Recording to development of info-communication, recent educational paradigm asks not for a passive transmitter but an active constructor who can solve the various complicated problems in real situations. Such a change asks for the educational setting which includes sharing ideas and information rather than possessing them by themselves. Learning through presentation has many problems which are few chances of presentation as well as reusing of presentation data. etc. This study suggested the strategy which are promoting interactions through presentation class and using practically. For this, role of the presentation data provider and learner was suggested, also strategies to implement of the presentation learning support system step by step. Through the strategy of this paper could maintain the active communicating relationship between the learners. Without the limitation of the time and space, the real time communication is made while looking at the presentation data of the other party, the teaming effect by the presentation teaming strategy is expected to be high.

The Purpose of this study is to embody self-directed learning management system and contents which are considered of learner's interactivity and usability in e-learning environment; It is based on self directed teaching and learning strategies. It divides type of interaction centering on the learners into four categories: (1) learner and instructor (2) learner and learner (3) learner and contents (4) learner and learning management system. The specific elements of learning management system is set up and embodied to present the interaction strategies according to the above-mentioned patterns, to improve the self-directed learning ability and to facilitate an online communication. The learning contents based on the self directed learning strategies, design the interface in due consideration of the learners' usability based on six strategies such as simple navigation, consistency, intuitive interface, linkage, user supports and immediate feedback. This research makes up for the weak points in the self-directed functions of learning management system and links up with learning contents, therefore it has a value to improve learner's interactivity and usability. It is expected that the research results can be helpful in quality improvement of e-learning environment.

오늘날 급격한 경영환경의 변화로 인해 제조업의 효율적인 운영이 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 기업내에 새로운 기술을 도입하고자 할 경우, 해당 기업이 추구하고 있는 전략은 물론이고 그것이 실제로 운용되어지는 제조구조에 적합하지 않으면 경제적 효과를 얻지 못할 가능성이 크다. 본 연구에서는 사업전략·제조구조, CIM기술간 적합성 개념이나 시너지 효과(synergy effect)를 밝혀내고자 하였다. 따라서 각 차원에 따른 유형들이 상호보완적인 집합임에 착목하여 , 두 차원간 부합성 정도의 결과치가 어떠한 순위를 나타낼 것인지 조사하였다. 또한 세 차원 사이의 선택적 결합에 따른 상황적응성이 제조기업의 성과에 얼마만큼이나 영향을 미치고 있는지 검증해 보았다. 특히 한·일 제조업의 경영시스템을 경쟁전략·제조체계·CIM기술간 적합성 측면에서 살펴봄으로써, 상이한 경영환경하의 양국 제조기업이 각각 어떤 특성을 지니고 있는지 파악하고자 시도했다.

많은 암 환자들이 보완대체의학(CAM)의 치료법을 이용한다. 의사들은 보완대체의학 치료법에 대한 권위 있는 정보들을 이를 찾는 환자들에게 책임 있는 조언을 줄 수 있기 위해 필요로 한다. 이 글은 암 환자에게 일반적으로 사용되는 선택된 보완대체의학 치료법의 효과와 안정성에 대한 최근의 증거를 요약했다. 식이요법과 보조식품, 한약 및 기타 생약제재, 침, 마사지, 운동, 심리 및 심신의학 등의 주요 카테고리가 포함되었다. 효과의 증거에 대한 '가능한 질병진행과 생존율에 대한 효과' 및 '가능한 완화효과'의 두 가지 범주가 고려되었다. 안전성의 증거를 평가하는데 있어 '직적접인 부작용의 위험'과 '통상적 치료법과의 상호작용에 의한 위험'의 두 가지 위험 요소가 고려되었다. 각각의 치료에 있어 효용성과 안정성에 대한 현재의 균형은 이 치료법이 적절히 권고가 되고 수용되어지거나(예를 들어 유방암과 전립선암을 가진 영양 섭취가 충분한 환자의 식이지방 감소) 억제되는 것을(예를 들어 과량의 비타민 A 보조제) 제시한다. 이러한 전략은 보완대체의학의 치료법을 찾는 암환자들에게 책임 있고 근거중심적이고 환자중심적인 조언을 제공하는 것을 발전시킬 수 있다.

최근 각 기업에는 6시그마, PI등 여러 가지 혁신 활동이 차별화 되지 않고 도입되는 경향이 있으며, 기업 내부에서도 바람직한 혁신활동 연계방안에 대해서 많은 고민을 하고 있는 실 정 임. 따라서 이러한 혁신활동을 잘 이해하고 통합할 수 있는 방안이 필요 할 것이며, 여기에서는 이것들을 연계한 경영 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 6시그마와 PI의 특징을 살펴보면, 비즈니스 리엔지니어링은 급격하게 변화하는 프로세스의 구성을 의미하는 것으로 볼 수 있으나 PI는 보다 포괄적인 개념이다. 즉, 새로운 작업전략(Work Strategy)의 비전설정과 실질적인 프로세스 디자인 활동을 포함한다. 또한 기술적 차원, 인간적 차원, 조직적 차원등 다차원적 변화의 추진과 실행을 의미한다. 반면에 6시그마는 고객의 요구(Customer Requirement)를 명확히 이해하고 이에 대응하는 기업의 모든 활동을 Top Down시각에서 합리적인 전사 표준을 통해 측정, 평가 후 도출되는 문제점 및 개선 사항에 대해 개선 프로세스에 따라 TFT(Task Force Team) 활동을 지속적으로 전개함으로써 총체적 고객만족을 구현하는데 궁극적인 목적을 둔다. 이러한 경영혁신 활동은 구성원의 참여를 기반으로 하며, 이에 대한 권한 위임과 더불어 지속적인 지원을 바탕으로 제품 및 서비스에 영향을 미치는 모든 부문에 걸쳐 영역 제한 없이 실시하는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 6시그마는 결코 PI를 대체할 수 없으며 상호 보완적 관계로 연계시켜 추진하는 것이 바람직하다.

The previous studies based on a resource-based view of firm highlighted the role of resources within a firm in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. Recent research, however, the relational view points to the importance of inter-firm sources(or relational capital) in creating firm competitiveness. In international business field, the studies on born-global firms also states that when firms are lack of ownership-specific advantages in their internationalization process, they resort to the external partners and social networks to complement their resource scarcity. By adopting the relational view and born-global firms concept, a network-based approach needs to be applied to explain the international strategy of Korean service firms. This is because most of Korean service firms own less ownership-specific advantages than global competitors. This study proposes Korean firms' global network building and exploiting strategy to enhance their international stages of development. The network, for example, Global Korean Tourism Network, enables network members access to the valuable resources and capabilities they are lack of when undergoing internationalization process. This study's contribution is along two dimension. First, even global Korean network is emerging as a major issue in recent years, we could not figure out how to build global Korean network for service firms. This studies gives an answer. Second, we derived what benefits can be gained from the network if Global Korean Tourism Network is developed for hotel, tourism, convention firms' internationalization.

해외원전사업은 아직 초보단계이기 때문에 시장정보와 $\ulcorner$마케팅$\lrcorner$능력에 있어서 열세(劣勢)에 있는 등 사업추진에 어려움이 많고 위험부담이 수반된다. 해외원전 사업을 성공적으로 달성하기 위해서는 우선 해외시장 정보의 공유(共有)와 국내 관련업체들의 분야별 상호보완적인 협력체제를 유지해야 한다. 또한 단기에 가시적인 성과를 기대하기 보다는 장기적으로 인내심을 갖고 꾸준히 추진하는 전략적인 노력이 필요하다. 우리의 진출 분야는 원자력사업을 시작하려는 나라들과 교류를 증진하면서 타당성(妥當性) 조사, 설계, 기자재 공급, 기술용역 지원, 그리고 건설 시공 등을 맡는 것이다.

This paper tries the systematic approach to risk which is a major theme in engineering ethics utilizing science and technology studies. The types of risk can be classified as technical risk, methodological risk, epistemological risk by the degree of uncertainty. The strategies for risk management can be assorted to applied science strategy, professional consultancy strategy, post-normal science strategy. These types and strategies of risk request different kinds of expertise such as technocratic expertise, interactive expertise, democratic expertise. This paper can not only contribute to complement and extend engineering ethics education but also be linked with the goals of engineering education in general.
