연속형 변수들의 상관관계와 범주형 변수들의 연관성 측도들을 비교 연구하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 연속형 변수들이며 +1에서 -1까지 완벽한 상관관계를 갖고 있는 2 변량 정규분포를 이용하여 2$\times$2 분할표와 확장하여 일반적인 I$\times$J 분할표를 대신하는 3$\times$3 분할표를 생성하였다. 2 차원 분할표에서 정의된 연관성 측도들을 구하여 논의하였는데 2$\times$2 분할표에서는 교차적비 $\alpha$ 통계량과 교차적비의 함수로 표현되는 Yule [1912]의 Q와 Y의 통계량 그리고 상관계수 R 통계량과 R 통계량의 함수인 P 통계량을 설명하고 생성된 분할표에서 구한 통계량값을 분석하였으며, 3$\times$3 분할표에서는 Pearson의 독립성 검정통계량 $X^2$의 함수로 표현되는 P. T. V 통계량과 Goodman과 Kruskal [1954]의 $\lambda_{C/R}$통계량과 Light와 Margolin [1971]의 $\tau_{R/C}$ 통계량을 설명하고 그 값들을 Pearson의 상관계수와 비교 분석하였다.

The aim of this study was to analyze characteristics of teachers' knowledge about correlation with data presented in $2{\times}2$ tables. In order to achieve the aim, this study conducted didactical analysis about two-way tables through examining previous researches and developed a questionnaire with reference to the results of the analysis. The questionnaire was given to 53 middle and high school teachers and qualitative methods were used to analyze the data obtained from the written responses by the participants. This study also elaborated the framework descriptors for interpreting the teachers' responses in the light of the didactical analysis and the data was elucidated in terms of this framework. The specific features of teachers' knowledge about correlation with data presented in $2{\times}2$ tables were categorized into three types as a result. This study raised several implications for teachers' professional development for effective mathematics instruction about correlation and related concepts dealt with in probability and statistics.

본 논문은 목자판과 수면이 포함된 시차가 있는 연속적인 두 영상을 이용하여 수면위치를 탐색하는 방법과 그 적용성을 평가한 결과를 기술한다. 수위표 상단으로부터 특정 크기의 직사각형 검사영역을 설정하고 짧은 시차를 가진 두 영상의 동일한 위치의 검사영역에 대해 상관계수를 산정한다. 이렇게 함으로써 물의 흐름으로 픽셀 농도가 변화하는 수역과 픽셀 농도가 고정되어 있는 육역을 구분한다. 제안한 기법을 검증하기 위해 실험실에서 촬영한 사진을 분석하였다. 검사영역의 크기에 따라 상관계수 특성이 달라짐을 확인하였으며, 검사영역이 수위표 전체 폭에 걸쳐 있는 경우에 상관계수에 따른 수면특성이 뚜렷이 나타나 제안된 기법이 수면을 찾는데 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 범주와 현대의 주요 문헌분류표의 주류선정에 있어서의 상관성에 대해 규명해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 범주의 유래와 의미를 알아보고 철학적 관점, 논리학적 관점, 문헌정보학 관점에서 범주가 어떤 기능을 하고 어떠한 유형이 있는지 논하였다. 다음으로 문헌분류의 주류선정이 어떻게 이루어지고, 범주가 어떻게 적용되었는지 그 상관성에 대해서 분석하였다.

Fourty lines of F4 progenies of an Adzuki bean cross, Jukdoo (Korean local variety) X Nesumimochi (Japanese variety) were used as the material, and these lines were grown in replicated trials in 1967. Phenotypic, genotypic and environmental covariances among all possible traits of eight character are calculated as shown in table 1. Phenotypic, genotypic and environmental correlations among all possible paris of eight characters were calculated as shown in table 2. In general, genotypic correlations were higher than the corresponding phenotypic corresponding phenotypic correlations. The genotypic correlations between seed yield (grain weight per plot) and oter agronomic characters indicated that seed yield was genetically associated with the character of pod number per plant, and grain number per plant, which is closely correlated with pod number pr plant, are affected more in Adzukl bean yield than the other agronomic characteracters.

지리산국립공원의 명선봉(1.586m)에서 덕평봉(1.521m)에 이르는 아고산지대를 중심으로 분포하고 있는 한국특산종 구상나무의 생육현황과 구상나무가 분포하는 천연림의 군집구조를 정확히 파악하여 앞으로 구상나무 관리의 기초자료를 마련하고자 구상나무가 생육하고 있는 지역에 26개의 방형구(20m$\times$20m)를 설치하여 식생을 조사하였다 분석한 결과 조사대상지는 신갈나무-구상나무 군집이었다 수종간의 상관관계에서는 뽕잎피 나무와 철쭉 마가목과 산벚나무, 층층나무와 시닥나무 등의 종들간에는 높은 정의 상관관계가 인정되었고 신갈나무와 쇠물푸레나무 잣나무와 노린재나무 등의 수종들간에 높은 부의 상관관계가 인정되었다 본 조사지의종다양도는 1.0572-1.0931로 비교적 낮은 편이었다. 구상나무의 활력은 저조한 것으로 나타났으며 8.32%가 고사목이었다 구상나무의 생육현황표에 의한 점수 평균은 9.03이었다 구상나무의 생육현황표에 의한 점수는 해발고와 낙엽퇴의 두께와 정의 상관관계가 인정되었다.

This study attempts to reorganize the knowledge classification system for the research fields and majors in education by designing a new classification schedule. Content analysis of the majors and curriculums in the universities and major areas of the academic professors in Korea, and the comparison with the various headings in several classification systems for research fields were carried out. Based upon the comparison with library classification systems and reviews and opinions of subject specialists in major disciplines, finally, a knowledge classification system composed of three parts - schedules, tables and a relative index - was presented. The proposed classification scheme was tested for classifying the research projects listed in the 1998 catalog of the academic research funded by Korea Research Foundation. Also, several ways for developing a more useful knowledge classification scheme to organize disciplinary information effectively and to encourage interdisciplinary research were suggested.

The present thesis is to concretize process stages and methods for effective use of online CGTS(creative group thinking system), or the web-storming program, in space design and to propose a support system for idea generation specific to space design. For the purpose of this study, activity factors in space design process and functional factors of the web-storming program were written into an interaction matrix, which was used for a questionnaire survey on correlations. Then, the results of the interaction matrix were visualized and analyzed following the procedure of observation-interpretation-application. The analysis found that the schematic design stage is most correlated where close collaboration is performed in the process of space design and that differences in correlation arise upon division of work. As such, the present study proposed 'provision of media for ideas in accordance with specific process and UI optimization' as a means of improving usability in schematic design that is closely correlated and suggested an idea to enhance the applicability of web-storming system in division of work.

This study aims to compare the 21th edition of Dewey Decimal Classification and the 4th edition of Korean Decimal Classification. Several categories are used for analyzing those classification systems. The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of two schedules with some examples and to analyze important categories of them and to find out the problems of them and also to provide possible suggestions for the improvement of the Korean Decimal Classification System in 21th century.

This study aims to suggest the detailed evaluation criteria based on performances for rock slopes. Using the previous research result, final evaluation items are proposed considering characteristics and similarities of each evaluation item. Weight for each evaluation item is deducted using AHP method, verification for suggested evaluation criteria is conducted based on correlation analysis. The research results as follows. All evaluation items have a high statistical correlation with final evaluation result(safety rating). Especially, items of the "rockfall", "ground deformation", "discontinuity characteristic", "instable lithology" were shown the highest in relative correlation coefficient(R), It is judged that items and weight presented in this study well reflect characteristics of rock slopes.
