The purpose of this study was to analyze the vocational rehabilitation service environment of the mentally facilities. Focus group interview (FGI) was conducted for obtain the data. According to the interview results, first, in providing vocational rehabilitation services for people with mental illness, comprehensive services should be provided considering various needs. Second, the facilities are not recognized as vocational rehabilitation facilities for people with disabilities. Therefore, it is operated according to the regulations on mental rehabilitation facilities in the Mental Health Welfare Act. Third, they need management supports. Finally, It raised the necessity of revising laws and systems that are not systematized without reflecting reality. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions are presented.

해외 선진국을 중심으로 전 세계적으로 경기침체와 저성장, 저고용이 일어나고 있으며, 고용구조의 변화, 여성 운동, 도시 인구 이동, 환경오염, 장애인 일자리, 저출산 고령화시대, 청소년 문제, 평화문제 등 많은 사회문제들이 생겨나고 있다. 이들 국가는 이러한 다양한 사회문제들을 해결하기 위해 사회 서비스를 제공하고, 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위해 사회적기업(social enterprises), 사회적기업가 등을 육성하고 있다. 이는 우리나라도 마찬가지이며, 국내에 '사회적기업육성법'이 도입된 지 11년이 지났다. 그러나 2018년 10월을 기준으로 사회적기업은 2,030개에 불과한데, 이는 우리나라에서 사회적기업을 창업하고 성공하는 것이 얼마나 어려운지를 의미하는 것이다. 따라서 사회적기업의 창업 결정과 성공요인을 연구하는 것은 향후 사회적기업을 육성하는데 있어 큰 의미가 있다. 사회적기업의 창업의지에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구는 학문적으로 중요한 의미를 갖는데, 선행연구는 사회적기업의 성과분석과 육성방향, 사회적기업가 정신에 초점을 두어왔다. 그러나 사회적기업 창업 활성화에 관한 연구는 이제 시작 단계이며, 특히 사회적기업 창업에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 연구는 미비한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 연구의 공백을 채우고자 사회적기업 창업과 사회적기업에 관한 기존 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 경상남도 대학생의 사회적기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증분석하는데 있다. 이러한 요인들을 파악함으로써 앞으로 경상남도 사회적기업 창업의 활성화를 위해 정부와 대학의 전략적 역할에 관해 논의해 보고자 한다.

Aspiration of tooth can occur not only during dental treatment, but also due to factors like trauma or physiologic exfoliation of primary tooth. If this occurs, complications such as fever, cough, dyspnea, pain, and bronchitis can be appeared. 9 years-old girl with Lennox-Gastau syndrome visited the dental clinic for regular checkups. Calcified tooth-like material was observed in the chest PA x-ray, and maxillary left primary first molar was not observed in the patient's oral cavity. She had a history of hospitalization for pneumonia two months ago. Because it was considered that the tooth was likely to be aspirated and caused pneumonia, the extraction of remaining primary teeth with mobility was performed. It is necessary to reduce the risk of aspiration in patient with disabilities by performing active treatment such as removal of primary tooth with mobility or ill-fitting restorations.

In this paper, optical transport network in real time monitoring system using smart phone. In the conventional centralized mobility management schemes, it can lead to single points of failure, occurrence of a bottleneck, since all data and control are concentrated on the mobility anchor which is located in home network. In the current research of distributed mobility management, it is doing research into distributed mobility management which is supported by distributed mobility anchors. Such schemes do not consider a failure of the mobility anchor. However, it could be an issue under tactical environment since it occur non-service problem due to anchor movement, maintenance, failure, etc. In this paper, we proposed new DMM scheme named T-DMM(Tactical-Distributed Mobility Management) which can support handover even if mobility anchor breaks down. From the numerical analysis, we evaluate signaling cost and handover latency.

Braille guide block of sidewalk is an essential facility for independent walking of the blind. The blind walks while checking the braile guide blocks with white cane and sense of sole. When they leave the braile area, they face difficulties until they find the braile guide blocks again. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that guides the walking of the blind by determining whether they follows the braille guide blocks safely. For this purpose, the slope of the braille block is selected as a feature and a 3-line detector is introduced. Also the slopes are stabilized using spatial filtering to deal with breaks or junctions of the braille block during the progress and temporal filtering to cope with ego-motion of the blind. Through simulations using a dataset obtained from the real sidewalks and indoors, it can be shown that the proposed algorithm can successfully estimate the walking direction and determine whether the blind is out of the braille guide block area.

This study aims to identify Archimedes' idea used while proving proposition 23 in 'Quadrature of the Parabola' and to provide an alternative way for finding the sum of geometric series without applying the concept of limit by extending the idea though metaphor. This metaphorical model is characterized as static and thus can be complimentary to the dynamic aspect of limit concept adopted in Korean high school mathematics textbooks. In addition, middle school students can understand $0.999{\cdots}=1$ with this model in a structural way differently from the operative one suggested in Korean middle school mathematics textbooks. In this respect, I argue that the metaphorical model can be an useful educational tool for Korean secondary students to overcome epistemological obstacles inherent in the concepts of infinity and limit by making it possible to transfer from geometrical context to algebraic context.

The technology of 'Virtual Reality' has placed in advanced tools for human beings' joy and anger together with sorrow and pleasure in our generation. It has recently tried in a variety ways to use as an implication for treatment in the field of Cognitive Psychology. Especially, it widely approaches to human in terms of that a sense of reality in a virtual world through the five senses should reinterpret the meaning of cognition in the real world. Based on this paradigm shift, it allows for new treatment using the technology of virtual reality. A typical example is a field of Therapy in order to overcome panic disorder. It has advantages that in particular development of flexible interaction technologies in a virtual space can lead patients to experience psychological environments rather than physical one. the interaction technology provides environments in which users' five senses can be actively stimulated, it is very useful that information from the experiences in the virtual world allows people to learn through real experiences by renewing potential energies, advantages of Virtual Reality Therapy can be customized treatment by depending on symptoms in patients with panic disorder and are capable of differentiate application for the cure at each stage. It is to treat by leading patients to get accustomed to environments and situations in real world through care process with each symptom and stage. It is helpful that based on A Human-Sensibility Ergonomics, technologies like immersive virtual reality equipment, force-relative feedback and stereophonic sound, and like stimulating the sense of smell make people to induce experiences by stimulating human's five senses. There are many advantages of immersion in virtual world in that the phenomenon such as challenge, interaction, reality, illusion, and cooperation is expanded. As an application for therapy by growing such augmented reality, virtual space and sharing of data through the Internet and also inexpensive its availability have recently expanded the base. There are other benefits of Virtual Reality Therapy offering active interaction environments for cognitive experience which can provide appropriately adjusted environments for patients who are hard to overcome the real situation because of phobia. In addition to that it is safe and economical and patients' confidentiality is assured. Moreover, due to the principles of applying real-time navigation the Virtual Reality Therapy makes modification and supplementation easier and also it can reduce cybersickness because of the supply of Lenticular allowing people to see stereoscopy without eyeglasses, which makes sense of presence clearer. On top of that due to the development of interactive technologies, it is becoming close to sense of reality similar to real world by leading users to navigate by themselves and to operate objects in a virtual space. This paper will therefore examine, although it is of limited, characteristics of application of virtual reality technology based on A Human-Sensibility Ergonomics used for treatment for a disorder. this paper will analyse a range of its application and problems and it will suggest the future possibilities.

Generally, Bibliotherapy is aimed to cure the emotional or psychological wounds by using books for common users as self-treatment. But, Bibliotherapy for disabled people is carried out by alternative formats instead of a book. In library for the disabled, it is developing various bibliotherapy programs, but not yet activated. In order to carry out bibliotherapy, it is necessary to improve the bibliotherapy catalog preferentially. However, most Bibliotherapy catalogs are created for the common users, not for disabled people specially. How to make the special catalog for disabled people and catalog of alternative formats according to pathological symptom or situation is still a big problem. Basing on this premise, the author examined the necessity of bibliotherapy catalog for disabled people, and the present situation of alternative materials for the bibliotherapy. And then, the author proposes plans of bibliotherapy for how to build the bibliotherapy for disabled people.

A system that provides a ubiquitous service is a networked system that has to overcome their circumstances that the service survivability is weak. the survivability of a networked system is defined as an ability of the system that can offer their services without interruption, regardless of whether components comprising the system are under failures, crashes, or physical attacks. This paper presents an approach that end users can obtain a quantitative evaluation of U-service survivability to reflect intended cyber attacks causing the networked system to fall into byzantine failures in addition to the definition of the survivability. In this paper, a Jini system based on wireless local area networks is used as an example for quantitative evaluation of U-service survivability. This paper also presents an continuous time markov chain (CTMC) Model for evaluation of survivability of U-service that a Jini system provides, and an approach to evaluate the survivability of the U-service as a blocking probability that end users can not access U-services.
