The purpose of teacher education is to improve the professionalism of teachers above the current level. The type of teacher education to improve the professionalism of experienced teachers is broadly divided into top-down education and bottom-up education. So far, studies on top-down education were commonly conducted in the field of Korean language education. However, there has been an increasing number of studies emphasizing the need for bottom-up education, driven by the voluntary participation of teachers in recent years. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of reflective teacher education for experienced Korean language teachers. For this purpose, a survey was conducted of 71 Korean language teachers who had more than 5 years of experience. The contents of the survey consisted of opinions regarding existing teacher education, the need for reflective teacher education, and the perception of teaching professionalism. The results showed that experienced Korean language teachers had a positive perception of the existing teacher re-education experience. Also, 91% of the respondents said they intend to participate in the reflective teacher education program. In particular, respondents showed high demands for 'peer coaching', 'peer observation', and 'teaching portfolios' among reflective teacher education programs. Lastly, many respondents selected 'development and utilization of teaching materials', 'encouraging learner's utterances', and 'leading learner's interest and motivation' as sub-elements of teaching professionalism that they wish to improve through teacher re-education.

The purpose of the study is to suggest a standardized teaching-learning model as a method for strengthening the practical effect of the information ethic education for the adolescent, which is practiced in schools as the inter-disciplinary way. A survey was put to teachers and their needs are analyzed. At the same time, in order to draw the practical teaching-learning model, the teaching examples were collected for contesting. Through this process, a bottom-up approach which tries to analyze the actual class examples and generalizes them, the teaching-learning model has been suggested. As a result, another survey was conducted for the investigation of the efficacy of the model between beneficiary group and comparison group. The results are as followings; the experiment group showed a higher index in regard with such items as Information Culture Index, Lesson Satisfaction Degree, and Practice Will than Comparison Group, and the differences are statistically significant. The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan for the development of an ecological audit program that can be applied to the elementary school curriculum for sustainability education. School ecological audits enable students or groups of students to identify and solve the school's environmental problems on their own, thereby fostering sustainable decision-making and attitudes. As a result of the study through literature research, an ecological audit project learning program applicable to the elementary school curriculum was developed. The developed program is aimed at 6th graders and is composed of 16 steps reflecting the procedural and ecological processes of the ecological audit. In order to settle the developed program in the school site and improve the school sustainability of the developed program, it is necessary to introduce a school environment management system that can periodically monitor the school environment, strengthen the capacity of school teachers, and provide a professional certification system outside the school. In addition, with this bottom-up policy-making system, students can expect to spread a sustainable school culture through environmental education activities.
