Service is delivered to customers through interactions between service personnel and customer that will influence encounter outcomes. During service encounter, physical, psychological, emotional elements will be put into the service delivery. Thus, the purpose of this paper was to understand the rapport in hospitality & service encounter and examine the relationship between service provider's interaction, customer's participation and relationship belief. The research findings indicated that service provider's interaction and customer's participation were positively related to rapport. Furthermore, rapport which a customer feels from employee was found to contribute greatly to successful relationship beliefs with customers.

As various genome projects have produced enormous amount of biosequence data, functional sequence analysis in terms of tile nucleic acid and protein becomes very significant. In functional genomics and proteomics, the functional analysis of each individual gene and protein remains a big challenge. Contrary to traditional studies, which regard proteins as not components of a whole protein interaction network but individual entities, recent studies have focused on examining functions and roles of each individual gene and protein in view of a whole life system. In this regard, it has been recognized as an appropriate method to analyze protein function on the basis of synthetic information of its interaction and domain modularity. In this context, this paper introduces the PIVS (Protein-protein interaction Inference & Visualization System), which predicts the interaction relationship of input proteins by taking advantage of information on homology degree, domain modules which input sequences contain, and protein interaction relationship. The information on domain modules can increase the accuracy of the function and interaction relationship analysis in terms of the specificity and sensitivity.

In the literature, much research has been focused on the relationships between financial policies and corporate valuation, including the effects that internal equity and capital structure have on corporate value, as well as how capital structures, investments and dividends relate to one another. However, comprehensive studies considering three facets of financial policies, namely capital structures, investments, and internal equity altogether, are scant. This study follows 361 companies listed on the Korean Stock Exchange, excluding financial institutions, from 1996 to 2002. Using 3SLS methods, an empirical analysis was conducted of the relationships among capital structures, investments, dividends, and internal equity and the results are summarized. Capital structures were found to be negatively related with investments, while investments were mainly related to dividends. Dividends were positively related with internal equity, simultaneously affecting capital structures. We were not able to find any clear evidence of a direct relationship between internal equity and capital structures; however they seemed to be indirectly related. Thus, there seems to be mutual relationships between financial policies and internal equity.

MPEG-4 컨텐츠는 다양한 사용자 상호작용에 의하여 장면과 객체의 재생 시간이 동적으로 변화하는 특징이 있다[1-2]. 그러므로 MPEG-4 컨텐츠를 생성할 때, 사용자 이벤트에 의하여 변화하는 시간 관계의 저작은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 상호작용에 의하여 멀티미디어 객체간 시간 관계와 재생 시간, 재생 순서가 변화하는 시간 제약 모델을 제안한다. 그리고, 사용자 상호작용 지원 시간 제약 모델에 기반 한 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 저작 시스템인 MPEG-4 Studio를 제안한다. MPEG-4 Studio는 동적인 시간 관계를 지원하기 위하여 시간 관계 설정 GUI와 시간 관계 설정에 대한 제약 조건 검사, 시간 관계 정보에 대한 BIFS 변환을 제공하여 동적 시간 관계 정보를 포함한 MPEG-4 컨텐츠를 생성한다.

자본주의 경제체제에 있어서 금융시스템과 기업시스템은 경제시스템의 핵심을 구성하는 것으로서 경제의 효율성을 좌우한다. 중요한 것은 이 두 시스템은 국가의 경제적 기능과 함께 상호관련적으로 형성되고 전개되어 나간다는 점이다. 최근 세계 경제메카니즘의 변화에 따라 이들을 어떻게 재편성할 것인가 하는 것이 주요 관심대상으로 제기되어 왔다. 본고는 국가-금융-기업 시스템간의 시스템적 상호관련성에 유의하면서 거시적인 신제도 학파적 시각에서 그 관계의 틀을 고찰, 그 유형을 분류하여 보고 특히 금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 상호관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 제도론적 시각에서 볼 때 이 문제는 제도적 환경과 제도적 장치간의 체계적 관계를 규명하는 것으로서 궁극적으로 경제행위의 지배조정 메카니즘을 시장, 위계(조직), 네트워크 중 어느 방식에 중점을 둘 것인가와 관련된다. 구체적으로 볼 때 금융시스템에 있어서의 자본시장중심적 체계와 은행중심적 체계, 기업과 시장의 범위와 기업의 네트워크적 전개, 금융과 기업간 규율시스템에 있어서의 관계 둥은 모두 이러한 시각에서 일관적으로 파악될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 이들의 상호관계를 유형화시켜보고 그 논리를 우리의 현실에 적용시켜 볼 때 국가의 기능조정을 바탕으로 시장규율하에서의 네트워크적 관계를 모색하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

Spreading sequence play an important role in wireless communications, such as in a CDMA(code division multiple access) communication system and multi-carrier spectrum communication system. Spreading sequences with low cross-correlation, in a direct-sequence spread spectrum communication system, help to minimize multiple access interference and to increase security degree of system. Analysis of cross-correlations between the sequences is a necessary process to design sequences. However it require lots of computing time for analysis of cross-correlations between sequences. In this paper we propose a method which is possible to compute effectively cross-correlation using subfield in the process of practical computation of cross-correlation between nonlinear binary sequences.

본 연구에서는 충분히 보정되고 검증되어진 SWAT-K 모형으로부터 생성된 자료를 이용하여 강우-유출-유사 사이의 상호 관계를 도출해 보았다. 소양댐 상류유역을 대상으로 유역내 각 지점별 강우에 따른 유출 및 유사, 유출과 유사의 상호 관계 등을 도시하여 검토한 결과, 약 40 mm 이하의 강우에 대해서는 유사 발생이 많지 않음을 알 수 있었으며, 그 이상의 강우에 대해서 강우와 유사 사이에 이차원 관계의 회귀식을 유도할 수 있었다. 또한, 유출과 유사 사이에도 거듭제곱 형태의 관계식을 유도할 수 있었으며 그에 따른 결정 계수도 높게 나타나 상호간의 회귀식이 매우 상관성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 관계로부터 향후 복잡한 모형을 이용하지 않아도 대상유역의 특정 지역에 대해 강우로부터 유출이나 유사를 추정하는데 비교적 간편하고 신뢰성 있게 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

학급에서의 아동 상호간의 관계 파악은 아동 성향 파악 및 생활지도 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 교우관계를 파악하게 되면 서로 잘 어울리는 친구들이나 외톨이로 있는 아동을 미리 찾아내어 아이들 상호간의 감정의 흐름을 파악할 수 있고 서로 협력하는 학급을 만들기 쉬울 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 학급 아동 상호간의 호감도에 의해 교우관계를 분석할 수 있는 시스템을 퍼지 (Fuzzy) 이론을 응용하여 설계하고 그룹화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 교우관계의 특성상 애매모호하고 불확실한 감정과 호감도를 몇 마디 말 또는 '좋아한다', '좋아하지 않는다'는 이분법적인 방법으로 분석하기에는 아동 상호간에 복잡한 감정을 다 표현하기 어렵기 때문에 퍼지이론을 적용하여 수치화된 정보로 상대적 비교가 가능하도록 함으로써 좀 더 정확한 아동 상호 관계를 분석할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한, 퍼지이론을 바탕으로 연결차수를 계산한 그룹화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템과 분석화 방법의 특징은 첫째, 인간관계의 애매하고 모호한 점을 상대적 비교가 가능하게 함으로써 정확한 분석을 가능하게 하고, 둘째, 퍼지 이론의 적용을 통하여 해밍거리 (Hamming Distance)에 의한 유사도 분석이 가능한 시스템과 $\alpha$-수준집합 ($\alpha$-cut)에 의한 그룹화 방법을 제안하였으며, 셋째, 교육현장에서 발생할 수 있는 애매한 상황과 아동의 성향파악 등 수치적인 파악이 불가능한 부분을 분석이 가능한 데이터로 만들 수 있는 기초를 마련하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between sports players' SNS interaction, relationship commitment, relationship satisfaction, and loyalty. To this end, a total of 000 copies of data were obtained by conducting a survey on the online community of sports stars who followed or subscribed to sports stars through the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, and the results were as follows. First, it was found that sports players' SNS interaction had a positive effect on relationship commitment. Second, it was found that sports players' SNS interaction had a positive effect on relationship satisfaction. Third, it was found that relationship commitment had a positive effect on relationship satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that relationship commitment had a positive effect on loyalty. Fifth, relationship satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on loyalty.
