  • 이웃기반 협력 필터링을 이용한 추천시스템은 적은 평가 자료로 인해 추천 성능에 문제가 생긴다. 이는 다른 고객의 정보도 추천에 사용하는 협력 필터링에서 이웃고객 선정에 문제가 생겨 추천시스템의 신뢰가 떨어진다. 본 논문은 추천시스템의 신뢰를 높이기 위한 방법으로 선호도 평가치가 적은 상품을 임계값을 이용하여 선별하고 이에 따라 고객의 표준편차를 조사하였다. 그리고 표준편차가 낮은 고객에 대한 MAE를 분석하여 예측의 정확도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다.

  • The percentage share of mobile gift card certificate in the gift card market has increased significantly each year. But from a consumer perspective mobile gift card certificate has several problems. Specifying unfair terms in Fair Trade Commission has improved slightly, but the problem is not replaced with the equivalent authority that issued the vouchers can not be solved. The exchange between users the most realistic way to solve this problem is to create an environment as possible. In conclusion, The deal will be possible to build a mobile gift card certificate brokerage trading in a convenient and reliable P2P-based. If the System for mediating transactions of a mobile gift certificate has created a healthy retail environment, such as the expansion of the voucher market, reduce social costs may be creating.

  • In cosmetics industry, we notice that the research should be focused on developing well-being related products such as SPA, esthetique, mass-customization, organics, naturals besides inner beauty and body shaping products. These well-being related products should satisfy customers' expectation about not only concern about health but also safety, reliability, and ethos about products. In that context, the systematic way for well-being related research in cosmetics should be carried out concerning anti-aging with fat-decom-position, vitamin, polyphenol, and organics. At the same time, there are several important factors in this research like augmenting efficacy, controlling skin-absorbency, skin-adaptability, forming, stabilization of activated com-ponents, improving sustainability, and developing new materials based on dermatologic and emotional science. It should be also emphasized that recent technologies such as bio-technology, nano-technology, and natural-material-technology are the cornerstones of developing well-being products.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 중고거래 플랫폼들의 불편한 점들을 해소하고 사용자들이 효율적이고 편리한 중고거래를 할 수 있도록 도와주는 플랫폼을 개발했다. 조사를 통해 기존 중고거래 플랫폼은 허위 매물, 시세 파악의 어려움, 사기 피해 등의 문제점이 존재한다는 사실을 인식했다. 문제 해결을 위해 파이썬을 활용하여 주요 중고거래 플랫폼의 상품 데이터를 수집했다. 이에 IQR을 적용하여 가격의 이상치를 판별했다. 가격 비교와 허위 매물 판별이 용이하게 되는 장점이 있다. 또한 이상치를 제거한 상품들의 시세를 계산하여 데이터를 차트로 시각화했다. 플랫폼과 지역마다 상이한 중고 상품의 신뢰성 있는 시세를 파악할 수 있고 중고거래 사기 피해를 방지할 수 있도록 사용자에게 주요 사기 수법, 뉴스 등의 정보를 제공한다.

Security and Trust on Non-Contact Financial Transaction (금융보안과 신뢰가 비대면 금융거래에 미치는 영향)

  • The pandemic age came to us after the COVID19 broke out in the early of 2020, which resulted in many changes in our everyday life. One of the changes is non-contact transactions in economic activities, especially contact-free financial transactions are ever-increasing activities in the pandemic age. In non-contact financial transactions, security and trust are important issues that users are concerned about the most. So the paper examines how security and trust have effects on the attitudes of bank customers who use mobile banking applications on their smartphones. The study conducted factor ananlysis to extract research constructs using survey data gathered during Nobember of 2020 through February of 2021 across the nation. After extracting the constructs, the study checked validity, sampling adequacy, and internal reliability with KMO, Bartlett's test, and Crombach Alpha respectively. To make sure the purpose of the study, I do regression analysis. All factors of attitude had impacts on willingness on both of transactions and purchasing financial products. The results could give guidelines banks which want to attract more customers in open-banking environment through ever-more secure and trusty mobile banking application.

  • This study is to investigate consumer's purchasing behavior by types of retail store and to conduct Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) to exhort adequate competitive strategy to the traditional market. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result shows that consumer spends more time and less money at the traditional market due to the difficulties of store searching by store arrangement and construction of the market. Second, this study suggest that the traditional market needs to change their competitive strategy in same level with the discount stores, the traditional market can concentrate their capability on specialization and uniqueness of their product to meet the consumer's needs. Third, according to the result on quadrant(concentrate here) of IPA, traditional market is marked on ease of refund, convenience of after service and parking facility, and cleanliness of bathroom while the discount store and the department store are marked on high credibility level and quality of product.

Developing an Assortment Planning Process Model for Clothing Retail Buyers: An Exploratory Research

  • In academic and/or practitioner literature, the assortment planning for fashion sensitive products is rarely systematically studied, and organized in an objective format. The purpose of this study was to develop a suggested assortment planning model for women's clothing retail buyers by integrating a conceptual assortment planning model and a practical-use assortment planning model, which are also developed in this study. In developing the conceptual model, this research categorized and organized the pieces of assortment planning activities illustrated in available literature. In developing the practical-use model, ten women's dress buyers from department stores and specialty stores were interviewed. The contents of the interview dictation were classified and summarized by concepts and variables. The summary was validated by the interviewees and recontextualized for the practical-use model. Five experts compared the conceptual and practical-use models, adjusted the discrepancies, and integrated into the suggested model. In addition, a questionnaire asking review of all functional activities of the suggested model was sent to interviewees to ascertain its validity. As the result, assortment planning process was determined at abstract level as the following: (a) recognize problem, (b) search for information, (c) evaluate qualitative value of product, (d) evaluate quantitative value of product, (e) plan product selection, and (f) plan sales.

Structural Relation Model on Customer Satisfaction of Biggest Discount Retailers (대형할인점의 고객만족도를 위한 구조적 관계 모형 연구)

  • In this paper, it should be established what influence to customer satisfaction by advertisement and promotion, store management and quality of products of large discount stores, and in order to present the structural relation model. In order to establish it empirically, this study proposed a structured alternative model by conducting a survey to customers live in metropolitan areas who use biggest discount store, through the SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This analysis shows a number of points, first, customers were aware of having meaningful impact on store management to products quality. Through broad and clean store represents confidence appears to have a products quality. Second, the store management were shown to have a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction. Cleanliness and atmosphere of store, convenience of parking facilities, and transportation convenience of their roles in customer satisfaction seem to believe. Third, advertising and promotion is shown to not affected meaningful impact on stores management, products quality and customer satisfaction.
