The present study was tried to identify whether the eel's larva was close to a conger (Conger myriaster), a pipe conger (Muraenesox cinereus) or four species of Anguilla. Experimental fishes were collected by set net in the gulf of enggang, Namhae, Korea from May to June. Their morphological characteristics were compared with adult fishes of a conger, a pipe conger and four species of Anguilla. For genetic classification, DNA was isolated and amplified by using 12S rRNA and 16S rRNA primer set. The PCR products were direct sequencing in both directions. The nucleotide sequences were analyzed using softwares. As results of morphological measurement on eel's larva, the percentages of head length and preanal length against total length were similar with a conger. Based on the nucleotide sequences, the phylogenetic tree also revealed a close relationship to a conger. Therefore, eel's larva, caught in Namhae from May to June, was identified into a conger's larva.

Weight loss of cucumber packed with corrugated paperboard box after 7 days storage at 20oC was 4.9%, and those of 20LD, 40LD film and EPS box were 0.8, 0.7, and 0.8%. Total ascorbic acid content of EPS was 15% higher than that of control. Hardness of EPS was also similar trend. Chlorophil content of cucumber packed with EPS box was 21% higher than that of control. Decay of control was 1-2 pieces per box, but the others was not found. Overall appearence of LD, EPS was better than that of control.

This study was measured weight loss, total ascorbic acid, titratable acidity, and soluble solids content to investigate the effect of EPS(expanded polystyrene foam, foaming rate 55 times V/W) box, LDPE film pouches and double wall corrugated fiberboard box during storage at 20$\^{C}$. Weight loss of apple packed with corrugated paperboard box after 40 days storage was 5.7%, arid those of LDPE, CE(zeolited coated film) film and EPS box were 0.2-0.5%. Ascorbic acid content of apple packed with LDPE, CE, EPS was higher than that of control. Titratable acidity and total soluble solid content of control were changed 40% and 10%, but the EPS were changed 27% and 4%, respectively. Overall appearances of ‘Fuji’apple packed with LDPE, CE and EPS were better than that of control.

To clarify the proper nitrogen application level for rasing rice infant seedling under different nursery soil, Dongjinbyeo was raised at seedling box with different basal nitrogen level. The results are as follows. The higher the nitrogen level was, the lower emergence rate and the lower establishment rate. The establishment rate was less than 90%, when the nitrogen was more than 2g/box in hill soil and more than 1g/box in paddy soil. The more the nitrogen level was, the higher the seedling height in hill soil, but was higher in the order of N-2, 3, 1 and 0g /box. Leaf number wasn't significantly different between nusery soils and among nitrogen levels when seedling was raised more than 6 days. The endosperm survival rate was decreased as the increased nitrogen level, but wasn't different between the nursery soils. Amount of root was decreased as the increased nitrogen level in paddy soil, but was heavier in the order of N-1, 0, 2 and 3g /box in hill soil. Mat formation was better as the nitrogen level was decreased in all nursery soils. Considering the emergence rate, seedling charactors and mat formation, the proper nitrogen levels seemed to be 2g /box for hill soil and 1g /box for paddy soil.
