 긍정적인 면을 접하기도 하지만, 한편으로는 지속적인 스트레스로 인해 심리적 소진과 다양한 정서적 피로도를 경험하게 된다. 이에 다양한 심리적·정서적 소진과 피로도에 대해 적절하고 유연하게 대처하기 위해서는 상담자 스스로 자신을 보호할 수 있는 자기돌봄이 필요하며, 상담자 자신이 어떠한 상황에서도 긍정적인 마음을 유지 할 수 있는 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 마음 챙김에 기반한 MBSR 프로그램이 다양한 상담 현장에서 심리적 소진을 겪고 있는 상담자들의 심리적 안녕감, 특히 상담자의 자기돌봄 및 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 실제 현장에서 활동하고 있는 상담경력 1년에서 5년 미만의 상담자 40명을 대상으로 주 1회기, 회기 당 2시간의 총 12주간의 MBSR 프로그램을 통한 상담자의 자기돌봄 및 효능감의 변화가 상담자의 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적 요인으로 적용될 수 있다는 것을 확인하여 실제 상담 현장에서의 상담자들이 겪고 있는 심리적 소진의 완화를 통한 안정적인 상담 현장이 조성될 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.

인구의 고령화로 인한 노인여가복지시설에서 실질적인 생활거점과 복지시설로 역할이 변화하면서 경로당의 이용자가 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나, 다중의 고령층이 장시간 이용하는 시설임에도 불구하고 경로당에서 발생하고 있는 재난 및 안전사고에 관한 기초적인 정보 수집이 전무한 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 중 경로당을 중심으로 현장을 직접 방문하여 관련자 인터뷰와 통계자료를 분석하여 재난 및 안전사고 실태를 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 현재 경로당에서 운영하는 프로그램을 조사하고, 노인의 건강하고 안전한 여가생활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이 될 수 있도록 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구결과가 신(新) 노년 세대를 위한 노인여가복지정책 연구에 기초자료로 활용되길 기대해본다.

The concerns for entrepreneurship education has increased significantly in decades. Government asking to university to teach the entrepreneurship on the undergraduate and graduate level. Existing graduate-level entrepreneurship program is not enough for the reciprocal relationship among the subjects. This study review the university's entrepreneurship program in the domestic and abroad. We suggest the process and algorithm based education program which is The Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization.

With the advent of lifelong learning society, most of the cities in Korea have been promoting the construction of lifelong learning city. At this point, the purpose of this study is to configure regional learning programs and apply them to the actual world. Important results of this study can be outlined as follows; First, the regional learning programs in the lifelong learning society are desirable to be configurated with the situated learning method focused on the characteristics of learners, instructors and the local contexts. In addition, the active training of regional human resources such as organizing learning circles and SERVICE-LEARNING through the participation of them is effective as a teaching method. Secondly, the consequence through the field excursion calling itself 'the geography exploration group', organized by the researcher and involved with participants together provoked the paradigm shift on their region and the regional identity. Thirdly, the active participation of local experts including geography teachers should be needed for the popularization of geography education. Hence, if we continue to develop the local learning programs tailored to regional traits and apply them to the actual world, geography education will play an important role to build the stable foundation in the lifelong learning society.
