Web applications are widely used by the development of the Internet, but there are no separate audit model for a web-based information systems. Information business has a wide variety of characteristics. So, web-based information system audit model is needed. Therefore, a web-based information system audit model was proposed to enhance the effectiveness of audit and to increase the quality. Audit check lists were applied based on three sets of existing information audit check framework. An audit point of time was defined as analysis, design, and implementation. An audit domain was defined as contents, design, and process. Moreover, audit viewpoint and inspection standards were defined by setting standards of process, product, and performance. Moreover, this paper proposes differences between an existing model of information system development methodology and web-based information system. It also deduced audit checklists according to audit domains for web-based information system audit. The deduced audit checklists were verified for its suitability by conducting surveys, and the modified audit inspection model, in which the deduced audit checklists were applied, was proposed.

KBA, 하이델베르그, 만로랜드, 고모리, 미쓰비시 등 유수의 인쇄기 제조회사들이 전용 모뎀이나 인터넷 등의 네트워크를 통한 원격진단(Romote diagnostics) 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 이 서비스는 각 제조사가 보유하고 있는 네트워크를 통해 담당 기술자와 인쇄기 오퍼레이터가 온라인으로 연결, 서비스맨의 방문 없이도 인쇄기 A/S를 구현할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이다. 최근 들어 이 시스템은 발생한 문제를 해결하는 것에 그치지 않고 인쇄기의 상태를 점검함으로써 고장을 사전에 예방을 하는 방법으로 진화하고 있다. 이 시스템이 미국에서 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 살펴보고, 국내에 진출한 대표적인 업체들의 서비스 준비상황을 점검해 본다.

공연장의 무대기계설비 시스템 및 조명장비 시스템 설치 완료 후 각 시스템의 최종 검사에 적용되는 검사 기준과 검사 방법을 명시함으로써 효율적으로 최종 설비 상태를 점검하고, 발주처의 최종 검사에 효과적으로 대비할 수 있게 하고 안전사고를 미리 예방할 수 있게 하기 위하여 연구하였다.

교량유지관리 업무는 교량의 건설(신설), 노후교량의 개축, 교통량 증가에 따른 교량의 확장, 보수를 통한 원상복구, 또한 보수기록의 보관문제, 기존교량의 계속적인 점검 및 조사 등으로 분류된다. 이러한 문제를 전산화 하는 것은 필요항목들을 특성별로 분류하여 각 항목 등에 대한 데이타베이스를 구축하고 교량의 점검 및 조사 등을 통하여 교량의 손상상태를 파악함은 물론 개축, 보수, 확장, 신설 등에 대한 판정 및 그 우선순위를 제시하여 주는 의사결정시스템 개발이다. 본 고에서는 교량관리업무를 전산화하기 위해 한국건설기술연구원에서 개발한 교량관리용 DB(DATA BASE)시스템에 대하여 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

Recently, as tunnel structures are getting older and decrepit, many tunnel inspections are carried out for evaluating the tunnel state and safety. But, because there is no exact standard for tunnel state and safety, depending on subjective decision, the new standard to assess the tunnel state is required. The existing standard including mainly the assessment of the state of tunnel lining is not considered the characteristics of tunnel as underground structures. Also, the item of assessment and process of grading and classifying the state of tunnel is not objective and systemetic. In this study, new standard for assessment of tunnel state is presented for improving the problems in evaluating the tunnel state and safety. In the new standard, the new items of assessment including geotechnical condition were selected and graded, the process in classifying the tunnel state is quantitative for objective assessment for tunnel state. This new standard and method is practically used in effective safety inspection and diagnosis and tunnel maintenance.

배전선로 정전고장 예방활동으로 순시/점검은 전력회사 기준에 따라 매년 시행하고 있다. 전력공급 장애 요소를 사전에 제거하거나 불량 기자재를 적출하여 정전을 예방하고 있다. 매년 수 천 건의 설비 불량개소를 개선하여 전력공급 품질 목표를 유지하고 있다. 설비가 방대하고 복잡, 다양해져 시간과 비용이 많이 소요되는 인력점검 보다 진단 장비 사용이 증가하고 있다. 설비운영방법에 있어서도 경년에 따른 교체보다 설비 노후도를 평가하여 교체하도록 하고 있어, 현장에서 설비의 상태 판단이 중요하다. 따라서 제한된 자원으로 최대의 효과를 얻기 위해 과학적인 장비를 이용한 진단방법이 도입되었으며, 본 연구에서는 국내 가공 배전선로 진단에 사용하고 있는 비접촉식 진단장비의 현장 적용시 검출특성과 상태 판정시 고려해야할 기술적 사항에 대한 결과 얻을 수 있었다.

중앙관리 개체가 없이 구성되는 Ad hoc 네트워크는 노드들의 자유로운 이동을 가정하고 있어 정적인 경로를 사용할 수가 없다 시시각각으로 변하는 네트워크 위상 구조에 적응하기 위하여 ad hoc네트워크는 이웃과 경로에 관한 정보를 주고받거나, 필요한 순간에 네트워크 전체에 질의하는 방법을 이용하여 동적인 경로를 설정하고 있다 지속적으로 상태가 변하는 다중의 hop들을 이용하여 경로를 이용하기 때문에 이웃 노드와의 링크 이상유무를 수시로 확인하고 전체경로를 관리 할 필요성이 있게 되었다. 이러한 상황에 적응하기 위해서는 추가적인 확인 과정이 필수적이고 불안정한 요소를 보완할 수 있는 방법이 요구된다. 본 기법에서는 AODV라우팅 프로토콜에서 링크 상태를 점검하기 위하여 경로 안정성 점검 메시지를 사용하고 있다.

A large number of concrete structures are built and used around the world. To ensure their safe and continuous use, these structures require constant inspection and maintenance. While man-powered inspection and maintenance techniques are efficient, they can only provide intermittent status checks at the time of on-site inspection. Therefore, there is a growing need for a system that can continuously monitor the condition of the structure. A study was conducted to detect cracks and damage by installing a conductive coating on the surface of a concrete structure. A parallel resistance pattern that can monitor the occurrence and progression of cracks was developed by reflecting the structural characteristics of concrete structure. An empirical study was conducted to veryfy the application of the proposed method. The crack detection pattern was installed on the reinforced concrete beams, and the crack monitoring method was verified through applying a load on the beams.
