The main aim of this paper is to explore a strategy for the attraction of POSCO into Gangwon province through the collaborative network of industry-University institute-government. Although Gangwon province has abundant resources, the industrial development is stagnant owing to unfavorable conditions of industrial location. However, while attracting an magnesium smelting factory of POSCO into Gangneung city, the industrial development in the province faces a new phase for the industrialization in the region. Successful factors of the attraction are as follows; firstly, mutual collaborations of local government, research institutes, region-based firms; secondly, trust throughout rational proposals which are focused upon mutual regard of local government, POSCO and research institutes; thirdly, stategies for the attraction of POSCO which are based upon thorough analysis on such firm; finally, securing the demand market of forward industries.

It is extremely lacking and urgently required that the method of constructing the Gene Regulatory Network (GRN) from RNA-Sequencing data (RNA-Seq) because of Big-Data and GRN in Big-Data has obtained substantial observation as the interactions among relevant featured genes and their regulations. We propose newly the computational comparative feature patterns selection method by implementing a minimum-redundancy maximum-relevancy (MRMR) filter the support vector machine-recursive feature elimination (SVM-RFE) with Intensity-dependent normalization (DEGSEQ) as a preprocessor for emphasizing equal preciseness in RNA-seq in Big-Data. We found out the proposed algorithm might be more scalable and convenient because of all libraries in R package and be more improved in terms of the time consuming in Big-Data and minimum-redundancy maximum-relevancy of a set of feature patterns at the same time.

공공도서관과 학교도서관이 긴밀한 연관성을 유지하면서 그들의 모든 시설, 자료, 인력 등을 서로 나누어 활용하는 상호협력활동은 양질의 봉사프로그램을 제공할 수 있고 조화로운 공동목표를 성취할 수 있다. 사서들의 상호협력에 대한 인식조사결과 상당히 긍정적이며 지역사회에 지도력을 발휘하고자 하는 태도를 가지고 있다. 양 도서관의 지리적인 문제는 분관설치나 이동도서관의 증설 등으로 해결할 것을 제시하였고 재교육의 기회를 활용하여 협력봉사를 위한 자질을 증진시키는 방향도 제시하였다.

최근 C-H 수소결합의 강한 상한 상호작용에 의하여 blue shift를 나타내는 현상이 보고 되고 있다. 비정질 불화탄소의 화학적 이동유기 절연막의 경우, 화학적 이동의 원인은 매우 서로 다른 원인에 발생하지만 이러한 물질의 상호작용은 친핵성 첨가반응에 의한 것임을 확인하였다. a-C:F 박막의 화학적 이동은 XRD 패턴에 의해서 결합 구조와 연관이 있으며, C-H 결합이 불소에 의한 끌림현상으로부터 발생되면서 비정질 구조로 변하는 것을 확인하였다.

In this paper self tuning control of interconnected systems are dealt in view point of large scale system control. The plant model is given in multiple ARMA process. This process is simplified as independent SISO ARMA process having offset terms. This offset was considered as effects of interconnections. In each decentralized system, self tuning controller with instrumental variable method is adopted. As a result, this algorithm enables the parameter estimation to be unbiased and non-drift. This controller contains a new implicit offset rejection technique. Simulation results considers well with the analysis in case of linear interconnection.

최근 들어 구제역과 같은 세균에 대한 경계와 관심이 늘어가고 있다. 하지만, 관심에 비하여 이에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이고 대기질과 상호 연계한 연구는 더욱 미미한 상태이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 광주광역시의 시간대별 교통량과 대기질 그리고 낙하세균의 수를 함께 조사하여 상호연관성을 찾아보고자 하였다. 낙하세균은 탄저균이나 구제역처럼 전염성이나 인체에 미치는 영향은 크지 않지만 공중보건과 대기질 관리의 관점에서 이에 대한 정보 확보와 관련대책이 시급하다. (중략)

본 연구에서는 영상에서 효과적인 에지 연결(edge linking)을 위하여 기존의 셀룰러 신경망 구조에서 두 가지 유형의 시냅스 구조를 고려한 활성화 특성을 제안한다 제시하는 모델에서 노드들간의 측면 연결에 의한 상호 작용은 노이즈에 의한 에지 및 영상에서 추출된 비최대점(non-maximum)의 에지를 억제할 문만 아니라, 특정 노드의 원형 이웃(circular neighborhood)으로 그려되는 특징들 간의 상호 연관도를 반영하여 에지의 연결 효과를 이를 수 있게 한다. 이러한 과정은 에지를 표현하는 벡터형식의 각 성분에 대한 활성화 특성으로부터 정형화된 에너지 함수로 모델링하고 이에 대한 최적화 과정으로써 구현될 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 새로 고안된 DC방전 AND gate를 구성하는 각 방전셀 상호간의 영향을 방전특성 측면에서 규명하였다. 4개의 각 셀은 서로 공간전하와 결합하여 깊은 연관이 있었으며 그 결과 PDP의 address 방전을 도와주기 위한 프라이밍 방전의 동작마진을 얻기가 매우 어렵다는 것을 정성적으로 알았다. 실험결과 각 전극의 최적화된 방전전압을 결정할 수 있었다.

수는 인류 문명의 발달에 기여하여 왔으며 고대 철학자들의 사유의 대상이 되어 왔다. 수는 간단히 사물을 세는 수에서 도형, 논리학, 허수, 무한, 등으로 그 영역이 확대 되어 현대에는 추상화되어 왔다. 수학은 새로운 사상과 사유의 영향으로 새로운 영역이 개척되기도 하였는데 본 논문은 좌표상의 수가 관찰자의 의식과의 상호 작용을 통하여 존재한다고 제시하였다. 여기서 관찰자 의식을 배타수를 이용하여 표현하는 것을 시도하였다. 이러한 점의 존재에 대한 사유가 우주의 시원에 대한 것과 연관이 있음을 살펴보고자 한다.
