Either absorbable or nonabsorbable sutures can be used in meniscal repair. Some surgeons prefer nonabsorbable sutures because they believe that nonabsorbable sutures improve meniscal healing as compared with absorbable sutures. But, permanent existence of sutures in the lesion could make problems. We report a case of Inside-Out meniscus repair that nonabsorbable sutures came out of the joint capsule tearing the substance of the meniscus.

The purpose of this study was to examine influencing factors on plastic surgery addiction tendency. The participants, 223 undergraduate women, completed the ACSS, SATAQ, and MBSRQ. Data were collected from May, 2014 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, ANOVA, logistic regression analysis. Each of variables related to plastic surgery were analyzed between positive expectation group, addiction risk group, or addiction group compared to stable group. The prevalences of stable, positive expectation, addiction risk, and addiction group were 21.1%, 35.0%, 32.7%, and 11.2%, respectively. 45.7% had at least one personal plastic surgery. Personal experience of plastic surgery, high levels of ACSS (Consider), high levels of SATAQ (Internalization), and high levels of MBSRQ (Appearance Evaluation) were all associated with plastic surgery addiction tendency. The results of this study suggest that prevention of early plastic surgery, sociocultural influence and body image disturbances as well as safe guidance for plastic surgery are important in preventing the plastic surgery addiction.

Adamantinoma is a rare malignant tumor and approximately 85% of cases occur in the tibia. In 1985, Moon and Mori reviewed the world literature and identified 195 cases. A 59-year-old woman was presented with nonspecific pain on left leg after trauma. Radiographic finding showed well-circumscribed soap bubble appearance with areas of sclerosis in diaphyseal region of the tibia. Magnetic resonance imaging and biopsy was performed for diagnosis. Histologically, the lesion was compatible with adamantinoma. Wide resection with bone graft was performed. There was no recurrence at 3 years follow-up. We report a case of adimantinoma that arose in diaphyseal region of the tibia with review of literature.

막대한 예산을 투입하여 추진하고 있는 지자체 GIS사업은 기술의 발전에 비해 제도, 교육, 사용자의 마인드, 유지관리 활동, 향후 사업 구상 등에서 상대적인 빈곤을 경험하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이렇듯 신기술이 도입됨에 따라 다양한 제반 여건들이 동반적으로 성숙하지 못함으로 인해 발생하는 현상을 과도기적 현상1)으로 진단하고 있다. 이미 다양한 분야에서 GIS를 도입한 지자체에서는 이러한 과도기적 현상을 극복하기 위해 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 새롭게 GIS를 도입하고자 하는 지자체에서도 타 지자체에서 모니터링을 통해 간접적으로 과도기적 현상을 경험함으로 인해 효과적인 사업 추진을 구상하는데 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 또한 지자체의 경우 중앙정부에서 추진하고 있는 다양한 사업에 영향을 받을 수밖에 없고, 현재의 GIS 사업의 추세가 단순한 공간정보 중심의 사업이 아닌 다양한 속성정보와의 연계를 모색하고 있다는 점에서 지자체 GIS정보화의 방향은 예전과는 사뭇 다른 양상을 간파해 야 하는 현실에 놓여 있다. 이와 같은 지자체 GIS의 과도기적 현상을 극복하기 위해서는 정보기술의 빠른 변화속도와 외부환경의 극심한 환경변화의 상황에서 ‘보이는 것과 보이지 않는 것’의 관계를 진단하고, 변화에 대한 예측과 대비, 중요한 일과 급한 일을 구분한 총체적인 밑그림의 마련과 실행계획의 수립이 우선시 되어야 한다. 지자체 GIS의 문제 해결의 노력이 단숨에 바로 해결되는 것이 아니고, 또한 현재 추진된 사업을 기반으로 중복투자의 방지와 시너지 효과 극대화를 위한 투자의 노력이 장기간의 시간적 개념속에서 진행되어야 한다는 점에서 이를 이끌어줄 가이드가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 총체적인 지자체 GIS의 계획마련을 위해 건설교통부에서는 ‘국가지리정보구축 및 활용등에 관한 법률’상에 계획 수립의 항목을 명문화하고, 나아가 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립에 관한 지침작성을 위한 노력을 진행 중에 있다. 이러한 일련의 현실을 감안하여 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립을 체계적이고 실질적으로 수립할 수 있는 ‘지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립모델’은 반드시 선행되어야 할 사항임에 분명하다. 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립 모델은 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립의 효과로 하고 있으며, 형식적 측면에서는 GIS특성을 반영한 전략계획 수립의 방법론적 측면을 중심으로 구성된다. 이러한 과정을 거처 실제 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획을 수립하는데 필요한 9단계를 설정하고 각각의 단계에 대한 중심활동을 바탕으로 지자체에서 실제 전략계획 수립에 필요한 지침을 작성하는 것으로 구성되어 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree to which cyber counselors' psychological stress, Compassion fatigue and Compassion satisfaction affect exhaustion. 82 cyber counselors were surveyed, and 5 interviews were conducted. As a result of analysis to find out the degree of influence on exhaustion, it was found that Compassion satisfaction was a variable. In-depth interviews looked at the causes, consequences, and ways of overcoming exhaustion, and increased Compassion satisfaction, a positive emotion in the process of helping clients, lowers exhaustion, and shows that Compassion satisfaction is a protective factor to prevent exhaustion. Based on the research results, implications and limitations were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze elementary, middle and high school teachers' perceptions and experiences on school library services, to obtain basic information and to draw implications for setting the contents and direction of school library services. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 498 teachers working at elementary, middle and high schools in the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education for reading status, recognition and emotion of the school libraries, school library experience, teaching experiences using school libraries, and the role of teacher-librarians. As a result of the analysis, there was a difference in teachers' perceptions, emotions, and experiences of school library services according to school level and school library personnel. In particular, the school library personnel was found to have a significant influence on teachers' perception, emotion and experience of school library service.

The purpose of this study was to identify and understand the meaning and structure of librarians' experience of occupational socialization. Two in-depth interviews were conducted with each of the sixteen participants, practiced above 5 years in libraries and selected by theoretical sampling. Colaizzi's method of phenomenological interpretation was used to arrive at themes that represent what the experience of being a librarian meant to participants. Five thematic categories emerged from the data: 1) growing through deepening work and extending ability, 2) adapting the organization culture, 3) come to maturity along with users, 3) having double consciousness of the profession, 4) seeking self-realization as a librarian. Thus, librarians' experience means to orient toward the becoming a librarian with the professional situated the practice, and is the process librarian concretizes and realizes the ideal type of librarianship in the practice through adjustable interactive-process with environments.

People use diary or photograph for recall-ing their memory in order to satisfy their desires for recording their lives. If the experienced events are organized to a story, S/he can share her/his experience with others, and recall her/his significant events easily. In this paper, we propose a method that generates a story with Petri net and user contexts collected from mobile device. Here, we use Petri-net as a representation method that links human activities or experience causally. It is appropriate solution for modeling parallel events in real world, and for representing non-linear story line. In order to show the usefulness of the proposed method, we show an example of generating a story of user's experience with user contexts from mobile device and evaluate them.

This study identified the experiences that the disabled actually feel in the library space in the face of growing social demands for spatial functions in public libraries. This study also tried to determine the requirements for the space that disabled wanted. For the research, 15 subjects were selected for each of the five people who were blind, deaf, and handicapped with experience using the library and individual in-depth interviews were conducted for the research. The study found that the experience of the disabled in the library space differed by type of disability and generally more negative experiences were found than positive ones. Misperception about the disabled of library staff and the non-disabled were having a significant impact on the disabled's negative experience for library space. There were a wide variety of opinions on the requirements for library space and there were generally negative perceptions about the current level of library space for the Integrated library service space.

The popularization of mobile Internet applications has accelerated the development of smart tourism industry. Based on TAM and VAM theories, this paper studies the influencing factors of tourism App users' willingness to continue using through complex network and data analysis methods. Through the research, it is found that the improvement of service level and design concept of smart tourism application can accelerate the aggregation of complex networks and improve user engagement. At the same time, reasonable price service experience value, convenience service experience value, interactive service experience value, emotional design perception, ease of use design perception, entertainment design perception and other factors can have a direct impact on users' intention to continue to use, and there is a significant correlation. The smart tourism App's convenience and price advantage are the root of its competitiveness. The design concept can affect users' emotional experience and perceptual experience, and help smart tourism App improve users' satisfaction.
