In spite of many advantages of cloud computing, security concerns are a barrier in users' adopting the cloud service. In this paper, we evaluate relative priorities between security attributes of ISO 7498-2 standards affecting overall security quality in cloud computing. For an objective evaluation, the fuzzy AHP(Analytic hierarchical process) is applied. The evaluation results represented the relative priority with concrete number can be an effective management method to choose and develop the cloud computing service.

한국에서는 많은 산업재해로 인해 물질적 손실뿐만 아니라 국가 신뢰도에도 영향을 미치고 있어 선진국이 되기 위해서는 산업재해를 획기적으로 줄여야만 한다. 산업재해 예방을 위해서는 여러 방법 중 각 사업장의 안전관리를 담당하고 있는 산업안전관리자를 좀더 효율적으로 양성할 필요가 있다. 효율적인 안전관리자를 양성하기 위해서는 이들의 교육과목이 체계적으로 연구되어 각 과목들의 상대적 중요성의 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이들 교과목의 상대적 중요도를 분석하였고 이의 타당성을 평가하였다. 안전관리자를 위한 상대적 중요도 분석은 AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)를 이용하였다. 분석결과 안전관리분야(W=0.355), 인간공학 및 시스템안전분야(W=0.242), 기계안전분야(W=0.13), 건설안전분야(W=0.12), 전기안전분야 (W=0.091), 화공안전분야(W=0.062)순으로 안전관리분야와 인간공학 및 시스템 안전분야의 상대적 중요성이 높게 평가되었다. 이러한 결과는 학교 교과목뿐만 아니라 산업안전공단이나 산업안전협회 등의 안전교육 계획수립 시에도 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

LG 경제연구원이 발표한 보고서에 의하면, 국내 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장이 2003년에는 1조 7000억원 규모를 상회할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 그러나 급격한 성장세를 보이고 있는 인터넷 쇼핑 시장규모에 비해 아직까지도 소비자와 관련된 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 특히, 인터넷 쇼핑과 관련된 자료를 보면 소비자들은 인터넷을 통한 제품구매 시 여전히 불안감을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있음에도 불구하고 인터넷쇼핑에서의 지각된 위험에 대한 연구는 간헐적으로 이루어지고 있을 뿐이며, 이들 연구 역시 인터넷 쇼핑에서의 지각된 위험과 그 유형을 규명하는 데에만 초점을 맞추고 있어 지각된 위험수준에 따라 소비자의 구매행동이 어떻게 달라지는지에 대해서는 논의가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지각된 위험수준에 따른 소비자의 구매행동을 브랜드와 가격 의존도로 한정시켜 이들 요인들간의 상대적 중요성 지각을 살펴볼 것이다. 본 연구에서 다룰 연구문제를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 제품 구매시 제품유형과 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 명성 그리고 인터넷 쇼핑경험의 세 변수는 소비자의 지각된 위험에 각각 어떤 영향을 미치며, 탐색재와 경험재, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 명성의 정도 그리고 인터넷 쇼핑경험의 유무에 따라 어떤 차이점이 존재하는가\ulcorner 둘째, 소비자의 지각된 위험의 수준과 브랜드와 가격의 상대적 중요성 지각과는 어떤 관계가 있는가\ulcorner 셋째, 브랜드와 가격의 상대적 중요성 지각정도에 두 매개변수인 제품 정보량과 제품 친숙도가 어떤 역할을 하는가\ulcorner 등이다.bition of severity of convulsions, decrease of seizures threshold, decrease of audiogenic seizures in rats of different strains and normalization of cerebral blood flow (measured by hydrogen test) were demonstrated in rats after i.c.v., intraperitoneally and orally administration, respectively. This paper explored how soft information and hard information were used when SBC(Small Business Corporation, Korea) reviewed government loan applications. The data set is made up of financial and non-financial data of small-business firms since 2004. A non-financial data set is considered as soft information. Relative importance of three kinds information such as credit information, soft information, financial information is compared with each other by using the logit model. As a result, credit information is most critical to the loan approval, and then soft information follows, lastly financial information has the smallest effect on the loan approval. This is because the credit information is made up of the non-linear combination of soft information and financial information. When the relative importance of soft information and financial information is considered, soft information is relatively more critical to the loan approval then financial information. This is because financial ratios provided by small-business firms are not reliable enough.

본 논문에서는 포털 사이트에 게재된 뉴스 기사 집합에서 이슈가 된 키워드들을 자동으로 추출하는 시스템을 소개한다. 포털 사이트에서 사용하는 기존의 키워드 추출 시스템은 검색 횟수를 기반으로 하고 있으며, 뉴스 기사에서 단어 간의 상대적 중요성을 반영하지 못하고, 외부로부터 영향을 받아 순위 조작과 같은 문제점을 수반할 수 있다. 제안하는 시스템에선 TF-IDF 모델을 사용하여 단어 간의 상대적인 중요성에 기반하고, 추출된 키워드들의 시각적 변화를 반영하여 이슈 키워드를 추출한다. 제안한 시스템의 효용성 확인을 위해 58,996 개의 정치 뉴스 기사를 수집하였으며, TF-IDF 기반의 제안 방식과 TF 기반의 기존 방식을 비교하였다. 제안한 시스템이 기존 방식보다 시간에 따른 정치 뉴스의 이슈 변화를 분석하는 데 효과적인 것을 확인하였다.

질의 확장은 초기 검색결과에서 질의와 연관된 단어를 선택하여 질의를 확장함으로써 검색 성능을 향상시키는 기법이다. 페이지 랭크(PageRank) 알고리즘은 웹문서 사이의 링크구조를 이용하여 문서들의 상대적인 중요성을 측정하기 위해 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 문서들 사이의 관계가 아니라 문서 안에서 단어 그래프(Word Graph)를 통해 단어들 사이의 상대적인 중요성을 계산하였다. 질의와 가까이 위치한 단어들 사이의 관계를 단어 그래프에 적용하여 중요도를 계산하고 확장단어를 선택한다. 본 논문의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 웹문서 집합인 TREC WT10g 에 대해 실험하였고, 적합모델(Relevance Model)보다 MAP(Mean Average Precision)가 4.1% 향상되었다.

Plant location selection is a decision which requires huge investment and entails a significant impact in a longer-term. The petrochemical industry, in particular, is so capital- and technology-intensive that the firms in the industry pursue enhancing competitiveness through collaboration and integration among entities in their supply chains. Even though the logistics factor such as logistics costs and connectivity have, as a result, gained its importance in plant location decision making, this has rarely studies in empirical studies. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relative importance of the logistics factor in plant location decision making in the petrochemical industry using the multi-criteria decision-making approach. In addition the three representative petrochemical industrial complexes are evaluated by the factors used in this study. This study is able to provide the useful implication in both practical and policy-making aspects. Firms are required to consider the logistics factors with priority compared to other factors in plant location decision making. In addition, when federal or local governments build industrial sites and attract the petrochemical firm, logistics infrastructure should also be considered to provide better transportation connectivity and lower logistics costs in turn.

In this study, we tried to analyze the relative importance of features for various functions provided by Discovery. We identified a total of 36 assessment items in five categories including contents, search function, serendipity, interactivity, and ease of use based on literature review. In order to objectively evaluate the relative importance of each evaluation element, an AHP technique was adopted. As a result, 'Easy of use' received the highest weighted value among the five categories, followed by 'contents', 'search function', 'interactivity', and 'serendipity'. In addition, among all the 36 assessment items, 'Quality of data for central index' had higher weighted value. These findings can be used as basic data to adopt a discovery tool for libraries.

최근에 이르러 프로세서의 병렬성을 분석적 기법으로 예측하기 위한 연구가 활발해지면서 프로세서의 성능 예측 모델에 대한중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 현재 광범위하게 사용되고 있는 다중 분기 예측법을 이용하는 프로세서에 대하여 분기 차수와 관계없는 재귀적 성능 모델을 제공해주지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이것을 해결하기 위하여, 매 싸이클마다 명령어 종속 트리를 구성하고 종속인 명령어 간에 상대적인 병렬도 갓을 부여하여 성능 예측 모델 입력 데이타를 측정하였다. 그 곁과, 다중 분기 예측법을 사용하는 프로세서에서 정수형 프로그램에 대한 성능을 기존의 성능모델보다 작은 상대 오차로 예측할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of various government support policy for IoT sector and survey the level of satisfaction and relative importance among policies. In order to achieve the goal, this study surveyed experts in the field of IoT, utilizing Hierarchy Process Analysis methods. Major findings are as follows; first, despite of wide range of IoT-related policies, experts in the industry and academy are very limited, ; second, the order of policy satisfaction is primarily on Oversea Marketing, followed by R&D support, Venture support, Human resource education.; third, the order of importance is primarily Venture support, followed by R&D support, Human resource education. Also, it has been given the higher importance to the role of leader as R&D support, Oversea market pioneering, and industry university network, rather than the role of coordinator and supporter. However, expert group does not recognize the importance of policies related to the role of coordinator because these policies always have been conducted in major government projects.
