온라인 쇼핑몰 전환장벽의 선행요인 연구

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 전환장벽(Switching Barrier)과 E-Quality, 상호작용성(Interactivity), 신뢰성 (Trust)을 중심으로 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 전체 100명의 표본을 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 사용하여 구조모형 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 결과, EQ, 상호작용성, 신뢰성이 가상관계에 유의한 영향을 주고 있으며, 가상관계, 전환비용, 대안의 매력이 쇼핑몰에 대한 충성도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Enhanced Cube Network for the High Reliability (고 신뢰성 큐브 네트웍)

  • Multistage Interconnection networks (MIN) for the high performance computing and communications must be efficient and reliable. While a number of fault tolerance schemes have been developed, some of them are not efficient enough with respect to all evaluation measures or overheads of others are too significant. In this paper we develop a new efficient fault tolerant MIN which displays high reliability and fault tolerance capability using a simple structure. Structure and reliabilities of Enhanced Cube Network are evaluated and compared with previous designs to show the effectiveness of new design.

대학행정의 노력 및 신뢰가 산학협력장애에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 산학협력의 관계를 통해 발생하는 장애를 파악하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 요인을 대학행정의 노력과 신뢰에서 찾아본다. 기존 산학협력의 연구에서, 산학간의 관계는 경로의존성에 의해 지속적인 상호작용과 지식의 흡수역량을 키움으로써, 양자간 협력에 대한 누적된 경험과 다양한 채널의 폭을 가진다. 하지만 상호간 인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽과 같은 산학협력의 장애는 필연적으로 발생한다. 이러한 장애를 극복해야만 좀 더 효과적인 성과를 유도하고, 지속적인 산학협력의 관계가 유지될 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 대학행정의 노력수준과 산학간의 신뢰가 높을수록 산학협력 장애요인인 상호인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 산학협력장애를 극복할 수 있는 이 두 가지 요인의 수준을 높이기 위한 산학연관 주체의 관심과 실행 및 제도적 뒷받침이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

  • In this study, it is suggested that it has to reliability-based design methodology with respect to bridge structure-rail longitudinal interaction and bridge structure-vehicle interaction. For the structural analysis, commercial package, ABAQUS, are used for a three-dimensional finite element analysis. The optimization process utilizes a well-known optimizer, ADS(Automated Design Synthesis). Optimization technique is utilized the ALM-BFGS method for global area search and Golden Section Method for 1-D search. In general, ALM-BFGS method don't need the 1-D search, and that algorithm converge a 0.1~0.2 of Push-Off factor. But in this study, value of Push-Off factor is used 90, therefore 1-D search should be needed for effective convergency. That algorithm contains the "heuristic decision method". As a result of optimum design of 2-main steel girder birdge with 5${\times}$(1@50m), design methodology suggested in this study was demonstrated more economic and efficient than existing design and LCC optimization not considering bridge-rail longitudinal interaction and bridge-vehicle interaction.

  • 전통적으로 반도체의 신뢰성을 추정하는 방법은 생산 완료 후 수명검사 자료나 고객 양도 후 제품고장 자료로부터 얻어지는 후인형이다. 90년대에 들면서 제품의 수율과 신뢰성이 상호관련이 있다는 실험자료가 얻어짐에 따라 수율로부터 신뢰성을 예측할 수 있다는 연구결과가 발표되었다. 그 이후 제품 설계시에 수율에 기초하여 신뢰성을 고려할 수 있도록 하는 전도형 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 반도체 수율과 신뢰성을 통합할 수 있는 모형에 기초하여 수율과 신뢰성 사이의 관련성을 이론적으로 유도하고 증명하고자 한다.

Dimension- by-Dimension Effects of Service Quality on the Customer Relationship Quality of Internet Shopping Malls and the Moderating Role of the Length of Use (인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객관계의 질에 대한 서비스품질 차원별 영향 및 이용기간의 조절역할)

  • First, based on extant studies in the field, the author extracts environments, general and personalized interactions between an internet shopping mall and its customers, interactions among customers, and outcomes as 5 relevant dimensions of the service quality of an internet shopping mal She derives hypotheses on the relationships between each of the service quality dimensions and each of the three components of the relationship quality, satisfaction, trust, and commitment. She also investigates the moderating role of the relationship duration defined by the length of use in the relationships. She studies the relationships among the three relationship quality components and their effects on the future intentions of relationship maintenance, too. Through a survey on college students and adult consumers, she gathers 349 qualified questionnaires. Applying regression methods on the data, she finds out that most of the relationships between each of the service quality dimensions and each of the relationship quality dimensions are statistically significant but that the strengths of relationship are quite different dimension by dimension. The moderating effect of the relationship duration is not found except one case, the relationship between general interactions and trust. The author also finds out positive relationships between satisfaction and trust between satisfaction and commitment, and between trust and commitment. Positive relationships between trust and the future intention of relationship maintenance and between commitment and the future intention are found. But the data does not reveal any statistically significant relationship beetween satisfaction and the future intention. The author provides a few implications of the research results and future research agenda.

The effect of trust repair behavior on human-robot interaction (로봇의 신뢰회복 행동이 인간-로봇 상호작용에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to confirm the effect of social and relational behavior types of robots on human cognition in human-robot interaction. In the experiment, the participants evaluated trust in robots by watching a video on the robot Nao interacting with a human, in which the robot made an error and then made an effort to restore trust. The trust recovery behavior was set as three conditions: an internal attribution in which the robot acknowledges and apologizes for an error, a condition in which the robot apologizes for an error but attributes it externally, and a non-action condition in which the robot denies the error itself and does not take any action for the error. As the result, in all three cases, the error was perceived as less serious when the robot apologized than when it did not, and the ability of the robot was also highly evaluated. These results provide evidence that human attitudes towards robots can respond sensitively depending on the robot's behavior and how they overcome errors, suggesting that human perception towards robots can change. In particular, the fact that robots are more trustworthy when they acknowledge and apologize for their own errors shows that robots can promote positive human-robot interactions through human-like social and polite behavior.

A Study on the Effect of Selection Attributes of Agrifood Platform on Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Supplier Trust (농식품 플랫폼의 선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 공급자신뢰의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • In this study, the effect of platform selection attributes on customer satisfaction by mediating supplier trust for agrifood platform users was analyzed. The sub-variables of the selection attribute were classified into diversity, convenience, information, commerciality, and interactivity. The collected 190 questionnaires, SPSS v24.0 and Process macro 4.0 were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that information, commerciality, and interactivity affect supplier trust in a positive direction, and diversity and convenience do not affect supplier trust. Second, it was confirmed that supplier trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, convenience, information, commerciality, and interactivity were found to affect customer satisfaction in a positive direction, and diversity did not affect customer satisfaction. It was tested to mediate between informational, commercial, interactivity and customer satisfaction. These results suggest that the platform's informativeness, commerciality, and interactivity can increase customer satisfaction by increasing supplier trust. As a follow-up study, it is recommended that the analysis of moderated mediating effects by the conditional process model including moderating variables or research to discover third mediator(s) other than the supplier trust used in the study is needed.

  • 단백질 상호작용 검출 방법의 발달로 많은 양의 데이터가 산출되고 있고, 이러한 상호작용 데이터의 방대한 양으로 인해 통계적 방법을 이용하여 데이터를 처리함으로서 유용한 지식을 얻을 수 있다 예측한 상호작용 데이터는 첫째, 대량의 데이터를 생산해내므로, 많은 false-positive를 내포하고 있고, 둘째, 예측한 상호작용을 검증시 실험을 하는 방법 외에는 신뢰도를 측정하기가 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 점수 할당시스템을 사용함으로서 예측한 인간 단백질 상호작용 데이터의 false-positive를 줄이고, 각각 상호작용에 점수를 부설함으로서 상호작용 데이터의 신뢰도를 검증하는 방법을 제안하고 있다.
